Burnout syndrome among employees of the company THOME Lighting
Opltová, Daniela ; Kašparová, Eva (advisor) ; Ticháková, Zuzana (referee)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the employee burnout syndrome at the production department of the company THOME Lighting. The substance of the thesis is the determination of, whether the employees are at risk for the burnout syndrome, or if they already have it. The theoretical part deals with the description of the syndrome, its symptoms, risk factors, individual phases, prevention and treatment. Further, the practical part summarizes the research solutions. For the research I chose the questionnaire method of Beverly A. Potter, known as BPQ questionnaire. After detailed evaluation of the questionnaires, the hypotheses, that explore if the burnout syndrome has context with sex, age or the exposure time in the company, are evaluated. Hereafter, the awareness of the employees about the burnout syndrome is examined.

Potentionalities and advantages of nonprofit organisations while finding solutions for emergency events
BÍLEK, Jaroslav
We meet different kinds of exposures with extraordinary crisis situations in today world. It is both from nature (earthquake, overflooding) and from people themselves ( escape of dangerous chemical substance, fire and so on). Even if we try to prevent these situations, we cannot exclude they will never happen again. In these situations there should be some state apparatus which represents the crisis management, Integrated rescue system- Rescue service, Fire department, and Police of the Czech Republic. Also the public service and another physical subjects concerned with this problems. It is up to all of us not to be reckless and to try to help. Because all of us can help not only as a person but also in some organization which we can use in these situations. There are many different public organization in the Czech Republic which are prepared to help people in crisis situations. But there is a big difference between them, mostly because of their externalization. What is common for all of them is that they are all for helping people. Some of them help people in crisis situations, some help the alcoholics, drug addicts, seniors, children. Each of us think about something different when we say crisis. The person is very various kind, who is adaptable even in very difficult situations. The question is, when he can manage all the problems alone and when all his energy is gone and he looks for help from another subjects, also from the organization. The extraordinary situations have happened in South Bohemia for ages. The effectual and quality help should be all-round and therefore it is necessary the help should be offered in cooperation of all local recources.

Synthesis of Azaphthalocyanines with Secondary Amino Groups on Periphery
Nejedlá, Marcela ; Miletín, Miroslav (referee) ; Zimčík, Petr (advisor)
Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control Title of thesis: Synthesis of azaphthalocyanines with secondary amino groups on periphery Author: Mgr. Marcela Nejedlá The aim of the thesis was synthesis of alkylamino derivatives of azaphthalocyanines (AzaPc) with the secondary amino groups on the periphery of the macrocycle and the synthesis of suitable precursors of AzaPc. The preparation of the precursors 5,6- bis(bromomethyl)pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile and 5,6-bis(cycloheptylamino)pyrazine-2,3- dicarbonitrile was successful. The cyclization of two precursors yielded the following unsymmetrical Aza-Pc: 2,3-bis(cycloheptylamino)-9,10,16,17,23,24-hexakis(tert- butylsulfanyl)-1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-(octaaza)phthalocyanine (P10-H2) and its zinc(II) complex (P10-1Zn). The reaction of 5,6-bis(cycloheptylamino)pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile yielded the following symmetrical AzaPc: 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octakis(cycloheptylamino)- 1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-(octaaza) phthalocyanine (ZIP 99-H2) and its zinc(II) complex (ZIP 99- Zn). These substances will become valuable tools for future understanding of relationship between their structure and singlet oxygen production.

Willi Jäger (jaeger@iwr.uni-heidelberg.de) Institut für Angewandte Mathematik, Universität Heidelberg Abstract: Synovial fluid is a polymeric liquid which generally behaves as a viscoelastic fluid due to the presence of polysaccharide molecules called hyaluronan. In this thesis, we study the biological and biochemical properties of synovial fluid, its complex rheology and interaction with synovial membrane during filtration process. From the mathematical point of view, we model the synovial fluid as a viscous incompressible fluid for which we develop a novel generalized power-law fluid model wherein the power-law exponent depends on the concentration of the hyaluronan. Such a model is adequate to describe the flows of synovial fluid as long as it is not subjected to instantaneous stimuli. Moreover, we try to find a suitable linear viscoelastic model...

Current state of physico-geographical investigations in the Institute of Geonics, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic
Kirchner, Karel
Physico-geographical investigations in the framework of the Institute of Geonics, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic are carried out in the Department of Environmental Geography in the Brno Branch. Geonics was defined as a science which studies the substance of processes occurring in the Earth crust due to anthropogenic activities including environmental impacts. Activities of the Brno Branch are concentrated on an evaluation of human impact on landscape and a study of the interactions between nature and society. The investigation in the Brno Branch has the direct link to the regional geography, that frequent trend of the Czech regional geographical research is solution of environmental problems in regions. Physical geographers solve research tasks in the framework of environmental geography. Collaboration between physical and human geographers is a basic concept for research projects in the Brno Branch. In the last 10 years, physico-geographical investigation has concentrated to the partial research directions: - geomorphological investigations, - climatic hydrological investigations, - biogeographical and geoecological investigations.

The Use of Antichemical Protection by Fire Emergency Service Units of the Czech Republic.
HERZÁN, Petr
This thesis provides basic information on obtaining awareness of chemical service and protection against influence of dangerous substances on firemen in fire brigade units. The introduction informs us on the history and establishment of the first voluntary fire brigades, their development from the end of the World War II to the present and gradual establishment of professional fire brigade units. It informs on development of fire protection legislation, development of preventive protection from fire consequences. In the next part we learn about the comprehensive educational system being gradually applied to the education of new fire brigade members. Educational facilities and their activities in this sphere are described here. The thesis also deals with special education of firemen in chemical service provided by the above facilities and further education within regular training session at the departments. There is also a summary of the knowledge necessary for achievement of professional competence in chemical service. Employing research methods the thesis sets the goal to evaluate the quality of the obtained knowledge of chemical service in the individual functions operating at the fire brigade units. The thesis also tries to find out whether the existing protection of fire brigades against influence of dangerous substances is satisfactory.
