Socioeconomic relations between centre and hinterland exemplified by Prague and Central Bohemia

This thesis deals with mutual socio-economic relations core and hinterland on the example of Prague and Central Bohemia. In the introduction relevant theoretical approaches which deal with this topic are presented. Furthermore most important relations between Prague and Central Bohemia are identified and analyzed. These are migration of population from core to hinterland known as suburbanization, commercial suburbanization, commuting to work and changes in land use. The last chapter is a comparative analysis of relation between core and periphery on examples of Vienna and Budapest. In all three regions there are similarities consisting of faster growth of hinterland in terms of population and the spatial differentiation of suburbanization, which depends on the attractiveness of location and traffic accessibility.

This masters thesis is focused on the theoretical description of the business plan creation and is devided into chapters where the plan is described in details. The theoretical part contains an explanation of legal issues of the real estate renting. The practical part is focused on practical application and is designed as an instruction how to do the business in this area. The target of this thesis is the business plan creation. Financial analysis will reveal if the plan is to be realized and if it is payable. Analysis of the market, included in the plan, is focused on customer behaviour and competitors analysis. Analyses of internal and external environment are focused on the factors which affect the market position of the business.

Analýza vývoje českého akciového trhu

Český akciový trh v posledních letech zažíval neuvěřitelný boom. V roce 2004 rostl pražský index PX meziročně o 56,6%, v roce 2005 o 42,73% a nakonec v roce 2006 o 5,8%. Byly období, kdy pražská burza rostla nejvíce z celé Evropy. Zažila ale také několik korekcí svého vývoje. A právě na analýze těchto korekcích se snažím v mé diplomové práci najít faktory ovlivňující český akciový trh nejvíce. Co bylo jejich příčinou? Proč index PX ztrácel na hodnotě? Jsou to vyspělé trhy, které ovlivňují pražský trh nejvíce, je to vývoj ve střední Evropě, nebo je snad Praha k těmto vlivům imunní? Ovlivňuje nějakým způsobem pražský akciový trh cena ropy? Byl největší propad na burze v historii (v roce 2006 během cca. měsíce propad o 24,74%) způsoben událostmi v USA, nebo byla prvotní příčina někde úplně jinde? Domnívám se, že nalezením odpovědí na výše položené otázky definuji faktory, které český akciový trh ovlivňují nejvíce. Nejprve analyzuji jednotlivá období(propady českého akciového trhu v letech 2004, 2005 a 2006) a poté provádím průnik nejdůležitějších faktorů pro definování těch pro pražskou burzu nejvýznamějších.

Characteristic Of Demand For Health Food Products

The objective of this thesis is to describe to a reader the specific characteristics of demand for health products. The theoretical part consists of two sections, first one is about main conclusions of microeconomic analysis of demand and the facts about consumer expenses or rather expenditure on food are also observed. The second section deals with a significant influence of marketing mixture and its basic instruments. At first the practical part analyzes the competitive environment on the health food market, in the next section the questions about consumer behaviour, essential characteristics of consumer of these products and marketing activities of manufacturers in this industry are answered.

Innovation and business project

The aim of the thesis under the title Innovation and a business project, is to develop a specific entrepreneurial project represented by a fitness centre and to evaluate it from the perspective of its feasibility and return upon investment. Firstly, the theoretical concept of entrepreneurship is analyzed. The next step includes the analysis of applicable legal framework governing entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic and the last step is represented by the definition of the structure of the business project. In the first part, business is described by its general characteristics. The next part is dedicated to environment analysis analyzing the internal and external factors influencing the business. Next step defines business opportunities which includes description of services that the business will provide. Then, human resources required for running the business have to be determined, as well as marketing strategy supplemented by a marketing mix. Based on this, a SWOT analysis is developed, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats having an impact on the business. The final part comprises financial plan which deals, inter alia, with project is economic rentability and conditions underpinning its feasibility.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to give a complex overview of the shareholder's equity of corporate enterprises (the joint-stock company and private limited company) according to the Czech judical code. The shareholder's equity is first explained in general, and then its individual sections are depicted in more detail, according to the differences between the two different legal forms of enterprise. The bachelor thesis emphasizes the importance of the authorized capital and connected accounting procedures, which makes for its increase or decrease.

Assessment of Financial Statements Prepared according to Czech Legal Regulation

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is dedicated to closely analyze professional publications that explain description of work and operation of Financial Statements prepared according to Czech Legal Regulation.
In the practical part the author deals with form of Financial Statements
for the fictitious company. At first the author clears up some of the accounting
cases in the Financial Diary and then he explains and bills those cases to individual synthetic accounts. After that he calculates closing balance of Balance Sheets accounts
and final state of result accounts. Then he bills that at closing accounts.
Next the author counts profit and income tax of the company. He writes every synthetic accounts and profit with income tax in to Balance Sheet and Statement of profit
and loss. In the end of the Practical part the author writes about profit distribution
of company in the next accounting period.
The end of the bachelor thesis is focused on valuation and description mistakes
of Financial Statements.
