Financial plan for private clients

The aim of this thesis was to develop a personal financial plan for three clients with a different monthly income, a different family situation and a different jobs. The work was focused on insurance contracts, loan contracts, building savings, stocks and bonds, because the data provided and the proposed financial plan should include this issue. The theoretical part is marked by characteristics of individual insurance risks, advantages and disadvantages of building savings, of providing loans and investment opportunities of available funds. The practical part was devoted to the analysis of individual clients. The work shows that the development of a personal financial plan for clients is very important, because from the management of household finances it can be read the clients awareness for a possible purchase of property or tor the security of their children, either with a view to studying or solving their housing situation.

Inadequate or only elementary knowledge of financial literacy of young people is a condition that is a risk factor for most skills in the management of their money. The above facts are environments where most may apply sometimes aggressive ways menu disadvantageous loans. In the practical part, I am my task using questionnaires to determine the state of financial literacy and compare the results at several high schools, including the ability to evaluate the orientation of the financial market and resistance risk activity in the financial management of personal finances.

Funding of Drugs in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the drugs funding in the Czech Republic. The literature review briefly describes the history of pharmacy. However, the main orientation is centered on the drugs organization and distribution, providing details of the process that has to be completed by each and every drug before it is allowed to be offered in pharmacies. The thesis also focuses on the state health care policy, and drugs policy. The following section analyzes the drugs pricing and payment policy, public health insurance with orientation on the health insurance providers, private sector, and specifically on additional payments for drugs and regulatory fees, representing direct payments of the households. The thesis examines total expenses and funding sources connected with the health care, specifically connected with the aforementioned drugs funding policy. This part of the thesis also addresses the topic of the expenses of the health insurance providers according to the type of the provided care and households expenses, with regard to the topic of the thesis. Finally, a general drugs consumption and number of pharmaceutical units are provided.

The diploma thesis deals with the identification of forms solution for the absence of financial funds in different types of households in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the consumer behaviour of households and the factors influencing the consumption. The practical part is based on qualitative research which analyse the structure of income and spending of households and their consumer preferences. It recognizes the main reasons leading households to saving, lending and using of financial products. A significant part of the diploma thesis is focused on the issue of financial literacy. Research sample was consisted of 18 households, for one month households had to recorded income and spending into the diaries. Diary survey was supplemented with in-depth interviews (n = 18). Gained information allowed to deduce conclusions and to formulate recommendations for institutions acting in the financial markets.

DEVELOPMENT FINANCING OPTIONS IN HOUSING

The main aim of my thesis is an analysis of the overall development of financing options for private housing, especially in the Czech Republic. The issue of housing solves most of us, at least once in their life. Investment in housing greatly exceeds our income, so it is necessary to the selection of type of housing, correctly decided on its method of financing itself. The statistics which are in the Czech Republic's disposal indicates that the total expenditures of Czech households, housing costs are up to 1/4. Compare the different products occurring in the Czech market, which are intended to finance housing (building savings, mortgage loans, ...). It depends on the consideration of each of us, whether we use a different funding source, such as your own saved money or loans from friends or family members.

Assessment of The Financial Effectiveness in Lease or Purchase of A Flat as Possible Alternatives of Housing

The subject of this thesis is the financial assessment of ownership and rental housing in the country. The theoretical part focuses on the standard living, cash flow planning for household, Czech housing fund and the most attention is paid to the possibilities of financing of own housing. These are mainly mortgage and building savings. In the practical part are applied previous knowledge to the specific case of renting an apartment and buying a flat. Different financing alternatives own housing are also made. Financial efficiency of rent an apartment and own apartment is compared in the long term.

Comparison of current savings products offered on the Czech market

The thesis describes individual forms of funds valorization and compares current savings products offered on the Czech market with respect to different parameters. The last part of the thesis shows the preferences of Czech households in funds valorization and the factors affecting their decision-making, based on survey results.

Analysis of finacial products for funding of houshold's financial needs

The structure of tjs bachelor work is divided in 3 separate parts. I am describing particular financial needs of a general household in the first chapter. The second chapter contains details of developing sufficient financial sources and reserves for retirement by way of financial products, which include supplementary insurance and pension funds. The last part describes means of protecting health hazard using various private insurance modifications.
