Study of temperature and wetness climate of the sedge-grass littoral during the vegetation season
RANDLOVÁ, Monika
Work is focused on studying thermaly-hygric clime sedge overgrowth concerning to his produce parametres and cubic heterogeneity. In construed baccalaureate work i focused on relation of production above-ground biomass slim sedge (Carex acuta L.), with dampness and thermal clime. Slim sedge (Carex acuta L.) is dominant plant in flood part of damp grass fields. Work lie in destructive following overhead biomass along vegetative season. Highest performance live above-ground biomass was analysed in July 1820 g × m-2, but as compared to next takings to be almost constant, in August was analysed 1670 g ×m-2 and in September be signed growth of live above-ground biomass on 1789 g ×m-2. Dry matter overhead biomass decrease with toward the end of vegetative season. In July value of weight dry matter come to 801 g, in August 676,6g and in September were to be signed lowest value 530 g. Weight measured in September was considerably effected downstream that the persisted from second half of August. With those values relate and diminishing value of LAI that the reached values in July 2,44 m2/m2, in August 1,24 m2/m2 and in September 0,59 m2/m2. Work primary lie it measuring thermal and hygric values. Temperature and dampness differ in growth and above growth. Temperature in growth reached lower values than above growth with whereby bears measured higher values dampness in growth. Baccalaureate work was processed in terms of experimental intention agricultural faculty MSM 600*7*665806 ? permanent tenable management techniques of agricultural economy in foothills and mountain regions focused on making harmony between produce and non-produce use".

Tourism and recreation in selected area of Třeboň region
NEDVĚD, Petr
This bachelor work evaluates actual situation of the tourism in the area of Třeboň region and that is the main aim of this work. Next there are three smaller parts. The first one is the description of the development in the tourism in the particular place. The work analyses, as the count of particular kinds of premises in the towns, as and their place. The second one is the structure of current visitors, whereof was achieved in the questionnaire. The topics which are suitable for optimising the using of this place in the tourism are the last point in this work. For this, I used the theory finding and compared with the practical research that I gained by the help of the study of the place and the analyse of the visitors.
Aboveground production of an unmown wetland stand
HOVORKA, František
The bachelor thesis is part of the project of The Ministry of Environment no. SP/2d1/9307 (Czech Terra). The aim of this project is evaluation of the carbon budget in main ecosystem types in the Czech Republic. The thesis is focused on the production of aboveground biomass of a stand dominated by Carex acuta. Thje seasonal dynamics oc the aboveground biomass was estimated by repeated destructive harvests. The highest value of Carex acuta biomass (alive and dead) was 364,63 g.m-2 on 13 August. The maximum total aboveground biomass in m2 (alive and dead biomass of Carex acuta and other plant species) was 506,76 g.m-2. The highest value of the numer of C. acuta tillers was 424 pieces/m2.
Quantitative and qualitative spatial distribution of bed capacity and ancillary services within a defined territory Trebon
VROBELOVÁ, Lenka
Bachelor thesis deals with quantitative and qualitative spatial distribution of bed capacity and ancillary services within a defined territory Trebon. At the beginning the thesis deals with the definition of tourism and consequently its theory. In the next section is developed characteristic of the defined area, divided into the physical-geographical and socio-geographical part. In the main analytical section based on my own data collection, I appraise the quantitative bed capacity based on the inventory, the quality of bed capacity and ancillary services, the bed capacity by individual micro regions, and time and space relation of distribution of bed capacity. The work is supplemented by tables, graphs and maps.
Turnover of aboveground biomass in a dominant species of a wet meadow
MEJDOVÁ, Markéta
This Bachelor{\crq}s Thesis is a part of the SP/2d1/93/07 (Czech Terra) project of the Department of Environment, which is focused on an assessment of carbon cycle and carbon balance in selected ecosystems of the Czech Republic. Within this project there is assessed production of aboveground biomass of wetland vegetation in the location of Mokrá luka (Wet Meadow) near Třeboň. In the presented Bachelor{\crq}s Thesis I focus on documentation of conversion of aboveground biomass of tulfted sedge (Carex acuta L.), which represents a dominant of the flooded part of Wet Meadows. My thesis consisted in non-destructive observation of aboveground biomass accumulation in selected humps, during which I assigned dry mass value to tillers growing in these humps on the basis of an analogy with parallel samples. At the selected tillers I observed dynamics of leaf growth during vegetative season, their drying up and falling. In this thesis I also deal with the differences in growth dynamics at generative and vegetative tillers. During their growth the generative tillers had on average only three leaves; in total they had on average seven leaves, which means that four leaves started to grow in previous autumn. Since seeding the leaves were dieing and the last live ones were observed on 13 August. During August and at the beginning of September the leaves started to fall more. At vegetative tillers the number of leaves during the growth period increased. At the beginning of measurement of these dynamics (4 June) the tillers had on average 10 leaves, from which three were from the previous autumn; by September their number increased to 14. During the growth period the tiller had 5-6 photosynthetic active leaves. The leaves fell more slowly than at generative tillers.
