TZB Temperature control system
Březík, Petr ; Čejka, Miloslav (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
This document deals with a measurement of house temperature, for air conditioning, controlled by micro. In the first part there is a whole system and design of future solution described. In the second part theoretical analysis of the most widely used methods of temperature measuring is elaborated. The following part handles the market research considering the solution in industry companies. In a list there are compared the most used sensors, which are used for temperature measuring mainly in AC. In the fourth part a chosen sensor is in detail described, along with its communication and inner functions. In the fifth part there is a micro controller Microchip PIC16F876A for measure board designed. Then a scheme of printed circuit is presented. In the last chapter a software solution of terminal and micro controller.
The temperature measurement with semiconductor sensor
Dostálek, Martin ; Klíma, Bohumil (referee) ; Huták, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor work disserts on measurement of temperature using the electronic temperature sensors DS18B20, which are controlled by microcomputer type AVR. This sensors use for communication the 1-wire type data bus. The 1-wire data bus, designed by Dallas Semicondoctor, allows connect more devices to the control unit using two wires. This type of measuring elements offers simple handling for the user. The sensor transforms the measuring data directly to the digital data. The rate of the transmission is determined by number of bits in the resultant value and the sensor is programmable during attendance by the set mechanism (master). The sensor code is consistent with the value of measured temperature. That means it doesn’t require supplemental decoding. The resulting data are worked up and displayed on LCD continuously. First part of this work is focused on the theory of 1-wire element. Further, there is an explanation of the principle of the measuring sensor function and its controlling by the control unit. Next, there is a basic description of the AVR type microcomputers, more detailed description is aimed at the ATiny2313 controller, which is used in this work. The important part is dedicated to the implementation of the 1-wire protocol to the appropriate control unit.
Meassuring system for building constructions
Vladař, Martin ; Franek, Lešek (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the measurement of physical quantities in building using decentralized system for data collecting. The system consists of Raspberry Pi as a master device of the system. There are three branches connected to this master device. Each branch consists of up to 32 modules for data-concentration from sensors of physical quantities. The Raspberry Pi has implemented web interface for displaying measured values and system administration.
Control unit for aeroponic growing system
Vrabec, Miroslav ; Dulík, Tomáš (referee) ; Klozar, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the history of a method of plants cultivation without original substrate. The method is hydroponics and its subsequent development is called aeroponics. This work outlines the design of the whole aeroponic system including a control unit. The control unit has been designed to control the injection of nutrient solution, which is essential to the life of plants.Further, the control unit performs the control of lighting period, temperature, air flow and also regulation of nutrient solution pH. The control unit also keeps records of all data necessary for the monitoring process and for the evaluation of time differencies in the system.
Multifunction board computer for motorcycles
Netáhlo, Tomáš ; Tošovský, Petr (referee) ; Brančík, Lubomír (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals with a design and a realization of multifunction board computer for motorcycles. The goal of the device is measuring speed, rotation speed of engine, temperature of ambient, temperature of engine, temperature in intake including signalization of overvoltage and hightemperature. The device is completed by above standard function such as measuring titl of motorcycle, climbing of route, route recording and data transmission to the computer. The thesis includes a complete solution of hardware and software part of the device.
Temperature monitoring unit
Martínek, Jaroslav ; Kovář, Jan (referee) ; Kolka, Zdeněk (advisor)
Content of the Bachelor Thesis covers design and realisation of an unit for multipoint temperature measuring in cooling and freezing equipments in food stores and shops. As a controlling microcomputer is used an Atmel ATMega128, temperature sensors are realised by DS18S20 digital thermometers, connected via 1-wire bus. Unit can read temperature from 32 temperature sensors, includes memory for measured data, real time clock, Ethernet interface and display with buttons for basic user control. Temperatures are measured periodically with user defined interval, values are stored into internal memory and showed on display. Measured data can also be transferred via Ethernet to clinent PC, where can be viewed in form of table and graphs.
Design and implementation of modules for teaching and developing applications with microcontroller Atmel AVR
LANGMAJER, Miroslav
This thesis is based on the design and production of teaching kits with expansion modules which are based on the Atmel AVR microcontroller. Kit consists of a plate containing processes and basic power modules directly on the board and expansion modules "SIMAČ". "SIMAČ" modules are virtual elements that simulate the real elements and they are commonly used in industrial automation. Because of their cost they are integrated in extension kit as programmable modules. It also contains basic theoretical information about working with ATMEL AVR microcontrollers. Expansion modules with module development board and disc which will be loaded all the schemes, programs and technical documentation for individual districts will be attached to the thesis.
Modern methods of data acquisition
TŮMA, Pavel
This diploma thesis describes with simple bus 1-Wire technology, which is suitable for transfer of data measured by sensors. It describes the standard of bus and 1-Wire and iButton functional elements. This theoretical knowledge was applied during the construction of practical part. There has been a meteorological observatory constructed, which has been described in the next part of the diploma thesis. The last part of dissertation describes online distribution of measured values on internet.
Realization of various serial communication with microcontroller
LANGMAJER, Miroslav
This task deal with suggestion and realization of microcontroller communicatin with PC and serial bus.Microcontroller must be set to be able to add number of device communicating on relevate bus.Communication between PC and microcontroller is realized by port RS-232.The part of task describe microprocessor part 8051,buses I2C, and 1-wire. The other part of task is programming of microprocessor to communicate and discribe software Terminal 1,9b and his communication with buses.
