Studying of the issue is done in general, and in its statistical representation focuses on the detected in-fringement of law committed under the influence of drug traffic in Pelhřimov district. The paper first describes several most commonly used drugs which are then processed into various subchapters including their impact on driving. Further on work includes subchapters according to their time-sequence from obtaining suspicion of drug use by the driver before driving to the way of communication with the suspect officers should choose, to confirmation of the initial detection of drugs in the body of the driver and outlining other actions for correct documentation of the whole thing necessary to prove the offense and successful investigation. This section also included a legislative defini-tion of the problem. Work includes a retrospective content analysis of statistically reported data of drug use by motor vehicle drivers in the whole country and drug drivers in the territory of the Pelhřimov district. Another method used in the processing of work was the method of analysis of available materials and method of comparative study. The goal is to illustrate the influence of drugs offenses in traffic and the number of detected cases of drug use by motor vehicle drivers before or during the journey, and bring the issue in tabular form, which will be used in the formation of a coherent view on it. The material is suitable for improvement of the performance of officers in the in-stitutions which take part in the hearings of infringements committed under the influ-ence of drugs in the traffic, mainly for Police of the Czech Republic and administrative authorities. Two hypotheses were established as the objectives of the work. The num-ber of infringements committed under the influence of drugs in the territory of the Pel-hřimov district is increasing. This hypothesis was confirmed by the collected data. The second hypothesis, that drugs adversely affect the driver{\crq}s ability to drive a motor vehi-cle, was also confirmed by the comparison of resources.

KŘÍŽKOVÁ, Ilona
The thesis deals with the issue of addiction. The objective of the paper is to compare opinions and experience of university students of medical and economic specializations regarding narcotics and psychotropic substances. The issue of addictions is a frequently discussed and up-to-date subject that has big impact not only on health service and economics. The Annual Report of the Public Health Authority of the capital city of Prague in 2009 provides information about frequency of drug use among population. The first place belongs to methamphetamine (pervitin) which is mostly used by clients of K - centres and also by clients demanding treatment for the first time. The second place belongs to cannabis. The third place belongs to clients using opiates and demand treatment for the first time. (56) The theoretical part focuses on the issue of drug, alcohol and cigarettes addictions. The history and the development of every single type of addiction are mentioned here together with present knowledge and information. In the practical part of the thesis the method of quantitative research was applied. The data were obtained by means of a questionnaire. Students of the Third Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and students of the University of Economics were a quota for the selection. The objective of the research was to map and compare opinions of students of above mentioned specializations of the issue of addiction and also to find out what is the personal experience of these students with narcotics. The research shows that the first personal experience of students of medical specializations with narcotics and psychotropic substances is similar to experience of students of economic specialization. Over 60 % of respondents answered that they have already had experience with a narcotic and psychotropic substance. There is also the similarity of age. Both groups most frequently mentioned the age of 16 as the age of the first experience with narcotic and psychotropic substances. Marijuana was the drug that was most frequently mentioned and used by students. 97 % of the students of the third Faculty of Medicine and 100 % of the students of the University of Economics answered no to the question whether they use narcotics or psychotropic substances regularly. They have had experimental experience with narcotics or psychotropic substances, however are not regular consumers. The students of the University of Economics show bigger tolerance to the use of psychotropic substances than the students of the Faculty of Medicine, these students mostly condemn such an activity. The students of the Faculty of Economics distinguish soft and hard drugs more than the students of the Faculty of Medicine, these students mostly answered that all drugs are dangerous. One of the questions focused on a total ban of smoking in restaurants and on the attitude of the students to the ban. 78 % of all students think it is a good thing. They mind passive smoking above all. Respondents from both universities agreed that they would not establish a partnership with an addict. Most students would even not tolerate a partnership with a person who was once an addict and now abstains since they are afraid that he/she could return to the addiction. The hard drug addiction is found by the students the most serious. On the other hand, marijuana addiction is extremely underestimated.

