Topic of Little red riding hood processed by children of school age

The bachelor thesis deals with the artistic rendering of the fairy tale About Little Red Riding Hood. The work is divided into two parts. The introduction to the theoretical part of the work presents art therapy as a science that works in a specific way with artistic expression, especially in relation to knowledge of fine arts and developmental psychology. For this purpose, fairy-tale themes are also used. A separate chapter is devoted to the fairy tale About Little Red Riding Hood, as well as the characteristics of the period of adolescence. The content of the practical part is mixed research. The result of the quantitative survey is the division of artifacts into categories according to the predominant motive. The result of the qualitative part of the work are case studies, which include the application of interpretive procedures in the context of interviews conducted with the authors of artifacts and their art teacher.
The use of art therapy in the care of patients with neurotic problems

The bachelor's thesis is aimed at the issue of neurotic complaints that patients hospitalized at the department of psychotherapy have to deal with. The objective of the thesis is to point out the possibilities of application of project-intervention art therapy methods and procedures in working with the patient, for which interpretation of artefacts created by him/her is used and to explore the possibilities of using biblical and fairy tale themes in this context. The text is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The first part deals with the definitions of some essential terms, such as art therapy, neurosis, identity, fairy tales and theories based on depth psychology. The second part is implemented through the method of a qualitative research in a personal case study. We are searching for connections between patient's complaints, his/her artistic representation and interpretation of the resulting artefacts. Attention is further paid to changes in artistic expression of the patient.
The Use of Roznov Art Therapy in Career Counseling

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of two disciplines contributing to the development of human self-knowledge and increasing the quality of his life; art therapy and career counseling. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of these disciplines, describes their starting points and specifics of the Rožnov approach in art therapy and the sociodynamic concept of career counseling. On the other level, they follow their identical and different features. The aim of the thesis is to find the source topics and the way of their interpretation so that the art therapy effect is enriching for the process of career counseling with individual clients.
Siblings in a Group of Preschool Children and Their Artistic Expression.

The bachelor thesis deals with the options of art therapy approaches in the kindergarten environment. It focuses on the artwork of sibling pairs. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, it addresses the characteristics of child and childhood, and child development in physical, mental and social terms. It deals with the influence family and family environment, siblings and sibling constellations on the child's development. It also touches on the importance and content components of preschool education and exposure to peer group. It describes basic features of children's artistic expression and the theoretical possibilities of the overlap of art therapy to art in kindergarten. In the second, practical part of the thesis, case reports of four sibling pairs and an analysis of their artwork are presented, in the context of the circumstances and period of its origin. The research has been carried out in a kindergarten environment. The aim was to find out how the artistic expression of siblings reflects the experience of the family environment, how the siblings interact with each other and whether this fact appears in their artistic expression. We found out how the joint presence of these siblings affects their activity in the group and pointed out the possibility of opening the way to solving their adaptation problems and individual themes through artwork.
The use of topic Betlehem in art-therapy

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of Bethlehem, one of the art therapeutic topics of projective-intervention methodology. The work is divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part, the text deals with a story as a therapeutic and art therapeutic tool. It describes the use of symbolism and archetypal themes with which stories work in therapy. The text mentions in more detail aspects of working with a biblical story and its characteristic differences from other types of stories, such as fairy tales or myths. The theme of Bethlehem in art therapy work raises questions related to his own self-concept within the family, relationships in the family, sibling constellation and the relationship to the home. Furthermore, the bachelor's thesis offers an overview of the development of the scenes of Bethlehem in European and world art, while presenting various efforts to visualize and materialize the story of Bethlehem in the history of civilization. In individual periods, it presents the specifics of a given period or style on specific examples. In the life and paintings of four artists of the 20th century (P. Gauguin, M. Chagall, E. Schiele, B. Reynek) with themes related to Bethlehem and the family, the work seeks the relationship between the style and symbolism that the paintings convey. In the practical part, the work deals with case studies of images that were selected to include a diverse range of examples. The authors of various age, gender and social groups paint the theme of Bethlehem, some in the questionnaires allow a deeper insight into the personal issues that accompany the pictures. The scene, format and technique were not specified in detail and there are different types of processing. In some moments we encounter stereotypes, in othermoments we are surprised by new possibilities of grasping this traditional Christmas story.
Art therapy with children with multiple disabilities

