The master’s thesis processes project documentation for construction of Truck service, i.e. object for service and maintenance of trucks with built-in administrative part, situated in Letohrad. The proposed building is a onestorey hall, built-in floors are designed in the administrative part and auxiliary operating areas. The main entrance to the building with income for customers is located in the administrative part. Most of the first floor has a service hall with associated workshops and truck wash space. The supporting structure of the building is designed prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton with continuous columns and girders mounted on short column brackets. The cladding of the service hall is designed with sandwich panels. The cladding of the administrative part is made of Ytong filler masonry. The facade of the administrative part is designed as ventilated. The horizontal load-bearing structures are assembled from Spiroll prestressed reinforced concrete ceiling panels. The roof is designed as typical for hall buildings, i.e. it is flat single-skinned roof with behind attica gutters and between roofs gutters formed by valleys falling down to the roof drains by spreading wedges.
Installation of an industrial building in Sudoměřice

The bachelor thesis aids to describe the constructional and technological phase of the rough development of the Production and Assembly Hall of PRIMARC s.r.o. situated in Sudoměřice. The kontent of the thesis is the solid project’s technical report, the solution of logistics of the oversized transport, suggesting of the machine setup, the equipment of the construction zone, the technological method of prefabrication skeleton, the itemized budget, time schedule, the inspection and test plan and the site safety and health plan. In the attachment there are the assembly drawings of all components construction, the equipment of the construction zone, the drawings of point of interest for designed path, the logistics and safety markings, the inspection and test plan, time schedule and the itemized budget of the hall that is being constructed.

Tato diplomová práce představuje určenou část projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro provádění stavby (dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. ve znění vyhlášky č. 62/2013 Sb.) zabývající se komplexní rekonstrukcí a vytvořením nástavby stávající budovy školního ubytovacího zařízení ve městě Bzenci. Zároveň dojde ke změně užívání stavby na nájemní dům s byty charakteru sociálního bydlení. V souvislosti s touto skutečností se navržená rekonstrukce snaží zachovat a využít stávající konstrukce v co největším rozsahu, s cílem nezbytně tak nenavyšovat náklady rekonstrukce stavby.
Concrete skeleton construction

The master’s thesis is focused on a design of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton of the sports hall. Object of the design is internal traverse frame of the hall which consists of reinforced concrete prestressed truss, columns and concrete pile construction of foundation. Thesis includes working-out of static calculation, elaboration drawings of shape, reinforcement of solved elements and evolvement of assembly drawings. The rest of the project parts are not analyzed.
Mounting frame structures of production and warehouse complex in Paskov

The content of the submitted thesis is the implementation of a reinforced concrete skeleton assembled in Paskov. This is a manufacturing and warehouse facility Italinox. The work contains a comprehensive technical report, technical report transport relations, bills of quantities, two technological regulations, two control and test plans, design of mechanical assemblies, and health and safety. The appendix contains drawings framed construction and piloting, budget, schedule, drawing of the site.

Construction-technological project of production hall with extension in Polička

This diploma thesis is dealing with a construction-technological project of a production hall in Polička. The main subject of the thesis is a technological report, a realization study of the main technological phases, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations to transport routes, a project of the office building site equipment, a suggested list of the main construction vehicles, a time plan for the main building object, technological prescriptions for a prefabricated skeleton and bored piles and documents related to this.

The topic of my master's thesis are selected parts of the construction technology project Production Hall in Černá Hora with administrative part. Thesis contains engineering report, construction budget, time schedule for the whole construction, deployment of mechanisms and staff, project of construction site, study of the implementation of the main technological stages, the most appropriate construction mechanisms, routes of mechanisms, ranges and travels of mechanisms, financial and time schedule of the main building, technological specification for established pilots and montages of prefabricated skeleton, control and test plan, implementation of pilots, proposals of design of movement mechanisms, comparison of cladding of ventilated facades, skeleton assembly procedure diagrams and noise study of the construction site.
Construction of a sports hall in Nové Město na Moravě - construction technology project

This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological preparation of a sports hall in Nové Město na Moravě. The aim of the work is the most optimal design of the construction process. The work contains a technical report of construction technology project, coordination situation of construction with wider links of transport routes, calculation of construction according to THU, time and financial plan of construction, study of main technological stages of building, construction site project, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, building, time schedule of the main building, technological regulation, control and test plan, environmental and safety risks with a plan of their specific solutions for the cladding of skeleton Kingspan panels. Part of the work is also an alternative design of internal partitions.
Static solution of prefabricated hall

The presented thesis deals with design and optimization of selected structural elements of high-load storage hall skeleton. As a basis for the solution is taken the structure of a real storage hall designed in the years 2017-2018. The structure is designed for minimum weight. For this reason, so-called D-regions are formed on the structure. For the solution of D-areas, general methods of solution, such as STM or nonlinear FEM analyses, are used in the thesis. In the final designed structural elements are compared to the original design of the hall. Thesis include static calculation of 24 m long roof beam V1, static calculation of 24 m long ceiling beam ST1, drawing documentation and technical report. Programs were used for the calculation: SCIA Engeneer 18.1, Idea StatiCa Beam10.1, Idea StatiCa Detail 10.1, RIB Fermo, PTC MathCad and MS Excel.