Harm Reduction services at indoor or outdoor dance events
PEŠEK, Martin
The environment of dance events brings, apart from entertainment, considerable risks and stress to those who attend these events. This does not concern only the easy availability of drugs in this environment. The individual person is exposed to further external factors that may, directly or indirectly, endanger his / her health. The main task of services provided by Harm Reduction in the environment of dance events by field programmes of non-profit organizations fulfilling tasks of the state antidrug policy, is to minimise and not to eliminate these risks. The theoretical part is focused on defining the term of ``Harm Reduction{\crqq}. It explains to the readers not only the general principle of the model, but also acquaints them with specific services, such as testing tablets of synthetic drugs that become available to visitors to dance events. Further, this thesis presents characteristic features of the environment of dance events, informs on the development and the present state in the Czech Republic. It informs comprehensively on the most frequent psychoactive substances that are overused in this environment and the risks thereof. In the final chapter, I deal with the term of the safe dance event environment, which is based on Czech and foreign recommendations by government organizations. The objective of my thesis was to compare the provided services, with a subjective view of the recipients of these services. The objective of the thesis was fulfilled. The first hypothesis confirms that the presence of the Harm Reduction services is positively viewed by over 70 per cent of the participants, as part of a safe environment of a dance event. The second hypothesis confirms that the continuous enlargement of the programme with new services, including services already cancelled, is positively viewed by the participants in dance events. I used the quantitative method for the investigation. The data were obtained by means of anonymous questionnaires. The research set comprised sixty participants in dance events in the towns of Pilsen, Prague and České Budějovice. The results of my thesis could be sued as a feed back for field programmes applied in the environment of dance events. The thesis points out topical problems and suggests possible solutions and starting points for the future.
Pharmacy accounting and the impact of regulatory fees on the running of small companies
BOBKOVÁ, Martina
Sales of pharmaceuticals in today's consumer society is very widespread. Pharmacies must be able to satisfy all types of customers, and must manage that they are always well stocked and ready for any demand. In the last two years is operation of pharmacies significantly affected by the introduction of regulatory fees. Actual enactment of the fees would certainly not attracted so much attention. The main problem is the payment of regulatory fees by regional pharmacies, which are subsidized by region. Private pharmacies can not compete that conduct and they are facing a difficult competitive position. In the theoretical part I was dealing with explanations of accounting terms definition relating to pharmacy accounting, as well as accounting itself. I described standard accounting practices. I mentioned a ways to calculate the Company's liquidity and stock turnover, and what these indicators reflect. Then I tried to describe the issue of regulatory fees. In the practical part I have analyzed the complex pharmacy accounting. I described the various ways and methods of accounting for fixed assets, stocks, short-term investments, clearing relationships, and use the account of an individual entrepreneur. My main goal was to capture the specifics which appear in the pharmacy accounting. These specifics related to particular stocks. As a partial target I've done calculations showing the liquidity of the pharmacy and stock turnover. These indicators I subsequently evaluated in the tables and I tried to analyze other factors that affect liquidity and stock turnover. In the next target I analyzed the financial impact of the regulatory fees payment on other private pharmacies. I tried to retrace the events that occurred in the Czech judiciary which were related to the disputes of private pharmacies and regions in the issue of these fees.

ONDRÁČKOVÁ, Kateřina
Our diploma thesis entitled ?The system of prevention of social and pathological phenomena and its implementation at elementary schools? engages in the analysis of possibilities and conditions for and approaches to the implementation of primary pre-vention at elementary schools. The objective of the present diploma is to describe how systems of primary prevention work on the regional and school levels; accordingly, we have performed a comparison of different approaches to this issue at selected schools in the regions of South Bohemia and Pardubice. We have analyzed programmes of the aforesaid regions on the conceptual level, observing the implementation of preventive programmes at particular schools (such as elementary or special). Furthermore, we have examined the assistance as actually pro-vided to schools during the formation of school preventive programmes and their influ-ence on pupils or students as such. We are also interested in how the possibilities that are on offer for the cooperation among schools are utilized and how schools make use of grant programmes provided by regional authorities. The present thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theo-retical part first characterizes and defines basic terms, explaining the most common so-cial and pathological phenomena with the largest impact on the young. Second, a men-tion is made of the system of prevention at both the school and regional levels. Accord-ingly, the practical part focuses on the analysis of school activities in the area of preven-tion, particularly the methodology of prevention, the support of the formation of preven-tive programmes and the influence such programmes have on children. The conclusion summarizes presuppositions and hypotheses which are men-tioned in the introduction. A sociological survey has been conducted at selected schools by means of questionnaires, which will be evaluated at the end of our thesis.
