Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou Ladislava Fukse ze šedesátých a sedmdesátých let. Zkoumáme v ní, jak autor pracuje s jednotlivými motivy. Nejvíce se zamerujeme na mezigeneracní vztahy, strach a jeho podoby a vztah hlavní postavy ke svetu, ve kterém žije. Domníváme se, že práve prostrednictvím techto motivu lze nejlépe porozumet svetu Ladislava Fukse. Motivy se prolínají v jednotlivých knihách , variují v rámci jednoho i nekolika del soucasne. Pri výkladu jednotlivých knih jsme zacali autorovou prvotinou Pan Theodor Mundstock. Práve zde se rodí motivy, s nimiž Fuks v dalších prózách pracuje, rozvíjí je. Po motivickém rozboru jsme se pokusili vysvetlit, co vlastne u Fukse ony temné struny znamenají. Došli jsme k záveru, že autor odhaluje zlo, aby donutil ctenáre zamyslet se nad humanitou a jejím posláním. Dozvedet se o zlu znamená uvedomit si, ceho se clovek chce vyvarovat.

Selection of security software for user data protection

This work shows overview of potential electronic threats with which present users can come in contact. This topic is very common theme and we can hear about malicious programs or malware almost from the very beginning of computer age. Therefore, in this work, I try to provide view into the most common threats. But the main goal is to find the best solution for protecting user data against malware. Therefore, in the practical part I tested ten most used antivirus programs. The result of this test should show objectively which solution is for the user the most appropriate in terms of several criteria. The criteria that I chose are, detection ability, system memory usage and the total length of the test.

Comparison of bank accounts for students in the CR

This bachelor theses concerns the comparison of the bank accounts offered by the bank institutions, which are intended for students in the Czech Republic. The main object is to indentify, which of them is the best, according to specified criteria using the answers of the asked students. In the theoretical part are defined the terms relating to the topic of the bachelor thesis, as well as is described the development of the banking from its beginning, through the Bank system of the Czech Republic, to contemporary trends and offered products and services. The practical part is based on the survey, from which results arose four most used student accounts (ČS - FRESH účet, ČSOB - Studentské konto, KB - Konto G2.2, GE Money Bank - Genius Student), and furthermore were discovered importance of the criteria, which determine the choice of the account. Chosen accounts for students are analyzed according to each criteria, thus multi-criteria analysis, on which basis, the best product is chosen. Recommended account for students is Studentské konto from ČSOB, which offers basic services within the account management with minimal fees.

The selection of a suitable bank account for students in the Czech Republic

The aim is to evaluate the possibility of having a bank account suitable for students in the Czech Republic using the multicriterial analysis and thus identify the most suitable bank account for students.
In the theoretical part the author focuses on the development of the banking sector, current situation on the banking market, the general issues of the Czech banking sector, explanation of basic terms and states the students banking accounts and free of charge banking accounts.
In the practical part the author focuses on the students banking accounts and free of charge banking accounts, summarizes the findings primarily from the websites of the banks. Based on the survey is created the representative student for the unification of the findings and the weights of the selected criteria according to which the banks are evaluated. The gathered information is then analysed using a multicriterial analysis.
There is no possibility to clearly determine the best option, because there is no account that would be the best in all selected criteria. Due to this the four variants of methods are used for the identification of the best account, where the average of all the methods is used at the end. Specifically, account called U konto pro mladé from Unicredit bank is ranked in average in the first place. This is due to the fact that there is no fee for any of the items.

Analysis of the usability of selected economic software in management accounting

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze the usability of selected economic software in management accounting. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes knowledge of the areas of management accounting and economic software. In the practical part, the representatives of economic software suitable for the analysis are selected. At first the information gathered from the producers´ websites is used to verify whether the potentially suitable products would be suitable for supporting selected management accounting related tasks. The products which do not meet the condition of free availability are subsequently excluded from further consideration. At last the list of the considered products is narrowed down to the ones most frequently used in the Czech Republic. Respecting the criteria described above, the products HELIOS Red, Money S3, POHODA and PREMIER System were chosen as the representatives suitable for further analysis. Each of the software is assessed using the following criteria: cost classification options, support of costing and budgeting, export of data to MS Excel and user friendliness. Respecting the chosen criteria, the analysis reveals that the only software suitable for use in management accounting is PREMIER System. In this software a creation of a specific costing using a model example is demonstrated.

