Control of weeds in a classical way and minimalized tillage winter cereals in stands.
PECHAR, Aleš
The aim of this Bachelor´s work was to extend the findings from the classical aspect as well as the minimalizing method of soil tillage and suggest the possibilities of successful regulation of weeds on arable land for growing winter wheat. On the experimental field where the soil was processed by classical tillage appear less dangerous weeds, which were destroyed by application of herbicide and their number was minimal. There were mainly dangerous weeds on the experimental field cultivated by minimalizing, like Silky bent grass and Cleavers. Even if the herbicide applications significantly reduced them, there were a few individuals in the experimental plots. In the economic comparison was found that there is not big difference in cost in both variants of tillage, but the conventional method of processing in this case is cheaper. At the soil endangered by erosion would be better to choose the minimalizing method as an appropriate variant of tillage. But it is needed on all soils cultivated by this method choose different depth of tillage, including the use of deep processing undermining or classical plowing.
Preconditions for innovative technologies of stand establishment of field crops
Vach, Milan ; Javůrek, Miloslav
This methodology includes the contemporary knowledge on the newest developmental directions of stand establishment of field crops. The attention is focused on minimization and conservation soil tillage and on their influence of the soil properties. Site, agronomical and machine preconditions are evaluated in details for new unconventional technologies of stand establishment of field crops in different soil and climatic conditions of the Czech Republic.

On the Minimization of Specific Learning Problems in Elementary School Students
BAŤKOVÁ, Anna
This study addresses the problems of specific learning disorders in elementary school children. It attempts to elucidate individual types of disorders and their most common symptoms in children. Furthermore, the work describes well known theories of the causes of specific learning disorders, their diagnostics, and primary ways leading towards minimization and correction of disorders. The whole study is divided into four chapters. Individual chapters are based on the best known knowledge in the area of specific learning disorders. The first chapter explores the causes of disorders, i.e. the theories attempting to explain specific learning disorders from the viewpoints of genetics, brain disorders, faulty information processing, light mental dysfunctions and last but not least {--} the environmental effects. The next chapter classifies and explains individual diagnostic procedures and tests needed before establishing child{\crq}s diagnosis. The third chapter addresses individual specific learning disorders. It describes their definitions and main symptoms The last chapter is devoted to disorders minimization. There we introduce Individual Educational Plan as well as the exercises appropriate to individual disorders.
Optimalization of tax burden of income tax - legal tax avoidance
KOLÁŘ, Pavel
I decided to devote my thesis to the optimalization of tax burden of income tax {--} the legal tax avoidance. The main aim of this work is to point out legal possibilities how to abate the tax base of the income tax and tax liabilities of natural persons, which enables the curently valid law of income tax, as well as other rules and regulations conditioning taxation. My partial aims are to compare particular variants abating the tax base and the personal income tax, to evaluate the best possibilities and to illustrate their practical solutions on concrete situations. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part I mentioned the main significance of taxes in the budget of the Czech Republic and the incorporation of the personal income tax into the tax system. Next, I tried to clear up the mater of the personal income tax, as for example who a tax-payer is, what the object of the tax is, what belongs to the tax base, what tax rebates and nontaxable parts of the tax base are, how to calculate the tax. It concerns in particular tax-deductible items, re-deduction of property, reserves, the way of financing new property, lump expenses, collective taxation of spouses etc. The last part is focused on presentation and practical solving of problems. I tried to include such examples which concern great number of tax-payers or which are most often used in practice.
