Ekonomická bilance ekologické likvidace vozidel městské hromadné dopravy
Daněk, Filip
The first part is devoted to the evaluation of the legislative environment in relation to the legislative regulations of the Czech Republic and the EU. The next part deals with the possibility of using individual parts of selected vehicles during their physical liquidation in connection with economic aspects. At the end of the thesis, the obtained data are commented on and the possibilities of dealing with discarded vehicles in future renewals of the MHD fleet are discussed, taking into account all economic aspects.
Innovation Strategy of DPMB Tram Vehicles
Šiler, Martin ; Chaloupecký, Tomáš (referee) ; Bartes, František (advisor)
The diploma thesis proposes new innovation strategy for The Brno Public Transport Authority (DPMB) tram vehicles. The thesis reviews different approaches to transport innovation strategy. Analyse current strategy in Transport Authority and finally is proposed original innovation strategy of DPMB tram vehicles. The proposal aims to serve as strategical document for the management and stakeholders in tramway fleet renewal.
Selected problems of optimization in Prague tram network
Benešová, Magdaléna ; Mervart, Michal (advisor) ; Matoušková, Aneta (referee)
Master's Thesis is focused on urban public transport, specifically on tram network in Prague. The first part introduces the transport, with focus on personal transport, its transport routes and means of transport. Next part describes Prague tram network, its history from the very beginning of the first tram lines till present and that is broken up into the detail on particular tram lines which are now operated. Further the transportation survey of Prague integrated transport from the year 2016 is introduced. The information from this survey are consequently used for two different drafts on solution of tram network. The first draft suggests tracing the lines with the biggest possible amount of lines while the second one suggests tracing with as many direct offers as possible. The last part of the thesis compares and valuates both suggested drafts.
Possibillities of connecting Suchdol and Bohnice by tram
Nádvorník, Petr ; Mervart, Michal (advisor) ; Kratinová, Alžběta (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of building a tram track between the Prague districts of Suchdol and Bohnice. It summarizes basic facts about public transport in general and in Prague, mentions the organization of the Prague Integrated Transport system and its financing. The practical part deals with the specific project of the tram track connecting Suchdol and Bohnice using the already designed tracks Kobylisy - Bohnice and Podbaba - Suchdol. Moreover, the nearby Troja area is added to the project. Based on current bus traffic data, new tram lines serving these areas are suggested. At the final stage, the project is complemented by the new P + R parking lots and the possibilities of their use.
Computational modeling of noise emitted by tram wheel during cornering
Motyka, Jakub ; Fiedler, Robert (referee) ; Švancara, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with computational modeling of curve squeal noise phenomena which occurs during cornering tight curves by trams. Lateral creep between rail and wheel and slip-stick phenomena leads to self-excited vibrations of the wheel which, therefore, emits unpleasant high-pitched noise. Two FEM models in frequency domain are carried out. First model is based on prestressed modal analysis. Due to unsymmetric stiffness matrix, unstable eigenvalues can occur. It is assumed that self-excited vibrations occurs on frequencies corresponding to that eigenvalues. Second model uses harmonic response analysis. It examines vibrations of the wheel excited by lateral creep force acting in contact region. This force is obtained externally by simple time-domain model. Results from harmonic response are used consequently for noise radiation computation.
Computational modelling of complex eigenfrequencies of the tram wheel during cornering
Burian, Josef ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Švancara, Pavel (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with the computational modeling of complex natural frequencies of the tram wheels during cornering. The aim of this work is to determine eigenvalues, perform analysis of the influence of different parameters on eigenvalues and perform harmonic response analysis in order to find surface velocities that can be used in future noise emission analysis.
Design of Tram
Blaha, Tomáš ; Surman, Martin (referee) ; Zvonek, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis is about design of autonomous tram, which is part of integrated system of adaptive control of city traffic. The thesis includes research of history and current production of tram view of design, technologic solution and prospects. The next part contains design solution, which includes layout of interior, color and graphic solution with regard to technical solution and ergonomics requirements.
Transit Hub Brno - Merhautova
Krejčí, Petr ; Pavlíček, Jan (referee) ; Všetečka, Martin (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of the intersection of streets Merhautova and Provazníkova in Brno in means of to establish a comfortable transit hub between all passing lines. The reconstruction of the intersection includes a proposal for new tram stops and adjustment of pedestrian routes allowing easy transfer between cruise lines, trolley buses and trams.
Evaluation of the Causes of Traffic Accidents Involving Public Transport Vehicles in Brno
Ševčíková, Lucie ; Finstrle, Jiří (referee) ; Panáček, Vladimír (advisor)
My master´s thesis is concerned with the problems of traffic accidents involving public transport in Brno. The first part of my master´s thesis is concentrated on an analysis of the structure of the vehicle fleet of the Dopravní podnik města Brna, a.s. (DPMB). There is an evaluation of traffic accidents of the vehicles of Brno´s public transport in the second part, according to the kind of traction. An analysis of the causes of the most common accidents was carried out on the basis of the ascertained results. In the last part, my master´s thesis is concerned with a proposal of measures to reduce the accident rate.
Analysis of Deceleration of Trams and Evaluation of its Impact on Standing Passengers
Skupová, Dagmar ; Fleissig,, Petr (referee) ; Vémola, Aleš (advisor)
The thesis is concerned with establishing the braking retardation and determining of it's influence for standing passengers. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is theoretical and it is engaged in brake system of tramway. The second, experimentally part talks about practical establishing of braking retardation. And the third part of thesis is gived to discussion about established values of braking retardation. The aim of thesis is to find a value of braking retardation, when standing passengers don't fall down.
