Financial analysis of the company ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to carry out a financial analysis of the company ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. for the period 2011-2015, compare selected financial indicators with a competing company, evaluate its financial health and subsequently provide recommendations for financial management. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first part is methodological, where the various methods and indicators of financial analysis, which are subsequently applied in the second part of the thesis, are theoretically presented. The second part, practical part consists of the financial analysis of the company ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. This part contains horizontal and vertical analysis, calculations of financial ratios and bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In the course of the thesis the selected ratios and bankruptcy and creditworthy models are also compared with the competing company Teta drogerie a lékárny ČR, s. r. o. The practical part ends with the SWOT analysis, followed by a conclusion summarizing the results of the financial analysis and possible recommendations for future financial management.

This bachelor thesis analyses a financial situation of the company in the period 2011-2015. The first part of this thesis represents the methodical introduction. It describes methods, ratio indicators and models which are subsequently used for the practical part of this thesis. In the second part the analysed company is introduced and stated methods are applied on the data of the company. Selected ratio indicators are compared with competitor company for better explanatory power. The final part evaluates the financial health of the company and outline recommendations for its future financial management.

Bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of the company Dermacol a. s. for years 2011 until 2015. The aim of the thesis is to determine financial health and evaluate financial situation of the chosen company. The main sources of information are primarily published financial statements and annual reports. Whole thesis is divided into two parts. Methodical part focuses on defining selected methods, models and financial indicators, which are later applied to the selected company. It involves horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statements, interpretation of calculated indicators and prediction of financial stringency with the help of creditworthy and bankruptcy models.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of Pietro filipi s.r.o. for the years 2011-2015, particularly evaluate its financial health and stability. The analysis is comprised of methodology and practical part. Methodology deals with the financial analysis as a whole describing individual procedures and indicators. Practical part deals with a company introduction, followed by application of above mentioned methodology and indicators of financial analysis. Finally the calculated indicators are compared with indicators of a competitor.

Following bachelor thesis is focused on the financial analysis of Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s. company. The thesis is divided into two main parts - methodical and practical. The methodical part defines financial analysis in general, its goals and users, focuses on its methods and describes financial ratios and complex models. In the practical part the analysed company is introduced and its financial analysis for the period of 2011-2015 with the use of explained methods and principles is realized. At the end of the thesis the knowledge gained from the financial analysis is summed up and the recommendation is provided.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of MEDISERVIS s. r. o. in period from 2012 to 2016. The company uses fiscal year ended with 30. 6. The thesis is divided into two parts (theoretical and practical). There are indicators, methods, recommanded values, models and other explained in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with applying, assessing and commenting procedures described in the theoretical part. The procedures are horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of ratio indicators (profitability, liquidity, activity and indebtness). Subsequently there is a solvency model (Kralicek quick test) and a bankruptcy model (Altman Z-score) applied. The topic of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of Letňany Lagoon, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on individual components of financial analysis, where vertical and horizontal analysis, difference indicators, ratios of profitability, debt, activity and liquidity, and credit and bankruptcy models as Altman's Z-Score, Kralicek Quick Test, and Index of Credit are presented. In the practical part of the thesis these indicators and models are applied and their values are compared with the values of the competing company Plavecký bazén, s. r. o. At the end of the thesis are summarized the acquired knowledge, supplemented by recommendations for optimization.
