The bachelor's thesis deals with order processing in the selected manufacturing company German Motor Parts CZ, s.r.o. Based on provided information the bachelor's thesis analyzes the current situation, from the initial purchase of the material, through the whole manufacturing process, until the final expedition of the finished product. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to suggest corrective measures that will lead to an improvement of order processing in the company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the course of the procurement process in a selected company. The company is primarily focused on the implementation of gas pipelines and pipelines’ products in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company provided me with a range of information and documentation to help me analyze the procurement process. On the basis of an evaluation of the analysis, I have drafted a proposal that should lead to an improvement in the procurement process.

This bachelor's titled The Order Processing in the Selected Company deals with the mapping and course of the order management. In the theoretical part are described and explained the parts connected with the process of the order and in the analytical part the process of the order itself in the company. The chosen company deals with the development and production of automotive components for automobile brands. It includes a description of the material order, a description of the production process itself, a process map, a product quality management system, and the product expedition itself and administration. Based on this analysis, I propose solutions that could help to improve the order processing.

The main theme of this bacelor thesis is the elaboration of a draft contract for maximum satisfaction with the focus on delivery times, quality and costs. Specifically in COBAP s.r.o., which deals with wiring. In this paper, I am focus on the course of the contract. On the basis of an analysis of the current situation, I created my own suggestion for the solution, which mainly concerns the reduction of the duration of the contract and thus the reduction of costs.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management during order processing in the production company, named Slévárna Kuřim, a.s., which produces castings. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical background. In the practical part, a specific company is introduced, an order processing is described, and all possible risks that may occur during order processing are identified. Their identification is done by using selected tools - the FMEA method and the Ishikawa diagram. The goal of the diploma thesis is to identify possible risks based on performed analysis and for the most serious risks propose measures that would minimize them.

In the next part I introduce the company TURBOSOL SERVIS spol. s.r.o., from which I have all the information. In the analysis of the current state I reveal insufficiencies and on the base of them I will optimize the process order.

This thesis was processed in a company Pekárny Blansko a.s., that provided me all the information and documents through which I was able to make an analysis of the current state of the company. Based on the evaluation of the analysis I have processed proposals leading to an improvement of order processing.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the study of order processing in a selected company, concretely in Slévárna Kuřim, a.s. It is focused on mapping of current status of order processing in the company, since the adoption of demand from a customer until the shipment of the final product. Based on that, it gives suggestions for improvement which should lead to an overall improvement, streamlining of order processing and in the final consequence to increased customer satisfaction.
