Particularities in business negotiation with Algerian partners

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze manners and tactics of business negotiation in Algeria. This includes a lot of differences and specificities which each businessman arriving to negotiate in this country should know. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter provides basic information about the territory with respect to history, demographic data, economic or politic characteristics. The second chapter concentrates on the major cultural differences of Algeria which also influence the business negotiation. The third chapter represents the most important part of the thesis. It deals with the specificities of business negotiation in this country. The last chapter briefly mentions the particularities of the Algerian market.
