The main objective of my graduation theses is to analyze the financial and economic situation of Aero Vodochody Corporation between 2005 and 2009. Another goal is to review the entrance of the strategic owner into Corporation in 2007 including its steps taken during the restructuring of the company. I am focusing on the theoretical fundamentals of my financial analysis and its defined basics of method in the first part of my theses. Those are applied in second part of theses. Results of economics situation of corporation is summarized in conclusion of this theses.

Financial analysis of Nestlé Česko Corporation, Inc

The aim of the bachelor thesis named "Financial analysis of Nestlé Česko Corporation, Inc" was to evaluate property, pension and financial situation of the company. The work is divided into three parts -- methodical, practical and conclusion. Methodical part aims generally at absolute, differential and ratio indicators. The point of practical part is application of theoretically obtained knowledge about factual corporation which was analyzed between years 2007 and 2009. The analyzed corporation is introduced in the beginning of the practical part. There is also conducted analysis of balance sheet of corporation along with familiarization with the rival corporation. The rest of the practical part is dedicated to the indicators of profitability, liquidity, activity, cost and also to the bankruptcy and creditworthy models which reveal financial fitness of the corporation. Conclusion of the work is dedicated to the evaluation of property and financial situation and to the whole summarization of facts from analyzed field.

Economic analysis of the BM MOTO, s. r. o.

This graduation thesis contains an economic analysis of the BM MOTO, s.r.o. corporate entity. The aim is to perform a detailed analysis of its financial health in relation to an undergone investment as well as recommend a set of changes that would lead to an improvement of its financial performance. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the first of which being the methodological part, where all the applied models and processes are mentioned and explained. The second part applies these models on the chosen company. The second part is founded predominantly on accounting statements and also makes use of a bulk of internal data. The thesis also contains a detailed analysis of both absolute and relative indicators. Amongst the applied models belong the Du Pont analysis, the analysis of the Economic Value Added (EVA), bankruptcy and creditworthy models and an inter industry comparative analysis. The conclusion summarizes and evaluates all the results and presents an appropriate recommendation.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create financial analysis of the Westvaco Svitavy, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to a methodology of the financial analysis, the other part applies these methods on the Westvaco company. The results are compared with the other companies in the MeadWestvaco corporation and also with the avereges in the industry.

The financial analysis of the firm

The aim of the bachelor thesis is an evaluation of a financial situation within a chosen company between 2004 and 2008, which is based on the use of the financial analysis method. The theoretical part describes the principle and importance of the financial analysis, introduces its purpose and aim within the firm management. It defines the users, the data sources and basic methods of financial analysis including the overall models of evaluation of the firm health. The practical part shows the characteristics of the examined firm as well as the financial analysis itself which is carried out by the methods introduced in the theoretical part. The chosen indicators are also compared within branches. The conclusion of the thesis offers a summary of the most important findings of the implemented analysis.

Finanční analýza TOS Varnsdorf

This bachelor thesis on "Finanční analýza společnosti TOS Varnsdorf a.s." deals with analysis of their financial situation for the period 2004-2008 and its subsequent evaluation. The first part relates to the methodological apparatus, which is characterized by the concept of financial analysis, its users and the data source for financial analysis. Further work is focused on individual indicators of profitability, activity, liquidity and indebtedness and some solvent and bankruptcy models. The second section provides basic information about the company. Theoretical findings are used to compile its own financial analysis firm. In conclusion, the results are evaluated from a practical part.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess financial health of the HOCHTIEF CZ a.s. company. First part of the thesis is focused on the methods used in the analysis of the company. Second part shortly introduces the company itself. In the third part there is accomplished financial analysis of the company at the hand of the selected ratios which are mentioned in the theoretical part.
