Citizens on Economic Situation of Their Households - October 2012

In October survey Public Opinion Research Centre examined how Czech citizens see the financial situation of their households. They evaluated whether it is difficult to manage with their earnings, but also talked about attitudinal feeling of poverty. 5% of citizens indicated their household to be rich, whilst 38% consider it to be poor. 56% of respondents regard their household as neither rich nor poor. Problems with current budget of their household were stated by 69% of respondents, on the other hand 30% said they have no problems with budget of the household. 89% of households have income that is sufficient to purchase food, clothes or usual household goods, 47% have enough money for their hobbies and hobbies of their family members, 29% can afford to buy high quality (and more expensive) foodstuff, 30% can save some money and 23% can support household of their parents or children.

Views on the participation of citizens in decision-making - February 2012

In February, the Public Opinion Research Centre examined views on the involvement of citizens in decision-making processes. People would like to make decisions primarily on important local issues. This view is supported by 83% of citizens. On the other hand, decisions on important laws and international treaties should do politicians. This view is supported by 65 % in the case of laws and 75 % in the case of international treaties.

Three fiths of respondents (60 %) regard their household as neither rich nor poor. Problems with current budget of their household were stated by 60% of respondents, on the other hand 38% said they have no problems with budget of the household. 91% of households have income that is sufficient to purchase food, clothes or usual household goods, 57% have enough money for their hobbies and hobbies of their family members, 33% can afford to buy high quality (and more expensive) foodstuff, 34% can save some money and 25% can support household of their parents or children.

The analysis of public liability insurance in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis analyzes the public liability insurance for damages in the Czech Republic. It presents the characteristics and types of public liability insurance. There is a summary of products that are offered by selected insurance companies in the Czech Republic. The analytical part of this thesis evaluate offer of selected products. In conclusion there is a comparison of selected products that are offered by insurance companies in the Czech Republic.
