ABSTRACT This work deals with the analysis and design of information system for company STAVOČ spol. s r. o., which is engaged in earthworks, building works, renovations and locksmithery. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part is the introduction to the theoretical basis. The second part is an analysis of the current situation, where the use of specialized techniques is to assess the state of information technology and systems, together with the requirements of company on this system. In the third part, I will discuss the proposal of the information system according to specific requirements on functionality.

At the end there are evaluated aspects of information system implementation in the company.

This system will serve workers in the company management as a support tool that is currently not available. The current situation of the company and the issues concerning its information system have been thoroughly analysed. On the basis of the outcome of the analysis, the solution for the design of data and functional information system model has been elaborated. The solution might be used for implementation of information system, which is not being used by the company at present.

This master thesis focuses on the analysis and design of an information system for company SOVA NET, Ltd. This company operates in the Internet marketing industry. This master thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is the introduction to the theoretical background. The second part is an analysis of the current situation. In this part I used specialized techniques to analyze the company's current situation. If company supposed to develop an information system and later makes sense to implement this solution. The third part deals with the design of the information system according to specific requirements for functionality.
