Financial Assurance of Public Project during its Realization

The subject of this thesis is to depict the financial provision of a public project during its implementation that includes the draft of its financial provision and the appraisal of the financial feasibility of the investment project. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the basic concepts that explain the issues of public projects, the public sector and public procurement. The end of the theoretical part describes the various ways to finance public projects. The second part of the thesis is practical. In this part I focused on the creation of the ways to finance the project “Realization of energy savings” that are possible, including the reconstruction of the roof of the building of the Police of the Czech Republic in Brno, at street Cejl No. 474 and No. 159 and the proposal of the optimal financing options.

The Master's thesis solves the question of financing an acquisition of fixed assets from external resources. It deals with a detailed analysis of products offered by leasing companies and banking institutions. It primarily examines financial leasing and investment credits. The essence of the thesis is to find the most appropriate external financing option for a purchase of cargo trucks, based on the analysis of particular offers.

Risk Management of Bank Credit System and Decision Making Process

The theoretical part of this thesis describes the development of Czech banking sector, especially with emphasis on post-revolutionary rebirth within the new conditions of market economy. The following part demonstrates the decision-making credit account process of a bank on a particular case study based on the methodics and procedures leading up to maximal elimination of credit risk. At the same time, the author presents a partially modified internal opinion on a decision of particular business transaction. It is accented that every decision of a bank must comply with the regulations of CNB. The conclusion of the thesis affirms the maximal efforts of domestic banks to minimalize risks within their decision-making credit account processes, which is mirrored in current stability in the development of Czech banking sector.

This master´s thesis concerns with evaluation of financial situation of the company by means of financial analysis of its accounts and tries to propose alteration in capital structure of the company. This thesis contains theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part concerns explanation of basic ideas and methods of financial analysis and sources of company financing, analytical part evaluate the financial situation of the company in last five years. End of this thesis indicate potential improvement of the financial situation through change in capital structure.

This diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of the external finance of companies, it means appraising which of the sources are suitable to be purposefully invested. In the diploma thesis, the comparison of external financial offers is analysed by contrasting between credit from banking houses (investment credit) and leasing companies (leasing). The outcome of detailed analyses is the determination of the most profitable option out of the external financing aimed at investment projects for the TBG BETONMIX a.s.

This master´s thesis deals with problems of development financing. Part of this thesis is a description of development activity and risks, which it may bring. The thesis is focused on financing and credits provided by banking institution. Analysis of different financing methods of properity purchase confronts their convenience for both development companies and clients. Practical part of this thesis is a proposal of financing of housing and family houses construction in the locality of Nupaky for the company CANABA, wich is focused on cost calculation and cash-flow of the whole project.

Master’s thesis solves the question about which sources of financing would be the most effective for company to buy a industry machine. It makes detailed analysis of products of leasing companies and banking institutions, particulary of financial leasing and loans for fixed assets. The meaning of this dissertation is to find optimum variant of external financing of buying the indusrty machine.