Study of light microclimate in a chosen vegetation type during vegetation season
STOLIČKOVÁ, Martina
The aim of Bachelor thesis is the analysis of light microclimate depending on the production profile of sedge vegetation ( Carex acuta L. ) during the growing season. The light transmission of the growth of sedge and its changes during the growing season were examined. Then the seasonal cycle of the incoming and reflected solar radiation, including the albedo was evaluated. The seasonal changes in increase of aboveground live biomass, the amount of dry matter in the vertical vegetation profile, the distribution of leaf covering and the extinction coefficient changes during the growing season were assessed. The study of light microclimate and the biomass sampling was conducted in Mokré Louky near Třeboň close to pond Rožmberk. The largest representation of plant species has got Slender sedge ? Carex acuta L. there. The findings of relative insolation and light transmission was measured by pyranometer and the sampling of aboveground part was conducted by destructive method. These results show that the transmission is the highest at the vegetation surface and it decreases with the declining height. In August there was a radical decrease in the impact and the reflection of solar radiation due to the higher concentracion of water in the soil and air and this led to a reduction in albedo. Live biomass was measured: in July 1820g, in August 1670g and in September 1789g.The values of LAI and dry matter, recorded from July to September, were gradually decreasing and with the growing measured layer of growth there was a reduction in amount of dry matter and value of leaf area index. The extinction coefficient value varies depending on the age of stand. With the vegetation age the extintion coefficient increased up to 200,38. The Bachelor Thesis was developed within the research project of Faculty of Agriculture MSM 6007665806 ? The sustainable methods of farming in the foothills and mountainous areas, aiming to create harmony between their production and non-production application?.
The proposal of cultural tourism development project in Třeboň region
VOCHOZKOVÁ, Lenka
The objective of this Diploma Thesis is to draft a project of cultural tourism development in Třeboň region. Quantity of ponds and water courses are typical for this territory, and it also parades with a number of water mills that are architecturally or technologically valuable in terms of historic monuments. Despite their value they are not used as touristic sites and that is why to draft a project of Museum of miller's craft Mill of Spolí is a constituent of the Thesis. The sense and the objective of the project are to provide public access into the existing building of the Mill of Spolí as a technical monument. Museum exposition and practical demonstrations of mill machinery should improve the visitors' knowledge and it should inform them about the history of miller's craft and about the history of the Mill of Spolí itself. By these means the fame of Czech miller's craft as one of the traditional elements of country settlement should be reminded.

This thesis describes demografic determinants of tourism and service development in the region of Třeboň. The theoretical part deals with description of this region and its municipalities. It describes the main benefits of Třeboň and its surroundings - nature, fishpond cultivation and spa. The analytical part investigates the selected demografical determinants which influence the posibility of the tourism development in this region. The results of this research confirm the theory of regional development. The aim of this thesis is to focuse on the problematical parts in this region and propose new possibilities of tourism and service development.
Effect of inter-annual differences of selected meteorological parameters on species composition of the Wet meadows near Třeboň
FRANCOVÁ, Kateřina
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the inter-annual differences in species composition of selected stands of a wet meadow ecosystem in relation to determining meteorological parameters. Changes in plant communities were studied in selected parts of the Wet meadows near Třeboň. Inter-annual differences were found only in the cover of dominant species, but not in the constancy of species. The average cover of Phalaris arundinacea was greater in 2007 than in 2006. A further increase was observed in 2007 in the cover of Calamagrostis canescens, whose presence on the wet meadows was previously limited by the floods in 2002. Calamagrostis canescens again appeared on the Wet meadows in 2006, but its growth was promoted only in the drier year 2007. The results show that the community is relatively stable in relation to short-term fluctuations of the weather.
