The theme of bachelor´s thesis is newly built family semidetached house in Horni Becva. The semi – attached house is a separate residential object on the flat land. The building has two floors and is basementless. The object comprises two detached housing units with garage. Outer, interior load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls are designed from masonry system of the company KB-Blok. Ceilings are made using pre-stressed ceiling panels Spiroll. The house is covered with a gable roof, roof slope is 31°. Garage is covered with a flat roof.

This thesis describes the design of the project two-generation family house with wine cellar in Vrbice. Construction is in steep terrain. The building is completely basement and has two floors. The second floor is designed as loft. House has an atypical shape, which is partially covered by a double-walled gable roof and partially double-walled roof rack.

This thesis is focused on designing a simple low-floor apartment building. The chosen land, on which the building schould be standing on, is located in the village Velký Újezd in the vicinity of the city of Olomouc. The structure is designed as an apartment building without a basement, with three above-ground floors and 11 flats. There’s a communal storage part on the 1st floor. The vertical supporting construction are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks, the ceiling structure is made of POT supports and MIAKO ceramic blocks, the roof is saddle shaped with an angle of 12°, its supporting structure is is made of wooden fish girder.
Detached House with Two Flats in Uhřínov

The bachelor thesis deals with a design of a detached house which includes two interconnected apartments. The property is situated on the edge of the town called Uhřínov, near Velké Meziříčí. The house is intended for a 5-member family and two grandparents, one of which is wheelchair dependent that is why one of the apartments is wheelchair accessible. The building has two floors and no basement. In the southeast part of the property a garage with a workshop is designed. The building is designed to be built from the construction system KM BETA. The construction of the ceiling is designed from reinforced concrete and the construction of the roof is made of two girder roofs with its incline of 10°.

This thesis describes the development of design and blueprints for a new 2-flat house including a floristry shop in Vídeň. The house is to be situated in a sparsely populated part of Vídeň. The house is to be a three-storey building partly covered by a mono-pitched (or arched) roof. The ground floor is partially under the ground level and serves for non-living purposes whilst being used as a floristry and storage area. Design and blueprints of the cellar area are not developed in this thesis with consideration of the height of the ground floor area. First and second floors serve as two separate living areas accessible from a shared central access area. Architectonic solution and layout of the building is reached with consideration of the architecture trend of surrounding urban area and cardinal directions of the adjacent land.

This Bachelor’s work is focused on the study and contract documents of one duplex family house with two dwelling units with artworks shop in Vyškov. The house is partly with a cellar and has three floors. A garage for both the flats belongs to the house too. The building is partly roofed with a single coat flat roof and partly with an aisle roof. The work also includes architectonical drawings, fire approval and technical appraisal of heating the house.

The building is located on the Rybnické suburbs in Jindřichův Hradec town, street Landfrasova, the plot number 3526/61. The building has 4 floors and no basement. On the 1st floor there is a pharmacy type A, then building technical facilities and storage flats. In the other three floors with a total of 6 residential units of two types namely 2 + kk and 3 + kk. The last fourth floor is designed as a loft. The building is designed in the longitudinal wall support system, a complex system POROTHERM. Ceiling designs as well. The roof is designed as a hipped concrete tiles with wooden support system at two levels.
