Analysis of the Offer of Housing Credit

The goal of my thesis is to show the possibilities that financial markets offer nowadays in loans area. Interested person has many options to choose from, nevertheless even the basic orientation in these options is difficult. In my thesis I havenť focus only on theoretical princples of function. I have elaborated particular areas to the form of concrete offers, which reader, interested person in a loan, can nowadays get in czech environment. I'm presenting concrete products financial companies and compare them so, that reader can make clear image about quality single products and can indepedently decide, which product is form him the best. Im warning readers on difficulty connected with single solutions, their charges politics and risks.
Orthographic Particularities of the Holograph Record of Cesta z Čech do Jeruzaléma a Egypta by Martin Kabátník

Cesta z Čech do Jeruzaléma a Egypta r. 1491–1492 by Martin Kabátník along with Deník panoše Jaroslava is the oldest original book of travels written in Czech. Its original record, the handwriting saved with a signature O 35 in Prague’s Castle Archive, is written in early digraphic orthography; partially, the scrivener uses also diacritical marks and tries to establish marking of soft/unmarked consonants. Quantity is marked only in case of terminal e. The same phenomenona as well as words are written differently – during his record, the scrivener works very unsystematically. On the whole, the handwriting is an unrepresentative record of the dictated text intended more for remark than for another spreading of the written information.
Analysis long-term assets in economic actual of company

This bachelor thesis is focused on long-term assets of a company, concretely on its roles in economic activity of company. The goal of thesis is to specify long-term assets, types of their acquisition, financing, accounting and tax aspects in theoretical part of thesis. In practical part is the main goal to specify long-term assets of chosen entrepreneurial subject, to evaluate effeciency of planned long-term investments, to entertain different ways of financing this investment and to choose optimal way for this company. On the basis of chosen way of financing evaluate planned costs and revenues of investment, evaluate development of current costs and revenues and to make up planned financial statements for next five years.
Building savings {--} present and future development

There are two basic possibilities of financing housing {--} a building society loan or a mortgage loan. The aim of the work is to present an information outline for prospective loan or mortgage applicants which would provide them with all necessary information and help them to understand the wide range of loan and mortgage products offered in the market. The theoretical part of the work introduces basic principles of loan with building societies and mortgages offered by banks together with the history outline of these products in the Czech Republic. At the beginning the practical part of the thesis focuses on development of building savings in the Czech Republic. The application part deals with a comparison of various loan and mortgage products offered by Česká spořitelna. First of all there is presented a comparison in general level. The analysis should help potential clients to find the right solution of housing problem regarding their financial situation and the character of their housing investment. One section of the work is devoted to a comparison of building savings in the Czech Republic and in the Austria.
Analysis of methods financing and investment calculation

Work had the aim to find an acceptable investment for the company. On the basis of the methods of evaluation investment, mostly by the help of net present value and like a supplementary indicator of internal rate of return. After choosing the investment, analysis of effectiveness source funding was made, determined possible sources and consequently was selected the most effective source. The best solution is investment Catepillar 301.8D which was funded by the loan.

The result is a simple formula that can be used by small businesses to choice of financing a vehicle intended for business.