The psychosocial burden of people caring for persons dependent on the assistance of another person in the home environment

This diploma thesis deals about the points at issue of the psycho-social strain with people taking care of the person dependant on the care of other physical person in the home background. The problems of family home helps in the natural millieu of an individual dependant on the care are getting more and more actual. The aim of this diploma thesis lies in defining the decisive factors of the psycho-social strain on the persons caring of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background. The partial aim is to find out in which areas the persons taking care of persons dependant on the asistence of other physical person in the home background feel the increased strain. Another partial aim is to find out whether the persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background know and apply the principles of mental hygiene. Following the aims of the diploma thesis, there are postulated two research questions. The research question 1: Which kind of stress do the caring persons consider the most relevant in their job? The research question 2: Which possible symptoms of burnt-out effect do the caring persons observe on themselves? The practical part of the diploma thesis is worked out in the form of qualitative research. The method of inquiry and the technique of semi-structuralized interview were used for the purposes of the research. Furthermore, the technique of observation was applied. The research was implemented with the Inventory of symptoms of burnt-out effect adapted for the purpose of this research. The selected file is formed of eight persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background who complied with the pre-set criteria; the method of so-called "snowball" was chosen. The gained data were evaluated by the method of open coding. The research pointed out the facts and risks that the realization of the care of a person dependant on the care of other physical person in the home background is carrying out. The research pointed out the areas in which these persons feel the increased strain. The area of physical exertion in caring, the consciousness of responsibility in connection with caring, the area of communication and understanding a person dependant on the care and facing up to the fate and watching helplessness are demanding the most for the caring persons. It was found out from the evidences that caring persons consider this activity stressful; they feel both acute and chronical stress during the execution of the care, they feel it in connection with the lack of time and with the responsibility, in connection with the fears of future, but also in connection with not coping with the past. Family and friends, that provide both psychical support and assistence in the realization of the care, help most the persons caring of persons dependant on the care to deal with the demands of this care. As well as solitude and rest, sport activities and culture help them. In connection with caring the engaged persons have the feeling of doing a good thing, but also the feelings of sorrow, doubts and despairs. Those caring persons who perceive the risky factor of burnt-out effect can observe its symptoms on the emotional, rational, physical and social level on themselves. This thesis can contribute to understanding the importance of work of caring persons in the home background. It will deliver the information about the relevant factors of psycho-social strain on the persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background. Moreover, it can contribute to the eventual development of services corresponding to the needs of the persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background.

HEALTH RELATED QUALITY OF LIFE (HRQoL) IN EATING DISORDERS

The dissertation {\clq}qHealth Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) in Eating Disorders`` is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is analyzes the problems with eating disorders. It is especially focused on its two basics forms, anorexia nervosa and bulimia which are illnesses occasioned by hypothrepsia. The next part drala with history, symptoms, cause, medication, process, prognosis and complications resulting from these disorders, including the main diagnostic criteria and prevalence data. Women are affected by both diseases more frequently than man. Mental anorexia occurs mostly between the 14th and 15th year of the life, mental bulimia at the age of 13 to 20 years. The second part is practicaly aimed at evaluation of SF-36 forms, where I verify hypotheses how eating disorders influence quality of life of theirs carriers and how the changes in quality of life are dependant on the grade of education. The analysed results indicate the difference between the sick and the healthy individuals and also the fact the level of education is important too.

Risks related to disposal of material containing asbestis

Asbestos is these days classified as carcinogen of the 1rst category. That is why it is prohibited to use asbestos in practice. The exception is made for the maintaining of the objects, during their demolition, reconstruction or construction. The main criteria of its health dangerousness are length and average of the fibres for inhalation. The fibres longer than 5 - 8 µm and narrower than 1,5 µm are considered as a high risk. The most effected category at danger is especially a staff in the building industries and in maintaining or cleaning jobs. Those people are exposed to the risk of inhalation of the fibres released to atmosphere. This occurs especially by drilling, cutting and refracting materials that contain asbestos. For that reason t is very important to care on rigorously prevention of the inhalation and contamination of the atmosphere and the environment by using appropriate protection aids, staff training and carry on the preventive medical examination.

Monitoring biological activity honeybees

This thesis deals with monitoring the biological activity of bees. Its main part is to find and investigate the condition of the field and using questionnaire survey. This survey, I applied for a sufficient number of respondents and by its evaluation optimize and proposed appropriate solutions for monitoring the volume of honey produced in the hives. Interview I end-Rolling so that the resulting solution can be as much closer to the market and thus enable monitoring thread hives remotely as many beekeepers. Data transmission equipment so I chose according to clearly defined criteria. The resulting proposal would allow for further refinement into practice and continue research with interesting data.

Comparison of software products for management of law offices on the Czech market

This final thesis analyzes the most represented complex software products for management of law offices on the Czech market. At the beginning of this paper are described specifics of law offices with their classification applicable for the Czech Republic and facts that distinguish the advocacy from other fields. The next part follows with characterization of particular law office, activities of this office and software products which are used there. Other part of this work is focused on a process analysis of the mentioned law office which is introduced by a theoretical base of process modeling. Defined key processes were modeled and then options for their software support were specified. Criteria for evaluating software products were identified based on the information obtained during the preparation phase. After selection of the three most represented products these products were described and evaluated. Other chapters of this work are focused on the software which is called Acta Safe and which was developed by AiP Safe, s.r.o. Strengths and weaknesses of this software were specified in comparison to selected products of competition and then modifications and improvements were proposed. At the end of this paper are presented results of the survey. This survey was attended by lawyers and articled clerks from various sized law offices. The aim of this questionnaire survey was to determine if there is a connection between focus of the law offices and the need of using a software solution for a law office. How such software is selected, what implementation of the software brings and why there are some law offices that do not use such software. Answers to these questions are provided at the end of this thesis.
