This bachelor thesis deals with The housing loan strategy. In the theoretical part of this thesis are mortage loans and other particulars described from a theo-retical perspective. SWOT analysis is also described in this part of Bachelor thesis. In the practical part of this thesis are mortage loans compared according to internal methodology. Two models examples are created and applied to bank products. For bank who offers the best products in compliance with parameters is created SWOT analysis. In the end the strategy are created.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of mortgage loans in Czech republic in the years 2002 -- 2012. The main objective of this thesis is identification of factors, which influence the volume of mortgage loans. Another objective is to evaluate the development of mortgage loans and loans from building savings and their comparison. The practical part deals with the identification of factors, regression analysis and the influence of various factors on the volume of mortgage loans.

The advantage of building society in new legislative terms compared with mortgage loans

The topic of this master thesis is to compare benefits from the building society account with the mortgage loan. The whole comparison will be done according to the new legislative. The aim of this study is to find whether it is more profitable to invest into your property with the mortgage or the building society account. For this collation eight different companies are approached. Four of them are building societies and four are banks. The experts from those companies were given three examples with different height of LTV from different applicants with different purposes. Those experts also assessed which indicators applicants should consider. According to these recommendations clients have ordered indicators by their assumed importance. Finally offers were evaluated by TOPSIS method and ordered by its advantageousness.

Asymmetric information in the provision of banking services

The purpose of this work is to review an asymetric informedness in the area of banking services providing by examples of mortgage loans. The asymetric information is tracked in a relation to regulation tools from the banks' and clients' points of view. The work also contains a comparation of individual banking institution offers and a selection of the most suitable variant also in the context of asymetry of information.
