Practical use of speach-therapy tools

Tématem rigorózní práce je problematika teoretické báze a praktické báze pomůcky v logopedické intervenci. Teoretická část se představuje historická náhled v používání a vymezování pojmu pomůcka. Charakteristika postupuje od obecného pojetí ke speciálnímu vymezení. Jednotlivé kapitoly umožňují hlubší pohled na dílčí problematiku, např. klasifikace, funkce, zásady. Největší prostor je věnován pomůckám v logopedii. V rámci praktické části budou prezentovány výsledky orientačního průzkumu zaměřeného na postojové názory a odborné pohledy na logopedickou pomůcku. Informace představené v rigorózní práci by měly přispět ke komplexnímu, ucelenému pohledu na problematiku teoretické základny a pragmatického užívání logopedických pomůcek, se zaměřením na děti s narušenou komunikační schopností. The Working of Memory in Adults with Communication Disabilities

In spite of increasing interest at the problematic of memory, the field of memory and logopedia is "tabula rasa". Therefore I try to describe general view of memory at adult people with impaired communication ability in my paper "Memory achievement at adult people with impaired communication ability" . The aim of this work is to map memory function of these people with memory test made by myself. This test is focused on adult people with impaired communication ability and also on healthy adult people which work as a control sample. I also presume that thist test can fill up a blank in test materials for speech therapist and also work as a material for training.

Ancient motifs in the world of the last Rosenbergs

The diploma thesis deals with the forms of self-representation of the last Rosenbergs. They were using the representations to support their political positions. The paper is based on a study of the panegyrics and symbolic decorations of the Rosenbergs' castles that were used to present the virtues of the Renaissance nobleman. The study analyzes Roman motifs of the Rosenbergs' propaganda. It tries to capture the views of particular individuals on selected ancient motifs from representation of the Rosenbergs. Ancient exempla presented the Rosenbergs by using the language of symbolic communication as Christian knights.

Evaluation of Pain in Rehabilitation of Painful Vertebral Syndrome

This thesis focuses on evaluation a assessment of pain in Rehabilitation of Painful Vertebral Syndrome. The teoretical part briefly covers funktional issues and funktional disorders and the approach to Painful Vertebral Syndrome by autors of Prague School of Rehabilitation. The thesis covrers mainly chronical state of Painful Vertebral Syndrome, for witch purposed our inquiry. The practical part present results of survey, which was focused on evaluation and assessment of the pain in Painfun Vertbral Syndrome a how it chanages by the rehabilitation therapy on KRL FNKV (in years 2009 and 2010). The Brief Pain Inventory (BPI - translated vision) has been used as a pain assesment tool two times, before therapy and after therapy. The BPI measures both the intensity of pain (sensory dimesion) and interface of pain in the patienʹs life (reactive dimension). It also queries the patient about pain relief, pain quality, and patient perception of cause of pain (20). Overall we can say, there is an effect on the pain in Painful Vertebral Syndrome by the intensive three -weeks rehabilitation. Rehabilitation reduced pain in intenzity and it also helped pacients to manage activitities of daily living. Reduce of the pain causes, that there isnʹt necessary to use painkillers that much.

Techniques and instruments of decision making under risk for one-phase decision problems.

This thesis is focused on decision models for decision making under risk and uncertainty. The thesis should give a comprehensive insight about individual decision criteria and the reader should form a clear picture about usability of these models for solving particular decision problems. The thesis tries to provide objective point of view to the reader with highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each model. In the frame of decision making under risk, the thesis mentions the expected value rule, the rule of expected value and variance and the stochastic dominance rules. For the field of decision making under uncertainty, the thesis brings up the Laplace's criterion, the Hurwicz's criterion and Savage's regret criterion. The thesis further deal with the theory of expected utility. It brings up the method of construction of the utility curve, methods of usage and also known deficiencies of the theory when used in real world situations. In connection with utility theory, the thesis introduces the expected utility rule. For mapping future development, the thesis work with probability trees and explains their usability for modeling situations under risk and uncertainty. For all of the featured decision criteria, the work shows their applicative usage by using a prefigurative example. The reader should therefore know, how to proceed when using mentioned models for solving real decision problems.

Sloučení a splynutí obchodních společností

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sloučením a splynutím obchodních společností z pohledu právního, daňového a účetního. V první kapitole je uvedeno základní rozdělení a popis možných spojení společností. Druhá kapitola se věnuje právní problematice, především sloučení akciových společností. Dále je zmiňován Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže a jeho funkce při spojování společností. Daňový pohled je zpracován ve čtvrté kapitole. Následuje přehled vývoje účetního řešení, včetně současné úpravy. Vše je v závěru shrnuto na příkladu sloučení dvou akciových společností.

The function of food in the context of traditional Vietnamese medicine

This bachelor thesis deals with the traditional Vietnamese diet with emphasis on its preventive or curative functions. The first part discusses the Vietnamese diet in general, describing its basic parts. It briefly presents the development of Vietnamese traditional medicine and focuses on the most important personalities in this area. It also focuses on the healing aspects of individual raw materials and their use in domestic medicine. Through cultural and anthropological perspective it tries to give a convincing explanation why and in what situations are specific foods used as drugs. The second part of the thesis describes the use of individual medicaments in healing the most common diseases. The final part includes the glossary and attached images.

Usage of Bobath´s concept in adults

The thesis is focused on Berta and Karel Bobath´s kinesiotherapeutical approach {--} Bobath´s concept. Bobath´s concept is diagnostic-therapeutical approach which deals with problems of patients with disorders of function, movement and postural control due to a lesion of the central nervous system. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the clarifying of basic terms as: the history and the development of the concept, the theory of motor control, the problems of patients with the stroke, individual therapeutical tools of the concept, and a current view of Bobath´s concept.The goal of the thesis is to detect what is the current knowledge of this approach in physiotherapeuthical society. There was used the quantitative research method, the questioning survey with using the questionnaire. Target group of physiotherapists was 52.
