Calculation of heatexchanger
Kvapil, Matěj ; Naď, Martin (referee) ; Klučka, Ivan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on strength calculation of a heat exchanger according to ČSN EN 13445. First stage is an introduction into the theme of heat exchangers and their calculation. Next part is about the calculation according to ČSN EN 13445 itself. Part of this thesis is also strength analysis of selected items using numerical method (FEM). Annexes include calculation in software Microsoft Excel and basic drawings of items.
Implementation of the air-ground heat exchangers in condition of the Czech Republic
Macenauerová, Tereza ; Musil, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kolbábek, Antonín (advisor)
This work presents the implementation of ground heat exchangers for air-conditioning systems of buildings in the Czech Republic, especially in south Moravia. The purpose is to find basic information about specific devices - such as the type of heat exchanger, material of pipeline, the method of suction (filtration), outlet of condensate, etc. These are parameters that investor can decide before the realization. Exercise equipment is dependent on the parameters that investor can not decide (eg. type of soil, disposition of land, surrounding climate). The work is based on a questionnaire study (part of junior project FSI-J-12-24) form 2012 which was solved with concrete owners of realized devices. A part of the ground heat exchangers comes from the implementation of energy-efficient houses KARON s.r.o. company, the basic parameters of the these exchangers are provided by its managing director Ing. Stanislav Karasek. Other devices have been traced in the database of passive houses in the Czech Republic - managed by the Passive House in Brno. The work summarizes some of knowledge of owners, shows the most often used types and values the importance of proper design of the whole device.
Energy conservation in ventilation of buildings
Sláčík, Ondřej ; Kolbábek, Antonín (referee) ; Charvát, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with various forms of building ventilation, especially energy conservation in ventilation. The first part focuses on the factors that influence the quality of indoor environment. The second section describes the concepts of ventilation and basic distribution of different ventilation methods. Another section deals with heat losses associated with ventilation. The last part deals with the various measures that leads to reduction of energy losses of ventilation, it is mainly controlled ventilation based on CO2 and heat recover.
Heating and ventilating of low-energy and passive houses
Jankola, Mario ; Musil, Zdeněk (referee) ; Jaroš, Michal (advisor)
The Bachelor's thesis focuses on heating and ventilation of low-energy and passive houses. The beginning chapters describe and explain basic principles of these buildings and basics of air-handling systems. The main part of the work overviews contemporary heating and ventilation systems while pointing out their advantages and disadvantages. The last chapter consists of realistic blueprint for low-energy family house, including specifications on heating and ventilation systems, as well as evaluation of their efficiency.
Air to water heat pumps
Špatenka, Jindřich ; Weismanová, Júlia (referee) ; Hejčík, Jiří (advisor)
Topic of the bachelor thesis are heat pumps air - water. The first part deals with the principle of heat pump and development since the inception to the present day, as well as a brief indication of other types of heat pumps and their adventages and disadvantages. In the next part are selected heat pumps from different manufacturers achieved by heating factors, performance and other parameters. Followed by used circuits of heat pumps. In the third section are described the component parts of heat pumps and their distribution.
Risk assessment design margin of process and power equipment
Horsák, Jan ; Pačíska, Tomáš (referee) ; Jegla, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work is devoted to description of methodology of determining process and power equipment design margins, which is based on assessment of a relative process importance of the equipment in question. The methodology is theoretically analysed, brought into context of common design practice and demonstrated on actual cases. Substantial part of this work analyses heat transfer in general as a base of heat exchanger design process.
Sodium steam generator for experimental stand
Janíček, Martin ; Nerud, Pavel (referee) ; Šen, Hugo (advisor)
This thesis deals with the experimental liquid sodium heated steam generator. The first chapters describe the many aspects that should be taken into account when designing this type of steam generator. Furthermore, is approximated in the proposal the work itself. On the basis of thermal, hydraulic calculation of strength and was chosen one preferred option. In conclusion, the best option is evaluated steam generator sodium-water and the possibility of realization.
Solar Heating
Kárl, Jiří ; Moskalík, Jiří (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
This work presents you a basic parts of solar systems and shows on example of real family house, how to count calculate return on investment in to solar system on family house.
Design modification of heatexchanger for steam generation
Prášek, Radovan ; Gottvald, Jakub (referee) ; Nekvasil, Richard (advisor)
This thesis deals with heat exchangers. Thesis is divided into two parts. First one is devoted to various construction of equipment for heat exchange, basic divisions and overwiew of the types. The second part deals with a specific solution modification of existing equipment. The solution includes a description of the problematic parts, calculation of selected parts, design modifications and basic drawings of the proposed solution.
Heat Exchanger
Čípek, Petr ; Pavlů, Jaroslav (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
Heat exchanger is a device mediating the exchange of heat between two flowing mediums. This exchange can be periodical or continuous. The choice of the type of heat exchanger depends on the usage and parameters of entering medium. This thesis deals with the tube recuperation (recovery) exchanger and calculation of new one. This new heat exchanger is supposed to replace current one produced by Kralovopolska in 1974. These heat exchangers have wide range of application. They are widely used in all fields, from energy related equipment to the pharmaceutical plants. The conversion of current heat exchanger was made according to the CSN EN 13 445 for non-heated pressure vessels. The calculation was made for all pressure load parts, among these are the mantle, beds, throats, tube plates and tube feet. All parts are suitable for all the styles of load.
