This diploma thesis deals with selected parts of the construction technology project of a multifunctional house in Brno on Cihlářská Street. Thesis contains a technical report, coordination situation and marking of transport routes of vehicles, time and financial plan of construction, study of the main technological stages of building, technical report of site equipment including drawing of site equipment, design of main construction machines including verification of bearing capacity and reach object, technology prescription and control and test plan for monolithic ceiling structure. The diploma thesis also includes selected LEED certification credits and a health and safety plan.

Construction-technological project of the Hotel Nábřeží near Kunov dam

This diploma thesis deals with construction and technological solution of hotel Nábřeží near Kunovská dam. The aim of this work is to choose the appropriate construction process of rough construction. Thesis contains technical report of main object, technological prescription and test plan for reinforced concrete ceiling, work plan and schedule of work also project of site equipment, main construction machinery and noise measurement survey. Further there is financial and time demand comparison of existing and alternative design of vertical load-bearing system in the connection with thermal insulation.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is tegnological construction project of a gross superstructure of the apartment building in a complex Ponava city in Brno. The building is seven-storey and has a basement. Vertical walls are partly from masonry and partly from reinforced concreate. The ceilings are from reinforced concrete and the building has a flat roof. The thesis includes a technical report, technological methods of construction, technical report of a site equipment, machine draft report, inspection and test plan, work safety and comparing different materials of vertical walls.

It is a four-storey building with a roof superstructure. The support system consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton, including the staircase, which will be the main object of the bachelor thesis.

It is an extension of a new six-storey building to the existing buildings. The thesis contains a technical report to the construction technology project, the coordination situation of the construction, the situation of wider transport routes, time and financial plan by objects, study of the realization of the main technological stages, a site equipment design, a design of a machine set, technological regulation for monolithic structures, quality control and testing plan of monolithic structures, noise study and selected documents for LEED certification.
