Introduction to the Experiential Education and Illustration of Experiential Programme
Schulz, Jakub ; Ortová, Marie (advisor) ; Martinek, Michael (referee)
My diploma paper introduce the theme "Experimental education", this specific educational style uses for its work authentic elements. It means that the educator tries to ignite the changes in behaviour of the individual. The aims of this kind of education are social, moral and personality related changes. The educator working with this method shows to all participants different situations and also provides an offer of several applicable solutions. All procedure is based on activities such as games which should serve as a mirror of real processes as a later resource of authentic experience. This experience is supported by feedback method so that it can be used in real life. Experimental education uses further specific methods of work concerning the preparation of the course for clients. First is dramaturgy - this method works especially well with games. Secondly, motivation is presented as a way to initiate all participants of such a course for the experimental work. Thirdly, all participants are protected against injuries and wounds except for the acceptable risk contained by the re - educational task. In the second part of my paper, I introduce the experiential programme "My future" where I try to analyse the preparation itself and the duration of the experiment. However, the main goal is to reach the...

Repairs, Reconstruction and Modernization of Panel Houses
BERNÝ, Jan
The theme of my bachelor thesis sounds repairs, reconstruction and modernization of panel houses. The main objectives of bachelor thesis are analysis of actual situation and problems of panel houses, economic analysis and measurement design. First part of thesis is literature search. The second part contains my own work that is mainly based on model project of reconstruction of panel house. Model project is aimed at energy intensiveness, price of heat energy, heat energy costs and savings before and after planned modernization. Also I described all modernization and reconstruction, which are usually executed on panel houses. Then I used a few economic indexes to valorize efficiency of planned modernization and reconstruction. The last part of model project is financing from the endowments programs. Finally I compared application of these programs and I found out the best possibility of financing.

Wage agenda and it's processing in various accounting programs for PC
SVATOŠOVÁ, Helena
This thesis investigates into the processing of remunerations using two different computer programs - OKmzdy and Money S3. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces both programs, their operating systems and the ways how new employees are included into the database and how the remunerations are processed. The process of monthly balance and final paying off are also described in this part of the work. The practical part consists of a case study, where remunerations of two hypothetical employees working in a big company are processed for the period of January 2007. First of them is paid a monthly salary and has the benefit of using a company{\crq}s car for private purposes. This employee was ill during January and furthermore claims a tax deduction for he has two kids. The other employee is a woman, who is paid an hourly wage and who handed over a notice to the date of 31.3.2007. This employee had some vacation in January and her wage is regularly abridged by execution. Both the employees are provided either with lunches or with eating vouchers and with a contribution to their retirement insurance. The remuneration calculations are processed in both tested programs and the results are compared with regard to their compliance with legislation and the quality and price of the documentation and of the printed outputs. The conclusion sums up the findings, compares both the programs and disputes their pros and cons. The Money S3 program was found to wrongly calculate the tax bonus, to be rather work-intensive and to demand more professional knowledge of the user.

Etics Education
Krampotová, Milada ; Eliáš, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Kotas, Jan (referee)
Ethic education This diploma work deals with newly implemented school subject "Ethic education" at the school system in the Czech Republic. "Ethic education" has been defined as a project, where main topic is to develop pro-social behaviour. This diploma work specifies elementary educational aims of this project and analyses its particular educational components: contain, methods, style, topics. It also deals with the process of implementation into the Czech school system, in what social context has ethic education has been developing, how it is embodied into Framework Education Programme documents and how psychology as a science looks at moral development of a human being. Author looks at the ethic education through prism of universal principles and outcomes, such as Christian ethics and natural moral law.

"Ethics of working day" in medical facilities
LUDVÍKOVÁ, Kristýna
The title of the submitted bachelor{\crq}s thesis is: Ethic of the workday in medical facilities. This thesis clarifies the reality of the nursing as well as health care provided by nurses and physicians to patients in the aspect of observing the basic ethical standards and regulations. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with ethical concepts generally, moreover it explains the changes of paternalism in the partnership as way of meeting physicians with patients. The characterisation of the primary and well as secondary topics of the medical ethics follows. After this, the theoretical part is focused on the secondary topics of the medical ethics, i.e. ethics of the {\clqq}workday`` for all the helping professions. Attention in the bachelor{\crq}s work is devoted also to conditions of the ethical behaviour in the usual medical practice, e.g. respect to the ill person (client), assuring the maximum benefit for the client, protection of the ill person from the so-called dehumanisation of the medicine and mutual trust. The treatise aims, based on the research in the selected departments of the Hospital České Budějovice a.s. and in private medical offices of general practitioners at characterising the satisfaction of the patients with the ethical attitude on the usual day of the medical staff (physicians as well as nurses). The postulated hypothesis is that the patients complain about the ethical attitude of the physicians and nurses in the departments of hospitals more than in the private medical offices and this hypothesis was confirmed. The research was performed in 4 wards of the Hospital České Budějovice a.s.: surgical, nerve, women and internal ward and in 3 private medical offices of general practitioners for adults in České Budějovice. As research method, the method of questioning was applied, the technique of the information collection was the questionnaire. The information acquired from patients was processed manually, by the line method and basic statistics. The graphic representation was performed by means of the sector and column diagrams in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word programs. In the discussion, the results are compared with the professional literature and the work hypotheses are evaluated. In the end, the own opinions on the given issue as well as recommendation for practice are stated.