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of art therapy for children with multiple disabilities. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains four main chapters. The first chapter defines the term art therapy. The second chapter describes the individual stages of artistic expression in children. The third chapter focuses on art therapy with children. The fourth chapter defines multiple disabilities. The practical part is research into the possibilities of art-therapeutic work for children with multiple disabilities. It briefly describes group work with children with multiple disabilities and applies a qualitative method of data collection using two case studies. Based on long term observation, it reflects on changes in the artistic expression of children with disabilities in connection with art-therapeutic effects.
The use of art therapy practice for individuals with inadequate self-concept

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of art therapy in working with adults with inadequate self-concept. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains two main chapters that deal with self-concept and art therapy. Self-concept deals with a person's relationship to himself, witch fundamentally influences the possibilities of how an individual can relate to the world and suceed in it. Art therapy in a narrower sense uses fine art for therapeutic purposes. The practical part reports on art therapy work with adults with inadequate self-concept. Research outputs are presented in the form of case studies.
The Metaphor in the Life, the Art and the Art Therapy

The work deals with topic present in two basic questions: 1. What is the meaning of interpretation in life, art and art therapy? 2. What form can/should the interpretation have? Given topics are analyzed through deep interpretation probe into particular art production with emphasis on its significant, symptomatic style, its metaphoric system, characteristic atmosphere and its association potential (Marc Chagall). Basic motifs traced within given analysis are divided into following parts: the nature of art metaphor, polysemy and ambiguity of interpretation, dreamlike symbolism of Picture, personal and archetypal mythology of art production, diagnostics of problem, problem and its {\clqq}overgrowth`` into art production, search for the new interpretation frames and contexts. The aim of the work is to present the Rožňov art therapy utilization in the life context in the sense of finding parallels between art production and deep characteristics of human psyche.
Using art-therapy in specific artistic expression of children from children´s home.

This Bachelor thesis is dedicated to the possibilities of the application of art therapy in the institution of children{\crq}s homes combined with school, and to the analysis of the artistic expression of children living in these institutions. In the first part of the work, general difficulties of the institutional care are described, as well as some behavioural disturbances that appear most commonly in children{\crq}s homes combined with school. Furthermore, the work introduces main approaches to art therapy and to the development of children{\crq}s artwork. The main part of the work deals with a two-year process of a group art therapy in a specific institution, and with the work with clients. Two detailed casuistries illustrate the continuous results of the therapy. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes the character of a typical artistic expression of children from children{\crq}s homes combined with school, and several examples of the images illustrating this expression are enclosed. Finally, the results of the work are compared with the findings discussed in secondary literature.
On the edge - art therapy as inspiration for art education

This bachelor's thesis named : On the Edge-Art Therapy as an Inspi rati on for Art Educati on, focuses on activities and approache s which are typical for art therapy and views them through the lens of an art teacher . The theoretical part of th is thesis focuses on education: it defines the go als of education, and the rol es and competencies of a teacher. It also focuses on the specifications of the education area of Arts and culture. This knowledge is then co mpared with the concept of art therapy. The thesis names the basic objectives of this discipline and lists t he main approaches and methods used in this field. Based on these definitions, the text summarises the fundamental differences between educational and therapeutic work and researches it s analogies . Additionally, the thesis provides us with examples o f specific activities and alters them for educational needs in the form o f a brief manual. This manual contains five activities that could function as an inspiration for art teachers. The didactics of this thesis o ffers a reflection and feedback on two select ed activities that were put to the test in the 4th grade of elementary school. In additi on, q ualit ative research was also carried out as a part of this thesis . The research was based on interviews with three respondents....
