Solution cutting operation of cover part.
Loukota, David ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Analysis of the typical flanged parts, constructional and functional appreciation of the single part, design of the semi-finished product and fastening of the semi-finished product, choice of machines, tools, gauges for individual operations and technological process design and time calculation of of individual operations. Economical appreciation deal with assesment of the number of machines and deal with their usage at the production, calculation of sizes process area and quantity of the workers. Final costs of tools are also solved.
Control system Fanuc and its use in a small engineering company conditions.
Wiener, Marek ; Zouhar, Jan (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This thesis is going through basic problematics of control system FANUC and its usage in small machine industry. It is devided into two main parts. First is dedicated to basic CNC programming concept and especially to FANUC control system concept. In the other part is description of this system used in small machinery industry. It contains a procedure of creation for simple and complex component.
Industrial robot application in area machinning technology
Staněk, Michal ; Matějka, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This study analyzes the application of industrial robots and manipulators in the area of cutting. It portrays the evolution of this dynamic sector and its next possible advancement. It explains the basic categorization and division of industrial robots and manipulators (IRM). The author offers an overview of various applications of IRM, with typical examples of the correct use of different types in technological processes (turning, milling, grinding etc.) in order to effectively increase the production. The study also describes two robotized technological work sites that the author personally visited and documented in detail. This study is supposed to show the indisputable advantages of employing the automating elements into the mechanical engineering and to explain the basic concept of this industry.
Solution technology of two groove guide pulley production.
Pokladník, Robert ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Technology compiling two groove pulley making for two types of billets. As a billets is used in both cases a cast iron EN-GJL-250. The technological process solves production of both variants from designing the billets to trans-mission to the storeroom. The production is realized through cutting operation by CNC machines. The tools are selected with cutting tip. Finaly both variants are compared from economical perspective.
Waterjet cutting of material
Veselý, Radek ; Foldyna, Josef (referee) ; Habán, Vladimír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes principles of utilization of high-speed liquid jet for material machining. In the first part, basic classification of liquid jets and brief description of devices for generating high pressure liquid is presented. Next, using of continuous jets is discussed. Main scope of this work is oriented at the use of so-called pulsed jets, especially at ultrasonically modulated ones. Break-up of ultrasonically modulated high-speed pulsed jet into single pulses, impact of such pulse on the surface of disintegrated material and subsequent erosion in the impact area are described. The comparison of efficiency of modulated and continual water jets is summarized in the last part of the thesis.
Machining of stainless steels
Perončík, Martin ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Humár, Anton (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is specialized to solving of problems of stainless steels machining. There is carried out the analysis of stainless steels in term of marking, chemical composition, physical and mechanical properties. In the following it deals with analysis of machining, spe-cification of geometry and material of cutting tools and cutting conditions.
Hydro-abrasive machining of rotating workpieces from graphite and aluminium alloy
Cárach, J. ; Hloch, Sergej ; Klich, Jiří ; Hlaváček, Petr ; Klichová, Dagmar
The paper compares the quality of machined surface of graphite and aluminium alloy by abrasive water jet using the focusing tube with a diameter of df1 = 0.5 mm and df2 = 0.78 mm. The machining was carried out using the technology of rotating workpiece disintegration by abrasive water jet. Abrasive tangential water jet was used to carry out the experiment (water pressure p = 400 MPa). Workpieces were clamped in the rotating chucking appliance with rotation frequency n = 300 min-1. The change in focusing tube diameter caused the change in values of roughness parameters, and also caused the change of resulting shape of workpieces. Values of roughness parameters were measured using the MicroProf FRT optic profilometer.
Theory of metals cutting operation
BULÁNEK, Jiří
The present bachelor`s thesis deals with chip machining theory. The initial part defines essential terms of machining. Other sections describe tool geometry, tool material, chip occurrence theory, cutting resistance in effect and powers acting while machining and created heat. The following section describes cutting conditions, efficiency and economy of chip machining. The conclusion contains technological procedures of chip machining. The whole text is designed as a study material which can be used for teaching of the respective topic at pedagogical faculties.
Turning by high-speed abrasive water jet – our experiences
Sitek, Libor
The paper describes and analyses our own experiences concerning technology of turning by high speed abrasive water jet. Technology development as well as present stay-of–the-art in given area are introduced in brief. Possibilities of application of such machining method especially for shaping and preparation of testing rock specimens suitable for determination of physical-mechanical properties of rocks are also discussed.
Development of the Electron beam micromachining device
Zobač, Martin
The paper describes micromachining with an intense electron beam. Main goal is a study of the electron beam interaction with metallic and/or nonmetallic materials. Design of vacuum system, electron gun and electronics of the experimental device is introduced.
