Microcellular Polystyrene Foam Preparation Using High Pressure CO2
Nistor, A. ; Rygl, A. ; Bobák, M. ; Sajfrtová, Marie ; Kosek, J.
We prepared PS microcellular foams from PS films using high pressure CO2 as the blowing and nucleating agent. The PS film samples were prepared by a custom-built dipcoating apparatus using toluene as the solvent. We studied the influence of the foaming conditions (pressure, temperature, pressure release rate) on the resulting foam structure, which was analysed by X-ray micro-computed tomography (micro-CT), SEM and AFM.

Risks occurring in connection with effects of the abnormal physical pressure on the human organism in the specific environment
ŠEBERKA, Jan
With extending possibilities the present population has available, also a number of injuries occurring in extreme environments for example under the water level or in the above the sea level higher than 2400 meters is expected to grow. This bachelor thesis called Risks occurring in connection with effects of the abnormal physical pressure on the human organism in the specific environment summarizes in the contents the risks and diseases which may occur under the changed conditions. The target of this thesis was to map the knowledge of the differential diagnostic procedures and of the following adequate therapy of the states caused by abnormal physical pressure of the employees of the medical rescue service and employees of the mountain service in Liberec region and in the surroundings. In the introduction of the theoretical part, basic physical information is presented. For example how the human organism compensates the normal, increased or decreased physical pressure. Moreover the theoretical part deals with the particular diseases occurring as a consequence of the increased or decreased pressure in the environment. For each of them the name of the disease is stated, its characteristics, patho- physiology, clinical symptoms and the respective therapy. Also the recompression treatment in the decompression chamber and location of these decompression chambers in the Czech Republic is stated here. It follows from the thesis that more than one half of the medical and mountain rescuer are well orientated in this issue. However, we find here the questions in which they were not sure. It follows from the research which is the subject of the practical part of the bachelor thesis that the mountain rescuers have a more extensive knowledge in the field of the alpine medicine than the medical rescuers. Medical rescuers, however, have shown better knowledge in the diving accidents. It follows from the thesis that the incidence of these kinds of injuries is not high, however, this fact should not lead the medical and mountain rescuers to the opinion that they do not need further education in the given branch. On the contrary, it would be suitable to organize a seminar on this topic and to increase in this way the level of knowledge of the members of the medical rescue service and members of the mountain service in the field of the alpine and diving medicine.
ANALYSIS OF THE TRANSPORT MACHINES TYRES INFLUENCE OVER THE SECURITY OF WORK ON THE BRAE
Stess in working environment
Locked in Maastricht
