Three chapters on the issue of the Czech as a foreign language (didactic point of view)

Zdrojem inspirace mi byli moji zahraniční studenti češtiny žijící bud' krátkodobě, nebo dlouhodobě v České republice. Ve všech uváděných příkladech se jednalo o cizince, kterým je více než 25 let. Česky se začali učit z vlastní iniciativy, nikoli z profesní potřeby. V první kapitole uvádíme ukázky prací cizinců, kteří češtinu užívají zejména mimo svoje zaměstnání, a to pouze v mluvené podobě. Tito cizinci jsou Neslované, neovládají jiný slovanský jazyk a nestudují obor čeština pro cizince. Pro vypracování úkolú spojených s náročnými texty ve třetí kapitole jsme však museli oslovit pokročilé studenti češtiny pro cizince (dále jen ČC). Tři z nich vystudovali český jakyk na vysokých školách v Regensburgu a ve Vídni. Tato práce vychází z mých zkušeností s výukou zahraničních studentú. Opírá se o poznatky z výuky češtiny pro anglicky a německy mluvící cizince, dále pak pro Holanďany, Argentince a Nory. Cílem této práce bylo stručně zpracovat tři rúzná témata týkající se ČC: zaměřit se na vybranou problematiku z didaktiky češtiny pro cizince (didaktické zásady ve výuce cizinců, výklad české gramatiky a sociokulturní složky, rozdíly mezi psanou a mluvenou češtinou podle rozboru ukázek prací zahraničních studentú). Social Policy during the First New Deal

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the New Deal programme and above all the measures employed to reform the social policy in the USA in the thirties of the last century. In the beginning I want to describe the economic and social situation in the USA before the year 1933 and its source -- The Great Depression. Next I will focus on the upcoming of president Franklin Delano Roosevelt, his election programme in the year 1933 and the first hundred days of his reign. Primarilly I am going to describe the measures of the social politicy embedded in the first New Deal in the period 1933-1935, especially projects for employment support. The goal of my bachelor thesis is to desribe and evaluate the eficiency of Roosevelt's social policy and its impact on the USA citizens. Social Networking: The origin, development and possible future

The aim of this thesis is to document the history and development of social networks, to categorize them, then analyze and describe possible risks and benefits associated with them. Part of this work is also devoted to the possible directions of further development of social networks. These goals have been achieved through the internet and book resources, analysis of specific social network services and sociological research. The main contribution of this work includes a comprehensive overview of the history of social networking, creating an appropriate way to categorize, a detailed description of the most serious risks, and finally an estimate of future trends.

The importance of pupils´self-evaluation for teaching at the 1st level of primary schools

The aim of the theoretical part is to explain the expressions of evaluation and self?evaluation and their relationship, to show their forms and kinds, to formulate and offer the solutions to the chosen problems of evaluation, describe the ingredients for self-evaluation and its gradual development at elementary school and outline its importance for further development of a person. In the practical part of the work I find out with the help of interviewing 24 respondents if they realize the importance of self-evaluation for the personality of pupil. I compare the results to the theoretical part of my work. Further I discover how much they include the self-evaluating activities in their teaching and what is difficult in the process of evaluation. I have processed the responds with the help of qualitative method. I am enclosing the list of activities which are suitable for the development of self?evaluation of pupils. Some photos are attached to those activities that are used at Christian elementary school in Jihlava.

Risk Management inside Construction Company

The thesis aims to describe risk management in the construction company focusing primarily on project risks. The first half of the work deals with the theoretical description and explanation of the terms associated with the project, risk and risk management in construction companies. After the theoretical introduction follows a demonstration on the practical example, namely JAMU - musical drama laboratory, Brno realized by Unistav Construction Inc.

Accounting entities in culture

The bachelor thesis on Accounting entities in culture deals with the accounting entities in the field of culture, especially with theatres. Its intention is to describe the historical development of these entities and their effective legislation in 2014, to determine their main resources of financing and to answer the question: What is the situation of private theatres in the Czech Republic? The theoretical part is focused on defining entities (theatres) in the field of culture and their historical development. It further describes legal conditions for doing business in the field of culture under commercial law and defines the types of legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. The following section analyses the specifics of the companies operating in the field of culture in terms of sales for tickets and financing of these entities in the form of grants. The practical part is focused on analysis of financial statements of 10 theatres in the Czech Republic in terms of quality reporting. In particular financial statements is analysed financial position and financial management of private theatres. In conclusion there is a brief assessment of the fulfilment of the objectives of the thesis.

Comparison of simulation programs and their application

Abstract (eng): This diploma paper compares available software for simulations. These are MATLAB, WITNESS, SIMUL8, SIMPROCESS and CRYSTAL BALL. In the first part, the dynamic simulations are explained, its methodic, purpose, areas of implementation and after that it describes the simulation of Monte Carlo type. These are the basic types of simulations used by programs mentioned in this paper. After a short introduction follows detailed description of the system requirements, user interface and the principles of working with these programs, that contains also a definition of basic function blocks. This paper also describes another important information like price, available licenses and in the attachment the pictures of the programs interface. The next part of my paper is based on analyze of observed articles, which concern this special area of interest. I try to describe the usage of this software on a market, area of application or eventually a type of simulation. The information from data assimilation are ordered in transparent tables and visualized on a graphs and diagrams. At the end is the final summary, which I believe will be beneficiary for the readers.

Jak ovlivňuje nasazení podnikového systému úspěšné podnikání firmy

Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled o systémech ERP (včetně jejich rozšíření), popsat přínosy jednotlivých modulů systému ERP, obecně představit metriky použitelné pro kvantifikaci nákladů a přínosů informatiky a uvést některá jejich specifika. Dalším samostatným cílem je popsat a okomentovat variabilitu názvosloví napříč celou prací. Celá práce tak přináší přehledný popis systému typu ERP a poskytuje základní orientaci v problematice metrik a měření podnikové informatiky. Práce je rozdělena do několika oblastí. První část se zabývá problematikou informační společnosti a informací. Druhá část mapuje vývoj podnikových informačních systémů (PIS) a jejich typy z hlediska způsobu pořízení. Popisuje současný stav dané oblasti a uvádí některé vyhlídky do budoucnosti. Třetí celek, dekompozice PIS, se zabývá dvěmi složkami PIS, kterými jsou lidé a ERP systémy. V případě lidí uvádí jejich vlastnosti, u ERP pak vlastnosti, skladbu a popis funkcí jednotlivých modulů. Čtvrtá, poslední a nejrozsáhlejší část, přibližuje problematiku měření IS/IT. Konkrétně jsou uvedeny problematiky měření nákladů, přínosů. V závěru je popsána problematika úzce provázaná s měřením a řízením IS/IT. Práci je vypracována metodou rešerše informačních zdrojů a doplněna o závěry ze studia příslušné literatury.
