This master’s thesis deals with influence of private equity on companies’ economics. First part describes term of private equity and defines theoretical bases of financial analysis. Next part introduces selected companies influenced by private equity. Final part is aimed at evaluation venture capital’s influence and judgment of companies’ economics development.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of economic development in assigned companies with venture capital and it deals with assessment of this development during the work of investor in these companies. The economic development of assigned companies is observed on the basis of chosen indicators of financial analysis. The theoretical part of this final work is focused on chosen findings concerning financial analysis and venture capital. The analytical part evaluates economic development in assigned companies on the basis of chosen indicators and it includes suggestions concerning improvement of their economic development. The last part compares development of indicators entering the research intention and there are suggestions concerning their further improvement.

This dissertation is looking into evaluation of the economical situation and development of the assigned companies which are financed by the high-risk capital. The economical development of the companies is subjected to selected indicators of the financial analysis. The theoretical solution of this dissertation is describing the particular aspects of the financial analysis and the high-risk capital. The analytical section is focusing on the development of the economical situation in the companies using the selected indicators and is proposing a possible improvement of the economical progress of the companies. Conclusion of this thesis is comparing development of the companies’ indicator and is providing its feasible solution.
Economic Development Ventures Funded by Venture Capital

This thesis deals with the external financing of venture capital at selected enterprises in the Czech Republic. In the first chapter, theoretical bases of a venture capital will be issued from several perspectives of different authors and the principles, and corporate financing of venture capital will be subsequently explained. This chapter also describes the significance of venture capital as an alternative source of corporate financing in the Czech Republic in the context of European development and the basis for evaluation of the impact of venture capital on individual companies. In the analytical part, selected companies will be presented, and the results of the financial analysis for each year in the periods before, during the cooperation between the investor and the enterprise, and the venture investor withdrawal. Based on the results of the financial analysis and the analysis of the monitored period, economic development of selected enterprises will be compared, and the evaluation of whether a selected form of financing for the company was chosen appropriately or not, will be done. Eventually, possible ways of dealing with problematic situations will be determined.

The diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of the economic development of those corporations, in which the external financing, venture capital has been used. The first part contains theoretical bases connected to the existing problems, and further for the selected corporations the financial analysis is performed in the period before the stakeholder entry, during his function, and after his withdrawal. On the basis of results’ study of the financial analysis, suitability of venture capital financing of the selected corporations, and possible methods of problem solving are evaluated.

Master´s thesis evaluate individual variants of the financing of the large investment of the construction company LUMIMONT s.r.o., respectively both by means of calculations of total costs of individual variants of the financing and also by means of chosen methods for evaluation convenience (effectiveness) of the investment. The result of this Master´s thesis is a selection of an optimal variant for financing this investment of the company.

In my study for the Master´s thesis "Corporate Financial Strategy " I expain terms, such as enterprise financing and its structure, long and short-term financing, external, internal and alternative financing optimum financial structure and its costs.This all I applicated in the study where try to asses the fianancial structura and financing of real company. I analyse the ways how to secure the company´s liquidity and solvency, financial equilibrium and healt by means of the financial analysis of the activity and results of the company.
Benefits of the Internal Market for the Business Environment

This thesis deals with the EU internal market, focusing on the recent developments related to the Single Market Act of 2010. At the same time, the work deals with a critical assessment of selected instruments of the internal market, improving the business environment and thereby promote the competitiveness of European enterprises. Selected instruments which are rated in the work were selected on the basis of the content of EU Single Market Act, specifically the thesis evaluates additional funding for businesses, instruments of the European public procurement system and ultimately the EU regulatory environment and tools for administrative burdens reduction.
