The subject of this thesis is the solution of a new building of nursery school in the part of city Brno – Tuřany. It is a cellarless, detached building and single-storey building. Nursery school will be two classes with 40 children. The floor plan is irregularly – shaped plan with orientation of the classes to the east. Building is designed from structural masonry system Porotherm with contact thermal insulation system. Roofing is solved with use of two different slopes of timber girder.

The main concern of this thesis work is the five-storey multifunction building. The house will consist of 22 residential units and one barrier-free apartment to which they belong cellar and two establishments. The building will have four above ground and one underground floor.

The Multifunctional House

The main concern of this thesis is to design a five-storey multifunctional house. The house is divided into the main living area to which it belongs especially residential units accessible by stairs from the ground floor and also basement boxes and room for prams. On the ground floor are also located the individual garage, store room and technology. The house has four floors and a basement, the basement are located mass garages. The house has a sloping wooden roof trusses.

The subject of this work is the solution of a new building of nursery school in the village of Ivanovice. It is a cellarless, two-storey building for 40 childern. The floor plan is „L“ shaped with orientation of the classes to the south and west which provide enough rate (amount) of insolation which support good mood and development of the childern. The object is situated in medium sloping land mainly in the area of familly and residential houses. The main entrance to the building is situated on the south from where si access road to the object too. Comfort parking is provided by ten parking places, one is determined for disabled people. The lighting and ventilation of all rooms is provided by windows. Roofing is solved using of wooden truss in combination with single casing roof.

Abstract The subject of this thesis is the process of building technical part of the project documentation for the realization of a new family house in Třinec, Oldřichovice, parcel number. 3330/2. The building is located in the village of Třinec, in sparsely built-up area and will be surrounded by buildings from the north and east sides. Along the southern and western parts of the property there is a local road (N.P. 3340/5) which is 6 meters wide. On the north side is undeveloped parcel (N.P. 3344/4) and parcel (N.P. 161). In the northeast, there is a built family house with land (N.P. 65/1). The construction is formed by one building and it will not be splitted into other objects. The house has symmetrical L-shaped floor plan and it has got a partial basement. Vertical load-bearing masonry is made of Calcium silicate molded bricks Silka S12-1800 10 DF, (thickness 300 mm), basement walls are made of the same material as the aboveground storay. Partition walls are made of calcium silicite moped bricks Silka S20-2000 5 DF. The ceiling is made as monolithic-prefabricated, mounted ceiling Porotherm with ceiling beams and bars. The roof holding is supported by truss structure with wood and steel components. The building will be based on the foundation strips, simple foundation ratios. The parcel is situated in hilly terrain, vertical rise of the terrain is 6 meters. Roofing is made by a hipped roof with a slope of 35 °. Groundwater is located 8.9 m below the existing ground. The topic of the bachelor´s thesis focuses on the solution of the house in the city of Nitra. The house has a partial basement with two floors and comprises living spaces. The building contains also the arrivals level, downhill ramp, parking area in front of the garage, patio, outdoor stairs and garage located in the basement of a residential building. Floor plan of the house has a varied shape due to the use of diverse materials with two pent and one flat walkable roof. The house will be located on steep terrain. Entrance to the house is situated to the northeast. During the construction of the object system was used Meccato, Ytong.

The theme of this work is building solutions for residential new construction house in Vrchlabi. The family house is also designed medical office. The family house is located one floor and attic. Ground object consists of two rectangles, which divides the layout and operation of housing and employment, including part of the surgery. Roofing made a pitched roof and flat roof over part of the vegetation plan. The house is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in a quiet family houses. All habitable rooms are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists of a system Liapor. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. The facade is simply divided in accordance with the large glass window openings.

The project deals with building a family house in Kuřim. The building is designed as a detached house with garage for one car. The object has two floors, no basement. The building is situated parallel with the adjacent roads. Floor plan of the building is regular. Visual appearance of house does not affect the street and adjacent detached houses. The main entrance to the house and driveway are oriented to the road (northwest). The bearing walls are designed from the sand-lime bricks (with ETICS insulation). Ceilings are designed from the ceramic-concrete panels. The house has a shed roof, above the garage and main entrance is a flat roof.
