Motivation of sensation seeking in sport round young people at the age of 16-25 (freestyle snowboarding)\\

This work deals with the question of what brings young people to extreme sports, despite the fact that they are exposed to a certain amount of danger. The theoretical part explains terms such as motivation, sensation seeking and the state of flow. Tha practical part contains research that uses the method of a questionnaire. One standard and one non-standard questionnaires were used. The research used n=31 (17 woman, 14 man) local adolescents who showed different levels of devotion to freestyle snowboarding. The foremost focus of the research was to determine the amount of risk-seeking among adolescents. The second part of the research is designed to find out whether the respondents reach the state of flow during the given activity. The results show that the respondents reached above-average SSS values, the highest results respondents reached in Dis and BS, average results in ES and below-average in TAS. Respondents reached slightly below-average levels of flow in comparison with the German norm.
Learning the art of being

Self-concept is one of the most important parts of our personality. It includes our self-perception, self-evaluating, emotional aspect of our personality and our will. Its development influences the development of our personality, so probably it can prevent some pathological phenomenon in the society. Progress of our self-concept is the ongoing - life process. The school is one of the most important factors which influence this process. First of all I summarized psychological theories of self- concept in the theoretical part of this work. Afterward I concerned myself with regulations of the Czech educational system. I tried to find out how the work on developing self - concept of pupils is included. In the practical part of my work I observe how Czech teachers care about self- concept of their pupils, what they know about theories of self- concept and how they work on its development.
Mental disorders and their impact on crime

The work draws on documents and information obtained in the areas of psychology (psychology, criminal psychology, forensic psychology and police psychology), and should provide insight into problems of human personality, its composition, mental disorders and personality disorders. The individual chapters gradually work deals with the psychological view the personality of man, the structure of personality, personality disorders and criminal behavior individuals held in connection with mental disorder. The next phase is progressively described specific personality disorders, especially schizophrenia, paranoia, and antisocial histrionská disorder. The work also deals with addictive disorders and impulsivním the last two chapters of the victims of crime and treatment procedures that are in the treatment of mental disorders used. The work includes case studies of text and graphs to illustrate the issue.

He was active person and he worked for the benefit of the Church and common good. He belongs to significant personalities of the city Náměšť nad Oslavou in the first half of 20th century.
Personal development of manager, motivation, stimulation and lifetime learning

The aim of this diploma work is the specification of approaches to the developement of manager´s personality, the identification of different ways of motivation and stimulation and getting of oppinions of lifetime laerning need. The research work was realized in the companies Farmtec and Kostečka. In the first part of this work are summarized the teoretical knowledge. The used method of data collection was questionairy examination. The characteristic of the both companies follows after the methodology of this work. In the results of the questionairy examination every question is compiled into a chart and a graph, followed by results and a discussion. In the couclusion the most important pieces of knowledge are summarized. The Farmtec company focuses on the knowledge and common sence. Their managers are efficienty motivated and stimulated. They prefer in born abilities to the lifetime learning. The Kostečka company prefers the gradual creation of knowledge. Their managers feel the need of solidarity. The repondents would more motivation anad stimulation, more autonomy and the opportunity to get on thein own.
Present nursery school in a town and in a village

This work discusses the differences of the rural and the urban lifestyle and their influence to the behavior and approve themselves of children and teachers in nursery schools. In the theoretical part I write about the factors, which have the greatest influence to the behavior of children, in the practical part I watch the behavior of children in the preselect activities in 5 rural and 5 urban nursery school.

The degree work outlines the professional profile of the educator working with children and young people in their free time. The introductory chapter explains the basic concepts and focuses on the characteristics of the theory of teacher´s profession, personality, values and key competences. The historical development describes education, and the concept of educator in its historical context. The next chapter focuses on the professional possibilities of the free-time educator. His or her educational activities are defined by the brief survey of institutions and facilities where children and young people spend their free time. The final part concentrates on the overall evaluation of the free-time educator. The professional profile contains certain individual qualities as well as theoretical and practical abilities.
