Evalution of the links between the elements of territorial systems.
ČÍŽEK, Ladislav
This tesis is focused on a comparison of the major elements of territorial systems. That means an existing state before planned comprehensive land consolidation and expected state after comprehensive land consolidation. This was followed by evaluation of the links between the elements. These are erosions measures, regional system of ecological stability, road network, and water management measures. After selecting the area of interest I made detailed field research and I evaluated the condition of the road network and the hydric skeleton of the landscape. The evaluation was mainly focused on technical condition of roads and watercourses. Then I dealed with the proposed measures, in which I reviewed whether they are sufficient for the given area. Finally I discussed the possibilities of extending the proposed measures, especially the perspective of comprehensive land consolidation.

The effect of delimitation of land on the reduction of sediment transport
HUMPÁL, David
This Bachelor´s Thesis deals with sediment denuding and with its possible reduction in the agricultural landscape by means of delimitation and other erosion control measures. The introductory part is devoted to general characteristics of the sediment, and indicates the amount of sediment in each element of hydrological network in the Czech Republic and in the world. The following two parts describe causes and consequences of higher concentration of sediment in the water environment. Factors affecting sediment denuding into surface waters and the description of these factors are determined in the following part. The last two parts, which are the most comprehensive, deal with means serving to reduction of sediment denuding in the agricultural landscape in term of erosion protection, and possibilities of delimitation application to limit sediment denuding. The aim of this work is to identify and describe protective measures, especially delimitation measures, which are used to reduce sediment denuding in the agricultural landscape, while pointing out the consequences that are caused by sediment in the water environment, coming mainly from poorly protected farmland.

Paul Ignatz Bayer, Adam Frantz Prince of Schwartzenberg and Chateau of Ohrada as a part of the Residence Network of the Baroque Nobleman
IVANEGA, Jan
The Bachelor Thesis Pavel Ignác Bayer, Adam František from Schwarzenberg and Ohrada Lodge. The hunting lodge as part of the baroque nobleman´s residential net deals with the examitation of the Hunting Lodge Ohrada in a wider cultural and historical context. Jan Ivanega focuses on research of the builder´s intellectual world, and its reflection in the specific Ohrada building task. The analysis of the research sources (correspondence, bills, plans from State Archive Třeboň) has proofed that building of Ohrada Lodge was not a creative act of the only one person but a combination of a wide range of factors, from the builder´s own wishes over the economic possibilities of the domaine, to the architect and craftsmen´s abilities. The author has taken advantage of until today unknown stock for reconstruction of the original image, operation of seperated parts of the complex, and its placement into a wider landscape framework. He concludes the work by considering a possible use of the Ohrada Lodge after finishing its construction, and its placement within the Schwarzenberg´s residential net.

Influence of melioration and landscape management on flooding situation in the village of Mnich at Kardašova Řečice
JANEČEK, Karel
Abstract: Near the village of Mnich at Kardašova Řečice the agricultural land has been ameliorated and the creek bed of Mnišský stream in the section above the village has been technically modified. This text describes melioration measures realized and their impact on the flow conditions of the site. This text also describes and assesses the development of options proposed flood protection of this village.

The analysis of river network evolution in Ethiopian Highland
Maca, Vít ; Vilímek, Vít (advisor) ; Kliment, Zdeněk (referee)
Ethiopian highlands is one of the most various tectonic areas in the world. It lies in close proximity to Ethiopian rift system in areas with volcanic landscape. As the main factors involved in development of river networks have been identified: volcanism, tectonics, erosion. The most important factor is the erosion, that work pays closer. Using the methods of remote sensing, GIS analysis and documenting the longitudinal and transverse river profiles were surveyed area of differentiation in the types of river networks, deep of river valleys, geological strata, etc. GIS and remote sensing analysis provided more supporting data. Crucial is the analysis of the longitudinal profiles. Five rivers was profiled: Guder, Muger, Jemma, Birr, Blue Nile. Knickpoints in profiles were identified and were divided into three types according to the majority factor involved in the formation: Active uplift entire Ethiopian highlands which activizate river erosion, active uplift smaller areas, lithological. Crucial for next outputs are knickpoints linked to active uplift entire Ethiopian Highland. Lokalization of thats, were profiles divided into subprofiles, representing phasis of erosion development of entire area. During the past 31 million years, were identified 3 phases with increasing incision rates. Furthermore,...

Historical landscape genesis in sub- mountainous areas.
MIHALČÍKOVÁ, Zdeňka
The aim of this work was to define changes in the landscape from 1949 to the present in the area of Zdíkov which is situated near Vimperk in the Bohemian Forest. The representation of elements land use was established- that are forests, arable land, water areas, water-courses, settlements, road network and permanent grassland - on each of the three aerial photographs from the years 1949, 1973 and 1988.The representation of elements land use was compared in each year on the basis of these photographes and the change and transformation of the original character of the landscape were defined in a given time horizon. The results were worked up graphically.

The micromythological diversity of landscape and its temporal character
Cílek, Václav
We often mention the space of a landscape but this paper deals with protection of diferent time-slices and narrative features of the individual sites or regions.

Bunker Kunst is an experimental and co-working platform, exploring potential and contemporary role of formal borders, post-military landscape and Czechoslovakian fotress built before 2WW. The point is a resuscitation of post-war space, where tens thousand of concrete mementos are still present. Deadly border line is becoming an environment of freedom. The project consist of theoretical, studio and site-specific works and happenings. More than 40 volunteers, students and specialists have been participating. Live long freedom!

Lisner, Zdeněk ; Hanuš, Jiří (advisor) ; Chlubná, Jana (referee)
TITLE: Architecture and area: The funkcionalism buildings from the technological frame of deference AUTHOR: Zdeněk Lisner DEPARTMENT: Institute for professional development, faculty of education SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Jiří Hanuš ABSTRACT: The aim of this thesis is to bring the architecture to the functionalism not only from aesthetic sites evolving architecture of the 20th century, but also from the perspective of emerging technological possibilities in connection with the inventions and needs of people who began to perceive architecture as not only beautiful but also functional , suited to everyday life and comfort. Also the economics of the construction of new buildings and their integration into the existing landscape were emphasized. A part of the text is dedicated to the architecture of the 19th century so we can compare the influence of the industrial revolution and change of the political situation on the creation of new structures, whose elements are used today. In this thesis there are presented some of the outstanding leaders of world and Czech functionalist architecture, who also focused on residential design. The main contribution of this thesis is to gain knowledge of architecture of the functionalism, which began the era of architecture of the 20th century. Key words: functionalism , architecture ,...
