Robotized workplace for parts manipulation

The theoretic part of barchelor works solves the lay-out of the automatic robotized workplace for the handling the housings of the high-pressure pumps. The works includes both the calculation of the power consumption of the robotized workplace and the calculation of the realization costs and consequently the economic return. There is mentioned both the principle of the Common - Rail fuel injection system and its using in the recent Diesel engines. There is discussed both the mechanical stopper of the palette with the inclusion of the housings of the pumps and the automatic reloader of the blisters in the practical part of the barchelor works.

Furthermore, there is an overview of the most commonly used injection systems with the principle of operation, advantages and disadvantages of the embodiment. There is also processed the issue of the emission standards. This thesis contains a list of the world's leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles and their injection systems. Finally there is a reflection on the future development of injection systems.
Optimization of test programs diesel injection pumps

Bachelor thesis "Optimization of test programs injection pumps of diesel engines" is focused on the process of testing of proper function the high-pressure injection pumps CP3. This pump is an integral part of the system Common Rail and is one of the main products of the Bosch Diesel Jihlava company. The thesis in the first part deals with the presentation of the pump itself, and presents detailed description of the functional testing on the test station of assembly line. The second part is closely connected with the analysis of data which were collected during functional testing of each type of CP3 pumps. Following options are designed to reduce the length of test programs, making it possible to reduce the workload of test stations of assembly line.

The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to review actual status of tooling process of flange CP4 made by aluminum alloy for high pressure pump of system Common Rail in certain conditions of Bosch Diesel, s.r.o. in Jihlava. Special attention is drawn to consideration of production requirements and quality level maintenance. The thesis aims to propose a new technology of tooling and to review its effectiveness.

This diploma thesis deals with the Common-Rail fuel system. The aim of this work is to develop an overview of development of the fuel-injection system. The first part is devoted to the description of the selected fuel system. All the parts of the system are described and explained there. Also the explanation of the management of the injection is included. Subsequently, other variants of the fuel system are described here. Further parts focuse on the diagnostic instruments and measuring emissions, also operational materials are described and divided in there. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the economic calculations which were made from the perspective of the economy operation of motor vehicles. The work also includes an evaluation of the measurements results and determines the appropriateness of the use of the Common-Rail fuel system for vehicles.

This bachelor work is dealing with fuel system Bosch Common Rail in the car Škoda Superb.The main aim of this work is to describe and to explain working of this fuel system and consequently to evaluate its using in this car. The first part is about fuel system in compression ignition engines, its control and injection. In the next part injection and control of system Bosch Common Rail are explained and all the parts of this system are divided and described. In the next part legislation rules and demands of car repairing firms are written.In the last part there are described and divided diagnostic machines and diagnostics in this car is made. This work also includes evaluation of diagnostic results and suitability of using this fuel system in this car.
