Application for Support of Calibration of a Piston Pipette

This thesis occupies itself with the partial automation of the workflow for calibration of piston pipettes. It analyses the possibilities of the use of the current laboratory gauges, and focuses particularly on the connecting of these devices with a personal computer and their remote control. It also enables the exportation of the measured values into Microsoft Excel application and suggests a complete solution of these problems.

The main purpose of this work is to create a programme, which will make marking the students easier and clearer. Work itself is devided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, there will be discussed issue of index in education field. Practical part is focused on processing this issue in the processing programming language Visual Basic for Application in Microsoft Excel environment.

Preparation of Financial Statements from the Adjusted Trial Balance Data Using VBA

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of VBA application developed to increase company’s Rail Cargo Logistics reporting efficiency and its installation. Application’s capabilities are fully based on the outputs of analytical methods that were applied primarily to examine corporate information system and its components. According to lack identified by conducted analyzes, the major goal of this thesis is to automate compiling financial statements, balance sheet and profit and loss account. The developed application will increase the performance of the company by creating additional resources for further planning.

The goal of the Semestral thesis is to develop and describe application for automatized processing of the outputs from sound level meter NTi XL2. Application is developed in Integrated Development Enviroment Visual Basic for Application and realized in Microsoft Excel. It evaluates various types of outputs, processes its results and display the measurement protocol, including graphs of selected variables and measurement uncertainty. Theoretical part is focused on electroacustics required for understanding and processing measurement.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the analysis of the financial situation of the company , using statistical methods . Importance and use of these methods is described in detail in the theoretical part. The practical part, based on company financial statements are compiled and evaluated selected economic indicators using the software Visual Basic for Application in MS Excel. In conclusion, the financial situation of the company is assessed and some measures are suggested based on the results of the analyzes.

The bachelor thesis Software Support of the Financial Analysis of the Company deals with the financial situation of the enterprise using the produced software for calculating the financial analysis. Its theoretical part describes the basic methods of financial analysis, the financial indexes, the background of the language Visual Basic. The second part deals with the programme whose backbone is created by Excel and Microsoft Visual Basic. In the following part of the thesis the financial analysis of a concrete company was carried out, focussing on significant financial characteristics.
