This theoretical and practical thesis is focused on games. In the theoretical part there is a summary of basic knowledge of game from the philosophical, psychological and pedagogical perspective. In practical part there are some suggestionsand illustration of the game objects and their using and visualization in exterior.
National and EU Legislation in the Field of the Environmental Impact Assessment
SMOLKOVÁ, Eva
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize and descript the current legislation concerning the process of the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) in the Czech Republic. The basis of the thesis is the description of the relevant legal provisions of the EIA on the EU level, which should be - due to the accession of the Czech Republic to the EU - transposed into the national legal order. On this background the compatibility of the national legislation with the EU rules has been assessed. The thesis is divided into five sections. The first section contains the description of the main aspects of the EIA process in global. The second and the third parts summarize the development and current state of the Environment Impact Assessment on the EU and national level. The fourth section deals with the role of state administration bodies and courts in the EIA process. The last part has been devoted to the question of compatibility of the national legislation with the relevant EU rules concerned, from the perspective of the infringement procedures initiated against the Czech Republic.
LINQ technology

Purpose of this thesis is to overview unified programming model LINQ and its application in C#. It examines effects of LINQ utilization on conventional methods used while working with data in object oriented programming. Major part of this thesis discuss the implementation of LINQ to SQL, however basic information about all the significant methods are also included. Furthermore, it is engaged in development of C# applications using LINQ and may also serve as a learning guide, containing all vital facts about LINQ, its syntax, and its advantages compared to classic principles of data handling.
The usage of potential Rome as a destination for Czech tourists

The theme of my thesis is Rome, the Eternal city. This city attracts the attention of millions of tourists from all over the world. Tourists are fascinated by its fame, affluence, luxury and glitter of marble palaces. Each of emperors wanted to leave a heritage for next generations. The greatest and most impressive heritage is the Coloseum. This huge construction of emperor Vespasian have been a symbol of strength and invincibleness of the empire since then. My ambition is to display beauty and magnitude both antient and modern Rome. It is famous for its history, emperors, symbols of the city and the films, which was take place in the city, and about famous direktor Federico Felliny. I suggested five tours in where I want to present both best-known and less-known however not less interesting sights. Fifth tour is situated near beautiful lake Bracciano. Tourists can admire Etruscan memories and discovery site.
Task automation in spreadsheet program with the assistance of VBA

My thesis primarily deals with a part of spreadsheet program - their macro language - Visual Basic for Application {--} VBA. The work describes the structure, features and characteristics of the language. It also brings a procedure enabeling to create macro without the knowledge of programming, as well as the procedure how to create one´s own functions and procedures or their part. The work also includes a source code of my own application that is used in practice. At present there are more instruments on the market, not just one. However, all my thesis (except the final evaluation) concentrates on one particular variation of this particular spreadsheet program {--} Excel, which is a part of Microsoft Office Professional Version 2002 (XP). The reason I chose this product simply comes from the fact that it is my daily work tool in my job. In the final part of my thesis I compare the chosen software with another alternative software.
Existence and possible worlds

This work examines the existence of individuals and objels in possible worls. I try to show the diference in the two treatment guidelines possibilism and actualism. The work is dividend into four parts.The first part deals with history and nature of possible worlds. The second part deals with possibilism. It represents modal platonism of David Lewis and possibilism of Alexius Meinong focusing on the existence of individuals and objels. Another part deals mainly with actualism theory of Alvin Plantinga. This section is expanded to look of transparent intensional logic of Pavel Tichý. Another part compares the views of those theories.
Macros in MS Excel and OpenOffice.org Calc

The bachelor thesis acquaints the revers with the creation and the use of macros, especially in MS Excel and partly in OpenOffice.org Calc. Generally compares the options of programming languages Visual Basic for Application and OpenOffice.org Basic. Its part are the sample macros created by me, which illustrate the options of possible using in practice.
