Proposal of production technology of trough

Elaborated thesis presents a proposal of technology for the production of modular. The modular is manufactured by ACO Industries k.s. from stainless steel 17 240 with thickness 1.5 mm. Literary studie is focused on Bending as the most favorable technology with respect to tender documentation. Based on technological calculations and available machinery TruBend 5130 press with nominal force 1 300kN was selected for part manufacturing process. Forming tools are made of Cr - Mo tool steal. The thesis also includes technical and economic evaluations.
Production of Cover of Regulator Tank

This master’s thesis deals with suggestion of production of sheet metal cover in Limid Mohelno s.r.o. Piece serves as cover of regulation device of rail vehicles with visual function and it’s manufactured from corrosion-resistant steel ČSN 17 240 with thickness 1 mm. Esthetical impression is ensured by grinded surface K240. The master’s thesis includes literary studies and problems of chosen technologies, technological calculations and choice of machines including tools. As the best manufacturing technology was chosen punching on TruPunch 1000 and bending on press brake SafanDarley E-Brake E-100. Technical and economical evaluation was made based on selected technology and compared with another manufacturing options.
The Production of the Components on the Press Brake Machine

The project elaborated overview of the production technology of the components on the press brake machines. It is based on study of theoretical pricniples in literature and modern practical instances as added value. It discussed about bending technology in general, about its priciple and parameters. Then there is overview of most used methods of bending at press brake. bending tools, its process of production and tool clamping. The main emphasis is placed on press brake machines. There are discussed the main types of machines, structure of machine and last but not least there are presented selected world manufaturers of press brake machines. For a better idea there is showed production of particular component in manufacturing plant in the end. Acquisition of the project is in simple description of press bending technology and way of work on press brake machines. The useful trasfer may be for example to education.
Manufacturing of fireplace insert exchanger

This master’s thesis deals with a proposal of production technology of a fireplace insert. Based on various solutions of production and documented calculations, charring has been elected as the most optimal technology. According to the requirements of thermal resistance and weldability the component will be made of boiler metal plate 11 416. Based on checking and technological calculations process of charring on press BAYKAL APHS 3110x180 has been proposed with the nominal power of 180 tons. The verification of bends was realized using computer simulations. Bending tools are made of steel 12 050. A technical-economic evaluation is also part of this master’s thesis.
Production of casing

This master’s project describes a proposal for manufacturing technology of a horizontal boring machine case. This case is manufactured by HESTEGO a.s. from a DC01 steel sheet, which is 2 mm thick and its production series is 200 pieces a year. Punching and bending were chosen as the most suitable methods from the considered manufacturing technologies. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a study of the chosen manufacturing technologies. Based on the analysis of the technological calculations and the available tools in the manufacturing company, a technological procedure was designed and these machines were chosen: punching machine TruPunch 5000 a servo-electronic press brake SAFAN E – BRAKE 100–3100. Technical and economical evaluation is also included in the proposal.
Production of air conditioning holder

The holder of outdoor air-conditioning units are made out of steel 11 321.21 with 2mm thickness. The production quantity is 2000 units / year. The holder is produced using CNC machine for cutting and bending on CNC press brake. The semi-finished product is a metal sheet (2 x 2000 x 1000 mm). Part of this diploma thesis is to design of the population with the punching tools, the layout of parts on the metal sheet and design of appropriate press brake punches and dies. The conclusion contains economic evaluation of the proposed solution.

For the choose technology contains selection material, calculation parameters for project machinery and tools including of techno economic valorization.
The Study of Production's Operation Management

The main objective of this dissertation is an operational planning optimization with greater concentration on customers and their requirements, which are supposed to be fulfilled in time, costs and quality. The aim is an operative management analysis of production process. In terms of this analysis, deficiencies of the present condition will emerge, which should be eliminated by the solution. The analysis will be based on production system, economy of production process and product. At the deficiencies, which result from the analysis, some variants how to solve the problem will be suggested and finally, the most suitable variant will be chosen. Bending and its contemporary method of solving seems to be the most serious deficiency. Therefore, the panel bender was chosen as the most suitable solution because it is usually the most convenient compensation.
Manufacturing possibilities of modular cabinet

Bachelor's dissertation in subject Mechanical Engineering is focused on suggestion and evaluation suitable of technologies which are used for production of modular cabinet determined for switchboard cabinets STX, serial marking IP55/IK09 produced by company TVD - Technická výroba, Inc.. Technologies used for production are punching, cutting by laser or plasma beam, bending, welding MAG/MIG, WIG and spot welding. Surface finish is done by powder painting, zinc plating or anodization. In point of economical and quality view as the best procedure was choosed punching, bending, welding by MAG technology and powder painting.
