The initial pages of the thesis are discussing the execution proceeding in general, further, the means of ordering the execution proceeding are described and finally there is a description of the means of performing the execution proceeding. In the final sections of each chapter, there is a comparison of both legal regulations. The thesis also consists de lege ferenda reflections and it also mentions the crucial changes in the execution law of the Czech Republic.

Investment casting of gamma TiAl intermetallics
Zemčík, L. ; Dlouhý, Antonín
The paper deals with the physical and chemical analyses of the above processes and gives their evaluation based on the results of experimental melts of the type of Ti48Al2Cr2Nb1B (at.%) obtained in vacuum induction furnace. In present study introduces a 1D model of heat flow in the system composed of a TiAl intermetallic casting, a ceramic shell mould and the vacuum furnace environment. Furthermore, a coupled 1D model of thermal strain evolves in the casting ů mould system during cooling to room temperature is also presented. The parametric study aimed at the minimization of thermal stresses provided optimum process parameters used later in investment casting of TiAl turbocharger wheels. The semi-optimized initial mould temperatures and cooling kinetics resulted in macroscopically sound castings that were free of misruns, macrocracks and internal porosity.

Suction in undisturbed samples of Brno Clay determined by filter paper method
Mohyla, Tomáš ; Boháč, Jan (advisor) ; Malát, Richard (referee)
Negative pore pressure (suction) in soils can be measured by various methods. Probably the most precise way is using the 'Imperial College suction probe', which is briefly described, was however not available. A simple alternative is represented by the filter paper method. It was used to determine the suction in the undisturbed samples of the overconsolidated Miocene clay from the town of Brno (Brno Tegel). However the capillary suctions determined by the filter paper were unrealistically high, and could not be used in estimating the in-situ horizontal stresses (at rest coefficient K0) in the Tegel. The reasons for the failure are discussed and possible future steps are suggested.

Analysis of the need for low-treshold facilities for children and youth in Prague 3.
Burdová, Michaela ; Poláčková, Jana (advisor) ; Dvořáčková, Hana (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the need for low-threshold-based social services for children and youth in the locality of Prague 3. In the theoretical part of the study there were defined basic concepts, furthermore, the processes of socialization and individuation with emphasis on the specifics of post-modern times and problems that may occur during the formation of identity were described. Further, against this background there were defined the basic stress situations and possible strategies to deal with it were outlined - generally also as in the context of low-threshold social services for children and youth. The meaning of the theoretical part was to point out the biodromal context of human development, of which the problems can not be taken out and solved separetely, but it is necessary to seek a comprehensive understanding of the situation in which the service user is located. The research includes the comparison of results of the survey in schools and low-threshold clubs, as well as the analysis of interviews with users of the low-threshold facility for children and youth and demographic aspects of the locality of Prague 3. The survey results complete data collected from the expert stakeholders - teachers in elementary schools, methodist of prevention in Prague 3 and 9, representative...

The operating family as the most effective prevention of the child´s and youth´s criminality;
DVOŘÁKOVÁ, Markéta
ABSTRACT The topic of this diploma work is ``The operating family as the most effective prevention of the Child´s and Youth´s Criminality``. As the topic itself says, this work concentrates on a family as the most effective factor within the bounds of the prevention of child´s and youth´s criminality. The theoretical part of this diploma work contains the description of a family as an integral system, which has its roles, functions. It is also focused on disorders of these functions in view of child´s and youth´s criminality. The main stress is laid on emotional and socializational role. Author describes the phenomenon of criminality itself as well as the socially pathological effects, which can be tied in with the criminality. Important part of this work concentrates on prevention of criminality both in its general meaning and, mainly, prevention within the family too. In the end of this work there is survey of statistics of criminality, which is devided according to regions and districts. More attention is given to region of Karlovy Vary, which the practical part of the work is based on too. The practical part works with the case studies of ten youths, delinquents, who come from the region mentioned above. For better understanding there are graphs added, which highlight the effects with the biggest influence on criminality. In this part of diploma work the author proceeds to work with the theoretical facts given in the first part, including comperison of the criminality statistics. It was found out, that these young people mostly come from families with functional disorders. According to this we can say, that these families have bad influence on the possible future criminal behaviour of their children. The aim of this diploma work is to discuss the matter of well-operating families and families with functional disorders in view of child´s and youth´s criminality, and then give possible hypotheses. On the basis of the studied theory and author´s own research, there is a kind of `` Ten rules of bringing up children`` established, which can help all parents in the prevention of criminality of their children.

In the second chapter is described point of view at the death and dying in history to the prezent. In the last chapter of the theoretical part is mentioned stress and workload of the nureses, which could end in burnout syndrome. Empirical part of my work is dealing with a quantitative research. Examined sample contains nurses caring for geriatric patients. Objective of the theses, is to determine and valorize the point of view of the nurses, at the old age, dying and death and their workload.

Differentiation in Saccharomyces cerevisiae colonies
Čáp, Michal ; Palková, Zdena (advisor) ; Pichová, Iva (referee) ; Demnerová, Kateřina (referee)
Yeast colonies are, alongside to bacterial biofilms, multicellular communities formed by unicellular microorganisms. These specific communities differ in many ways from populations cultivated in planktonic cultivations. Gradients of nutrients, metabolic by- products and other factors are formed and preserved within these structures, which provides a basis for cellular differentiation. Current literature concerning these issues with emphasis on yeast colonies and biofilms is summarised in the Introduction of this work. Section Results then describes my contribution to the knowledge on the differentiation of the colonies of Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a model system for studying microbial multicellular structures. Previously described horizontal differentiation, i.e. differentiation between colony centre and margin, is further characterised with respect to ammonia signalling and stress resistance. The importance of genes conferring the cell`s oxidative stress resistance in colony differentiation was studied and it was concluded that not stress resistance but rather metabolic and other changes promoted by ammonia signal are important for colony differentiation and survival. A new type of colony differentiation - the horizontal, i.e. differentiation between upper and lower part of the colony, is...

Adámek, Roman ; Řehula, Milan (advisor) ; Rabišková, Miloslava (referee) ; Špaček, Vladimír (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical technology Candidate: Mgr. Roman Adámek Supervisor: Doc. RNDr. Milan Řehula, CSc. Title of Doctoral Thesis: Viscoelasticity of fillers for direct tablet compacting Keywords: stress relaxation, viscoelasticity, Maxwell-Wischert model, hydrogen bond, van der Waals bond Important property of pharmaceutical fillers is viscoelasticity which can be evaluated in many ways. The Stress relaxation test is a method when a punch of compacting machine stops precisely in a moment of reaching set up pressure and decreasing pressure in a tablet during time is recorded. This action is mathematically described by a three-exponential equation which facilitates to separate the Stress relaxation test in three simultaneously running actions. Each of these actions is described by the moduli of plasticity and elasticity which point out in detail on viscoelastic properties of measured materials. The Stress relaxation test was used for 20 pharmaceutical fillers by 11 compacting pressures. To infer clearer conclusions, tablet strength, Young's modul of elasticity and elastic potential energy were determined. With help of above mentioned compacting parameters conclusions of viscoelasticity and compacting properties of used...
