This master thesis deals with the issue of project funding from the Structural Funds of the EU. At first are defined theoretical ways out of the municipality, project and project management. The next part analyzes contemporary state of the town Kunovice. Subsequently, the prepared concrete proposals for funding from EU structural funds and other alternative financing. The conclusion is evaluating the possibility of financing the project.

Diploma thesis deals with financing projects from EU funds and includes instructions on how to obtain subsidies from EU funds. Introductory part is devoted to theoretical information concerning European Union funds. In the main part of analyzing the situation HATRACO Company Ltd. and described the procedure for obtaining funds from the EU structural funds. The final section is devoted to evaluate the use of structural funds for the development of the company.

Use of subsidy funds for city development

This master's thesis addresses the utilization of subsidy funds for urban development. Within the analysis, the economic management of the town of Kuřim from 2018 to 2022 was examined. The theoretical framework of the study focuses on the examination of income sources, their distribution, and amounts, with a key emphasis on analyzing the impact of subsidy funds on the overall economic context of the town. The concluding section of the thesis evaluates a specific project: the establishment of a transportation terminal in the town of Kuřim, which was implemented using subsidy funds provided by the European Union. The Cost-Benefit Analysis method is employed for the financial and economic analysis of the project, that includes the valuation of socio-economic impacts and the calculation of key criteria such as NPV, IRR, IR, and return on investment. The results of the financial analysis clearly indicate that the project would be almost unfeasible without subsidy utilization over its lifespan. However, even after incorporating the subsidy, the project remains unprofitable. Therefore, an economic analysis, relevant for a project of public nature, was also conducted. Consideration of economic factors demonstrates the overall benefit and contribution of the project to the town of Kuřim in the context of its long-term sustainability and development.

Electric and Hybrid Vehicles

This bachelor`s thesis is specialized on obtaining basic piece of electric and hybrid vehicles and their development. The first part of the work deals with electrical vehicles, their history and the possible development of these vehicles can take. In the next section is an example use of electric vehicles in the practical traffic. It is stated these vehicles compared with vehicles using the type of propulsion, such as cars with combustion engines or hybrid vehicles. At the end of chapter is supplemented by specific examples of photographic electrical vehicles. The third part of the work deals with the expected development of electric and hybrid vehicles. There is also a description of hybrid vehicles, and their comparisions with other vehicles using the drive as well as other examples of hybrid vehicles.

Price of electricity from biomass

The introduction of the work addresses the definition, creation and distribution of biomass. Below there are the different ways of processing of biomass technology. The third part focuses on the legislative regulation of electricity generation from biomass and the subsidy policy of the state in energy production from biomass. The final section applies the specific use of biomass for heating in city Třebíč.

The thesis deals with housing support from the budgets of individual munici-palities in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to identify and evaluate the possibilities of housing support by municipalities. The output of the thesis will be concrete recommen-dations for municipalities in the field of housing. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic concepts and contexts that need to be known in order to understand the current issues of housing and housing policy. In the practical part, based on secondary data, an empirical analy-sis is carried out and problematic areas of housing and housing policy in the Czech Republic are identified. Also, the forms of housing support by municipalities in the Czech Republic and abroad are compared. A case study is carried out which fo-cuses on a specific city in the Czech Republic, Brno.

The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of the available didactic teaching aids and material re-sources for teaching in vocational training and to describe the possibilities of fi-nancing teaching resources for schools. The thesis consists of four chapters, which focus on introduction to the field, didactic teaching aids, material resources and financing. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the results of the teaching framework in the field of Mechanical Electrical Engineer - Information Technology.

It also seeks to highlight the possibilities and opportunities in the field of organic farming. It also highlights the weaknesses and strengths of the sector. It finally suggests possible further developments in organic farming.

The aim of the thesis is to identify the specifics of the formation of budgets of territorial self-governments and to propose a suitable methodology for the future acquisition and redistribution of subsidies within the subsidy policy. The thesis presents a horizontal and vertical analysis of the budget manage-ment of the city of Breclav. Based on the results, a methodology for future acquisi-tion and provision of subsidies was proposed.

Zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic do fotovoltaických systémů

This thesis focuses on the economic effectivity of photovoltaic investment for family houses, and it describes the development of the financial support in the Visegrad group with detailed focus on the Czech Republic. Next, the thesis analyses the characteristics of individual photovoltaic systems and further it focuses on the definition and examination of motivation of the subjects investing in these energy sources. For the analysis of the economic effectivity of such investments, this thesis utilizes methods of discounted payback period, internal rate of return and other associated methods. Based on the value of these indexes the thesis analyses the economic rentability and attractivity of photovoltaic systems in individual member countries in the Visagrad group and especially in the Czech Republic.