Price Explorer
Čížek, Vítězslav ; Klusáček, David (referee) ; Kocanda, Jiří (advisor)
The present work is focused on the problem of processing huge amount of information on the Internet. This task's importance is constantly growing in present days along with the increasing amount of available information. The goal was to develop an application that would solve this problem for one concrete, frequently used area and simplify the user the time-consuming task of data analysis. The program is designed for searching data occurring in on-line shop databases. The technologies used in this application were chosen in a way to satisfy two conditions: to facilitate usage to the end-user and at the same time to enable program's platform independence.

Stochastic Finance using Mathematica
Kohanová, Lucie ; Hurt, Jan (referee) ; Zichová, Jitka (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to selected stochastic methods used in fi nance, which are applied to the software Mathematica 6. It also contains analysis of the outputs in the form of graphs and derivations of mathematic formulas. We deal with the basic theory of Wiener process, stochastic integrals and Itoo formula, modeling of the development of stock price, options and the valuation of options using Black-Scholes model. This work includes the derivation of Black-Scholes formula and the subseqent derivatives of this formula in the form of Greeks.

An analysis on US subprime mortgage crisis : expansion and the burst of bubble
Yazicioglu, Gorkem ; Cahlík, Tomáš (referee) ; Dědek, Oldřich (advisor)
This thesis provides an analysis on the expansion and the burst phases of the 2007 subprime mortgage bubble, in two interrelated sections. The first part - called "Expansion of the bubble"-, analyzes the speculative investor behaviour of the US Real Estate Crisis and exhibits that before the crisis the asset prices such as Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities and Standard and Poor's 500 indexes showed statistical features which are not common among financial time series. Common stylized facts such volatility clustering and autocorrelation of absolute returns were tested for the years 1997-2010, using daily data on the index values. The results indicate that during bubble periods several of the stylized facts disappeared since investors did not respond as normal to the volatility events and price changes. Hence, I have suggested that irrational exuberance of investors during 2007 subprime mortgage crisis and other bubble periods can be detected by testing these stylized facts. In the second part,- called "The burst of Bubble" -, I showed that common macroeconomic risk factors can explain, to a very large extent, all types of mortgage's credit risk and I concluded that individual mortgages are possessing significant default correlation, especially subprime mortgage classes. Finally this thesis ends with...

Projection and implementation of web application for support of internet trading
David, Petr ; Nekvasil, Marek (advisor) ; Chudán, David (referee)
The goal of the work is to analyse, project and implement web application which will provide users and operators with basic function of an electronic shop. The work will catch the emergence of the application from the first projects to the final implementation. The application will be using an interface of web browsers, it will be implemented in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and SQL languages. A Database will be one of the very basic components of the whole application. Its regular projection will be necessary for the behaviour of the whole programme and it will be emphasized during the projection. The acquistion of the work will be a functional application, which could be used by little businesses (after a little correction as a particularly customization and design adapting) for their activity. The work will also show that creation of a similar application does not need to be only a subject of activity of a team of experts, but that a qualified individual can also reach a nice result. The work will have six chapters. The present condition analysis will target the trends of present electronic shops. It will find out their functions and services. System requirements will emerge of the analysis and they will determine main functionality of the application. Global analysis will define entities and relationships and then it will construct the design of the logical data structure. Detail analysis will give the attributes of entities, transform logical design into a conceptual and physical model of a database, and determine referential integrity. In implemention part, the application itself will emerge and search engine optimization and safety will also be mentioned there. The last chapter will be about the possibilities of extension which could improve utility value of the system.

Her aim is to maximize the asymptotic behaviour of the portfolio market price as the time lion/out goes l.o infinity. We apply Howard's algorithm to the dis- crete approximation of the Markov process representing our position in the market and show that the results in this and the continuous case correspond to each other.
