Application of InTouch system for control of portal crane
Diblíková, Michaela ; Jáneš, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with creating software for control and visualization (SCADA) laboratory model gantry crane system using InTouch. Furthermore, the connection to the PLC model crane and a functional language program in STEP7. The aim is to create objects and windows for visualizacion and cotrol automatic functions crane. The work is shown and described a program created in STEP 7 language and program for the actual visualization and control model of the portal crane system in InTouch.

Robot machining of three-dimensional objects
Kolář, Bronislav ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of robot machining of three-dimensional objects. Used method is Part to tool, in which robot holds the part in its gripper and with stacionary clamped mill, machines the part. Overally three parts for machining are designed, everyone of them shows the different style of machining. Every machining operations are described in details. For their creation was used program Mastercam. Furthermore is described transfer of the data for industrial robot using program Robotmaster and recomanded algorithm for creation of similar tasks. The design of simplified workplace for demonstrative show of the milling of all the parts is also solved.

Design of a vision system with Kuka robot
Rusnák, Jakub ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with applications of vision system with KUKA robot in field of identification and sorting bigger amount of different objects. Introductory and theoretical part of the thesis describes present situation on industrial vision systems market and their usage. Diploma thesis include practical application of object (coin) recognition with SICK IVC 2D vision system and their sorting by industrial robot KUKA KR 3. Application is also concerned with network communication between camera and robot via PLC, programming in KRL language and programm for object recognition in IVC Studio.

Application of cogeneration and trigeneration for outlying buildings supplying
Fojtík, Lukáš ; Moskalík, Jiří (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma work deals with the topic application of cogeneration and trigeneration for outlying buildings supplying. The first part this work containes description of technology and methods of realization. In this part there is also described absorption circulation. The second part this work targets concepts energy independedce the building, that has concrete energy consumption, including economic analysis.

3D laser range finder SICK application
Fritz, Tomáš ; Krček, Petr (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis presents a use of 3D laser range finder designed for purposes of autnonomous mobile systems. The 3D scanner is built as extension of 2D laser range finder with rotation module. In the first section is described laser range finder SICK LMS 291 and his pitching construction along with used software tools. Second part deals with design and implementation of algorithms for data reading and their processing with methods of surface reconstruction, octree and object segmentation with Hough transform.

Documentation of the church in the Dolní Věstonice village
Kovářová, Anna ; Vondrák, Jiří (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Radim (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is the creation of documentation of the St. Michael the Archangel church in Dolní Věstonice village, which includes topographic situation of the object, drawing of the first floor, vertical and longitudinal sections and outdoor views of the façades. The church, it’s location and chronological description of all activities is included in the text of the thesis. Chapter named Preparatory work describes reconnaissance of current point field, creation of network of extra points for measuring and sketches preparation. The next section describes the methods used for positional and height measurement of detailed and assist points. The following chapter entitled Office work includes description of all the calculations and the making of individual drawings. The summary of results and the possibility of future use of the created documentation is described in the end of this thesis. All drawings, calculations reports and the accuracy testing of detailed points are found in the annexes.

Optimization of the heating system operation after reconstruction
Komínek, Petr ; Reitknecht, Jiří (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (advisor)
This master's thesis analyzes optimization of operation of the heating system after its reconstruction. For application of this theme was chosen school building in the complex of SOU and SOŠ Bosonohy. This work first analyze the object where is described the character of the building and as next examination of the building cloak by using infrared thermography and finally evaluation of the energy performance of the building before and after reconstruction using an proof of energy building performance. The aim of this work is optimization of the heating system. This topic is dealing with optimal settings heating curve for equithermic regulation and next the optimization of heating operation.

Image similarity measurement using points of interest
Jelínek, Ondřej ; Uher, Václav (referee) ; Burget, Radim (advisor)
This paper presents a new object detection method. The method is based on keypoints analysis and their parameters. Computed parameters are used for building a decision model using machine learning methods. The model is able to detect object in the picture based on input data and compares its similarity to the chosen example. The new method is described in detail, its accuracy is evaluated and this accuracy is compared to other existing detectors. The new method’s detection ability is by more than 40% better than detection ability of detectors like SURF. In order to understand the object detection this paper describes the process step by step including popular algorithms designed for specific roles in each step.

Analysis of morfology of stone spikes
Sucharda, Jaroslav ; Rampl, Ivan (referee) ; Sadovský, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this project is to enable automatic cataloguing and measuring archeological discoveries. The first step is image processing, which is performed via thresholding, segmentation and adjusting found objects. After these procedures, examined objects are represented by a komplex vector. The second part is focused on measuring the point and identification of its shape. The access to retrieved data is permitted by user interface created in the last part of this project.
