Business model of Internet platform and its implementation

Diploma thesis Business model of Internet platform and its implementation offers specific recommendations while establishing a business model of an Internet platform, based on social network Twitter. The first part focuses on theoretical approaches to platform creation, business model creation and strategy of foreign market penetration. In the second part steps for implementation of a specific platform- influento are analysed. The final part gives synthesis of knowledge aquiered in both theoretical and practical part and contains step by step recommendation for implementation. It suggests time and financial savings suggestions as well as alternatives to business model usage.
Terms of expansion of selected organisation into international market

The main goal of this Diploma thesis is to find the most suitable form of an entry of the Czech company into the Ukrainian market. In the theoretical part, I focus on the forms of an entry into the foreign markets. In the practical part I present the Czech company Green Energy Machine Product, Ltd., doing analysis of companys surroundings, SWOT analysis and portfolio analysis. Based on the information I chosed the most suitable form of an entry and proposed implementation of the entry into the Ukrainian market.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the conditions under which a company can enter a foreign market. I have chosen the company Ipema, spol. s r. o. for my thesis. The company operates in food processing industry, specifically in the manufacture of bakery, since 1992. The company wants to expand it´s products to the Austrian market. Motivation and the reason for this process is the interest of Austrian customers in bread. To succeed in a foreign market is not easy. It is very important to know all the conditions and obligations which must be realize.

For this thesis I have chosen the company FMP Lignum, a firm specialising in production and sale of block boards and furniture, the registered seat of which is in Humpolec. For the time being their prevailing business activities are on the Czech market, but co-operation with foreign companies is gradually thriving.

The posibility localities for international markets entrence was evaluated by the neighbouring countries STEP analysis. The Slovak republic market was choised as target market for Jihospol, a.s. Building works contracts as subcontracts is the most suitable form of the entrence on the Slovak republic market for Jihospol, a.s.

In this thesis was analysed the prodecure during the import rathan goods from Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Indonesia to the Czech Republic. To alternate targets belonged comparison of the import from the countries of The European Union and from other countries from all over the world. Other alternate target was optimalisation of supply structure of organisation and suggestions of an implementation.
