Design of Materials Flow Optimization Using RFID in an Expedition
Krichťáková, Bohdana ; Kalců, Martina (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with optimization of material flow using RFID technology in Bosch Diesel company at the Expedition department. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to logistics, RFID technology and material flows. The analytical section describes the process of packing, data confirmation and dispatching CP4 pumps to the customer. Based on the analytical part, there are suggestions that optimize the time-consuming process and reduce the error rate of the recorded data to the system.
Website Optimization Proposal for the Organization Based on Google Analytics
První část zkoumá teoretické základy webové analytiky a jejích nástrojů. Druhá část zahrnuje analýzu aktuálního stavu konfigurace nástrojů pro analýzu webových stránek společnosti a provedení důkladné analýzy výkonnosti webu. Nakonec třetí část představuje návrh řešení odvozený z analýzy současného stavu a požadavků společnosti s aplikací teoretických konceptů probíraných v celé práci.
Validity of Local Positioning System
Németh, Filip ; MPA, David Prycl, (referee) ; Hanák, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this presented thesis is to verify the validation of LPS, which runs on the principle of wave radiations, UWB technology in particular. The testing protocol verifies the precision of system functions in various places and two diferent altitudes of the pitch. The ultimate precision of monitoring was recorded in the middle of the pitch, vanishing to the sides. In a higher altitude, with no surrounding walls, the recordings from the middle of the pitch were nearly similar to the sides of it. The anchor altitudes of the mechanism affect the overall monitored results. In comparison, the accuracy of tag placed approximately in a plane of anchors was lower than tag placed in a vest of an athlete.
Web Tool for Creation, Management, and Use of a Database of Sports Poses
Křivánek, Tomáš ; Tesařová, Alena (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This paper is focused on two searching methods and how they can be used in any searching and in any  web application. Two most important qualities of any search are speed and accuracy. One of the best methods in terms of speed is so-called live search. This method provides results immediately when the user starts typing their search expression. That is why in many cases, the user does not even have to finish their expression, because when seeing the result, the user can immediately access it. Search accuracy is often achieved by using keywords or some part of text. Another common way to organize and fetch documents are tags: a short string which identifies a post or a photo. Multiple tags are then used similarly to plain keywords. This work proposes to use tags as a new searching logical language, where presence and/or absence of tags can be required. For this purpose I created a simple logical language "Queries", because they can be used very similarly to database queries. In my case, the language and the user interface is made very simple so that a normal user can specify the query himself. This search tool is showcased in a web application focused around yoga poses. Both methods are used there -- the user can search in the yoga poses database by name or by the queries language.
Interactive presentation of audiovisual works in virtual reality
Abdulvaliyev, Chamit ; Miklánek, Štěpán (referee) ; Sikora, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on development of a VR application which allows presentation of audiovisual works in a virtual space. This thesis was created in collaboration with Vasulka Kitchen Brno as part of the project Vasulka Live Archive / Interfaces and uses works of Steina and Woody Vasulkas. The application allows playing videos on a virtual canvas, rewinding videos, visualizing predictions generated by a neural network, changing the sorting of the thumbnails and changing the virtual environment. The prediction and sorting data are loaded from JSON files provided by the supervisor of the thesis. The videos are loaded from local storage before being played. Predictions are visualized with generated textures for every tag. The user has access to two environments, outer space and gallery, which was modelled after the exhibition space Vasulka Kitchen Brno. In the outer space environment, the user can move using the joysticks on the controllers, which simulates flight with a jet pack. Video rewinding and changing of the video sorting is controllable using the buttons on the controllers. The game engine Unity was used during the development and the application was tested on the VR headset Oculus Quest 2. The text of this bachelor thesis is divided in two parts. In the first part, the basic VR development context and game engines which can be used are described. These game engines are described: Godot, PlayCanvas and Unity. The second part focuses on the development of the VR application and the results of the bachelor thesis. It details the process of preparing a virtual scene and working with Unity editor. Also it explains the functions of the used scripts and ways of solving the problems met during the development.
Mobile and Web Application for Graffiti Data Collection and Analysis
Kubiš, Matěj ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
This work pursues the methods of data collection - the photographs of illegal graffiti and sets of metadata. It is a part of TagBust system being developed in order to prevent this kind of vandalism and seek restitution for the property damage that has already been done. Particular emphasis is placed on the implementation of the application for mobile devices being the rapidly expanding platform.
Optimization of Goods Flow
Jochec, Tomáš ; Drahanský, Tomáš (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
This thesis deals with an optimization of goods flow in a store. In detail, the work provides information about technology of the automatic goods identification using barcode and RFID, and comparison the barcode and RFID readers.
Antena integrated to automobile seat
Gulda, Tomáš ; Mrnka, Michal (referee) ; Cupal, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the design of the antenna integrated to automobile seat. Thesis explains the basics of RFID technology, and how RFID works. Especially explains the design of tag, which works in the UHF band. The tag was designed in the CST Microwave studio, where simulations were realized to verify basic properties of the tag such as S11 parameter and directivity. The thesis also contains simulation of the impact of automobile seat on the directivity. Here is the description of how the antenna was made on a textile substrate and here are also measured properties of the antenna.
Design of an electronic tag for personal localization and safety
Vrlík, Martin ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
