Hotel
Machala, Tibor ; Havířová, Zdeňka (referee) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
This thesis presents a design of a new building — hotel, containing thirty accommodation units, space for employees, restaurant and vine bar meant for both customers of the hotel, and public. Hotel is situated in a cadastral area Brod nad Dyjí. Building consists of basement and five floors with proposed accommodation capacity of sixty people. The basement perimeter walls are designed from reinforced concrete with the width of 300 and 400 mm. The walls are insulated by XPS polystyrene which is 220 mm wide. Perimeter walls of the above-ground floors are proposed as a combination of reinforced concrete and reinforced skeleton concrete supplemented by masonry wall of therm type. All these constructions are insulated by 220 mm wide glass wool facade insulation. The building envelope is a light ventilated facade. All horizontal constructions are projected as reinforced concrete slabs with the width of 250 mm. The roof of the building consists of three flat parts. The lowest part of the roof is designed as a vegetation roof with extensive layer. The roof of the hotel is proposed as walkable with wear layer made of concrete pavement of dimension 400 x 400 mm. Construction of the roof above the fifth floor is designed as one layer flat roof on concrete slab with the width of 250 mm. Inside the object are three reinforced concrete staircases (main staircase, emergency staircase and staircase for staff). The main entrance to the object is situated on the south side of the property, while the staff entrances are located on the east and north-east part. Parking for the object customers is placed in front of the main entrance, parking for staff is situated on the north side. This thesis is processed in the form of project documentation for construction realisation.
Apartment building in Holešov

The apartment building is a free standing building with full basement and with 3 above ground floors. The apartment building has 6 residential units for a total of 20 inhabitants. Housing units are two rooms with a kitchenette (2+KK) and three rooms with a kitchenette (3+KK), each apartment has a terrace or a balcony and cellar located in the basement. The entrance to the building is oriented from the southwest side of the building. The individual floors are connected by a reinforced concrete monolithic two-arm staircase, which is located inside the building. The apartment building is based on concrete foundation strips and a foundation slab. The supporting system are walls from ceramic masonry. The ceiling structures are formed as reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a vegetation flat roof. The building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system.
Design and Assessment of Selected RC Elements of a Family House
Novotný, Tomáš ; Kostiha, Vojtěch (referee) ; Švaříčková, Ivana (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of load carrying reinforced concrete structures in a family house. Particulary, it concerns the floor slab above the basement, the internal beam P4, the external beam P6 above the garage door and the staircase within one floor. With help of Dlubal RFEM 5.24, a model was created and the internal forces were determined. As a result of the work, shape and reinforcement drawings were performed in ArchiCAD 20 and the static calculation.
Supporting structure of a polyfunctional house
Reinoha, David ; Šiška, Radek (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of this master’s thesis is the design and calculation of a five-floor multifunctional building. The building consists of flats located in floors -1 to 3, the remaining underground floors serving as a car park and the second part of the building contains spaces designated for business purposes. Each of the two flats located on each floor features a balcony. The multifunctional building contains two underground floors which are designed entirely as reinforced concrete structures and three aboveground floors designed as ceramic brickwork structure. The roof of the building is flat, not designed for walking and featuring an air conditioning unit for the entire building. A review of selected loadbearing structures of component floors was performed as a part of this thesis. The main load-bearing horizontal is composed of stiff ceilings, including the bordering ceiling of the third floor and the roof. Above-ground floors are to be constructed of pre-stretched ceiling girders Spiroll which are set onto reinforcing wreaths. Underground floors are to be constructed as a monolithic structure made of ferroconcrete. The vertical structure is constructed of perforated brick blocks for above-ground floors comprising floors 1-3, remaining underground walls are constructed of monolithic ferroconcrete. Foundation constructions are made of monolithic concrete white tub including confluence and review of the tub.
Analysis of Variants Ceiling Structure
Polák, Vojtěch ; Šimůnek, Petr (referee) ; Švaříčková, Ivana (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis deals with the design and price comparison of a part of a brick family house. Specifically, it is a design of a staircase and ceiling slab above the 1st floor in the variants of ceiling panels, reinforced concrete slab with internal loadbearing walls, reinforced concrete slab with internal loadbearing columns. Creation of models and examinations of internal forces was performed in the RFEM program. The result is reinforcement drawings, part assembly drawings and price comparisons of variants.

Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of the prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The building site contains also outdoor car park and garden with pond. The project and visualization were carried out in the ArchiCad and Lumion programme. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulations.
Multifunctional Building
Velecký, Tomáš ; Hrubý, Tomáš (referee) ; Požár, Michal (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on design cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure multi-storey multifunctional building according to the source material. Specifically, foundation slab and external wall in B1 taking into account the waterproofness of the construction. Then staircase, column in lowest storey and two floor slab are designed as selected load-bearing structure. Elements are dimensioned according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1: Design of concrete structures - general rules and rules for building structures. In the drawing part of the diploma thesis are drawn drawings of the shapes and reinforcement.
Design and assessment of reinforcement of selected supporting elements of RC structure
Čírtková, Jana ; Perla, Jan (referee) ; Švaříčková, Ivana (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of the selected parts of a detached house built of reindorced concrete – specifically the floor slab and the staircase. The internal forces were analyzed by the RFEM program. To verify the results of the manual calculation, the model had to be simplified to a considerable extent.. The results of these calculations are the realization drawings of the reinforcement. The assessment of the construction is carried out according to the ČSN EN 1992 – 1 – 1.
Car Showroom
Schusterová, Soňa ; Brzoň, Roman (referee) ; Bečkovská, Tereza (advisor)
This thesis deals with the elaboration of construction project documentation of newly built car showroom with authorized service station and financial centre located in the city of Kroměříž. The building was designed as self-standing with one underground and two above ground floors and is conceptually divided into three tracts – car showroom itself, technical facilities and authorized service station.
