Titel: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of the fracture of the distal antebrachium Goals: The goal of this thesis is to summerize theoretical and practical information about fracture of distal antebrachium, to peruse sources of this problems and to concieve adequate therapy. Methods: The theoretical part is describing anatomy and functional kinesiology of the antebrachium and hand, then fractures of the distal antebrachium. The thesis considers mostly conservative treatment, complications of treatment and following therapy. The practical part is the describing aplication of gained theoretical knowledges about concrete diagnosis. It contains incoming kineziological assessment and conclusion, which makes short- term rehabilitation plan. This part is also decribing the process of therapeutical units, outcoming kineziological assessment and final evaluation of the therapy. Key words: antebrachium, hand, accident, physiotherapy

Title Case study of physiotherapy treament of the patient with the diagnosis of dermatomyositis. Objectives The aim of this work is to process knowledge for dermatomyositis and evaluation of approaches which are presented in the literature mentioned below. Second objective was to evaluate the impact of physiotherapy treatment for this disease. Methods The general part of the thesis includes theoretic knowledge about dermatomyositis. In the second part of this thesis I processed the case of a patient diagnosed with dermatomyositis under the leadership of an experienced physiotherapist for 10 days Results We have achieved quite a significant improvement. Treatment included physical therapy and pharmacological treatment with corticoids. Corticoids have partial portion of the over-all result. Keywords Dermatomyositis, polymyositis, muscle weakness.

Name: Case study of a patient after polytrauma, after lumbar spine surgery and with vertebral algic syndrome of cervical spine The objective of this bachelor thesis is to acquire knowledge concerning the issue of scars and their treatment considering it both theoretically and practically and to present a case study which records a particular experience from physiotherapeutic process. The theoretical part discusses scar formation, refers to various types of pathological scars, and it describes the active scar and its influence on locomotory system. Subsequently, the subjects of scar examination, scar treatment along with options of medical and physiotherapeutic therapies are specified. The practical part of the thesis presents a case study of a patient after polytrauma, after lumbar spine surgery and with vertebral algic syndrome of cervical spine. The study draws upon various sources of information used in the theoretical chapter as well as upon qualification obtained in the bachelor study programme of physiotherapy at FTVS UK. Initial examination was carried out and therapy goals were set based on which physiotherapeutic methods focusing on acute and long-term troubles were applied. Title: Case Study of A Physiotherapy Treatment of A Patient with the Diagnosis of Fracture of Lateral Malleolus Aim: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to present basic information on ankle fractures and to elaborate a case report of a patient with the above mentioned diagnosis. Method: The thesis consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents a discription of the anatomic structure and the function of the ankle joint, the kinesiology of the foot and the biomechanics of walking. Furthermore, it deals with traumatology of the ankle area focusing on fractures, diagnostic methods, treatment and physotherapy methods and on courses of action after ankle fractures. The practical part is conceived a case study. It includes an anamnesis of a patient, an entrance kinesiology analysis on the baisis of which aims and methods of the therapy were determined. The thesis presents a description of the course of the individual therapeutic units, an output kinesiology analysis and a therapy efficiency evaluation. The rehabilitative treatment insists foremost upon spinal flexibility maintenance which is herewith a part of the diseas progression prophylaxis. In case of disease acute phase, I carry elimination the complications associated with pains caused by fault motional stereotypes in particular. After pains alleviation, I focus on eliminating fault motional habits.

Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and the processing of study reports of patients diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Abstract: The thesis consists of two parts. The general section includes anatomical and neurophysiological aspects of GBS characterized by its brief history, treatment, diagnosis, and precipitating factors. A special section is devoted to a case study and rehabilitation plan for the patient. Therapy was directed primarily to improve quality of life. Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of state after Achille tendo rupture.

AIM OF THESIS: Evaluation of a pacient's casuistry including an diagnosis after an Achille tendo rupture and mentioning the basic observations about this diagnosis. METHODICS: The general part brings closer the anatomy of the lower limbs, diagnosis of the rupture of the Achille tendo, It's etiopatogenesis, clinical outgoing and therapy. It also specifies the question of degenerative changes of the tendo within the middle- aged male population. The specialized part describes a pacient with a diagnosis rupture of the Achille tendo after taking off an underknee cast. A complete input and output kineziological anylysis is described here. The description includes a suggested therapy, both objective and subjective opinions and evaluations of each therapy. The end is a complete evaluation of the therapy's effect.

Work title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient with forearm fracture complicated by peripheral paresis n. radialis Summary of the work: The aim of my bachelor paper is to become familiar with the basic anamnestic data about the neuromuscular system, to identify diseases and disorders of peripheral nerves, specifically focused on the radial nerve palsy and its treatment options and develop a particular case for a patient with this diagnosis. The developed work was based on the retrieval of data processing problems and is divided into two sections: the general and special. In general section I point to the anatomical structure of nervous system, focusing mainly on the peripheral nervous system, peripheral motor neurone disorder, etiology, pathophysiology, recovery and treatment. A special section contains a case report prepared for the patient suffering from peripheral radial nerve palsy after Monteggia fracture of ulna, which I had the opportunity to perform at the Royal University Hospital in Vinohrady, the required monthly practice in the period from January 24 - February 18 2011, under the supervision of Ivana Karlova. It also includes the case of a patient after C5/6. Methods: Thesis is divided into a general and a special part. The general part is processed as a literature search about degenerative diseases of the cervical spine.
