The research part has been focused on adolescents aged 17 to 19 years living in Vysočina region, the research sample has consisted of 858 respondents. The aim of the thesis was to find out, by statistical methods on a statistically significant sample of adolescents, key factors influencing the adolescents´ opinion on the issue of the domestic violence. In relation to the aim of the thesis there were determined following hypotheses, which were tested on 5% significance level with six survey questions. Hypothesis 1: ?Statistically significant factor for the domestic violence among adolescents is their personal experience? was confirmed in four areas. Respondents having the personal experience with the domestic violence differ from the respondents without such experience in the following: they are more aware of a possibility of a partner´s violence at their age, they more refuse to tolerate the domestic violence, they better recognize a definition of the domestic violence and they are often aware of a possibility of a trans-generation transmission of the violence. In connection with this hypothesis it is important the finding, that 57 respondents (7%) have their personal experience with the domestic violence; 49 girls and 8 boys. Hypothesis 2: ?Statistically significant factor for the domestic violence among adolescents is the education? was not confirmed due to a low variability of responses and insufficient data to evaluate the hypothesis. Hypothesis 3: ?Statistically significant factor for the domestic violence among adolescents is the gender (women)? was confirmed in two areas. Girls differ from boys in the following: they are more aware of a possibility of the partner´s violence at their age and they more refuse to tolerate the domestic violence. The diploma thesis can serve as a source of current information related to the issue of the domestic violence, it provides an up-to-date data on the prevalence of the domestic violence in the adolescence and it presents information and opinions of adolescents on the domestic violence or partner relationship. The thesis can be used by professionals as well as lay public interested in the domestic violence and it can be a basis or a comparison for other studies and researches.

SVOBODOVÁ, Vendula
The main objective of the thesis was to map possibilities of a co-operation among the intervention centre and other entities interested in helping to people threatened by the domestic violence. The current status was taken from the professional literature. There is described an issue of the domestic violence, types and forms of the domestic violence, its characteristics and dynamics, causes, consequences, legal framework of the domestic violence, its actors, entities helping to people threatened by the domestic violence and an interdisciplinary co-operation. The qualitative research was used in the thesis. A tool for the data collection was a semi-standardized interview. Questions were based on theme ranges concerning the examined issue. The research sample consisted of 13 workers of the entities helping to people at risk of the domestic violence in the Highland (Vysočina) region. The research showed that the domestic violence is a very wide-spread and still underestimated issue. At the same time it is seen a considerable progress in the area of the help to people at risk by the domestic violence. Further the research showed that workers do not exactly know services provided by the Intervention Centre of the Highland (Vysočina) region. Thanks to this fact there can occur a disinformation of people threatened by the domestic violence. The staff can determine the most often demanded help from the side of the potential service users. They can also recognize that not always it is about the help the intervention centre is able to provide. The research does not confirm that the personnel generally would be influenced by prejudices at their work with people at risk by the domestic violence. But they were certainly also in their professional life influenced by a personal experience with the domestic violence that acquired in their neighbourhood. The research raised a possibility of a co-operation among the intervention centre and other entities, namely organizing case conferences. This thesis can be used in practice for an acquisition or addition of professional experience related to the issue of the domestic violence and available provided services.

Effect of Job Style and also helping Worker Manner at another Live and People behaviour
FLÍDROVÁ, Jana
This thesis talks about different ways of dealing with people who find themselves in unfavourable social situations. It shows, based on casuistic cases and examples, the importance of a loving approach to the client. It describes particular ways of work with people who seem to be optimal from theoretical and practical point of view. It examines a conversation with a client in more detail. It tries to find an internal source of positive adjustment of the helping worker towards people. This adjustment is found not in set rules and instrumental method, but in a Christian approach to the person. A person, as an image of God is my fellowman and I am responsible for him/her. The source of a loving and optimistic approach to people comes from Christian culture, solidarity and respect for people, which is included in the Gospels. Christian approach to people is very much needed and should be part of social work within the middle of Europe.
Domestic violence on the senior patients suffering from mental disease.
KŮROVÁ, Hana
Home violence on senior patients suffering from mental disorder is often problematic in nowadays-modern society and its line of incidence is on increase. Home violence occurs in many forms {--} economical, physical, psychical violence, but also neglecting of seniors. This violence is difficult to reveal from more reasons. Seniors take this reality as their personal life{\crq}s failure, as the mistake in upbringing and so they quietly bear the violence from their children. Another reason of the increasing latency is their age, present medical condition, limited social contacts. The research was made on the gerontological ward of the psychiatric clinic and in the senior house. Seniors suffering from mental disorder created the searching sample. Acquired information was refilled by semi-operated dialogues with medical staff and by no-operated dialogues with other clients of these institutions. After the research we can say that the most often form of violence committed on seniors is the financial blackmailing. It was also found out that seniors on whom the violence was committed react strongly on the presence of family members by worse mood, by expression of face or by completely change of body position. The home violence can attach everybody, each age, each education, each social status, each religion, both sex. It is important to pay attention to this problem and to try to help to victims of home violence. A lot of seniors suffering from mental disease don{\crq}t stay at home with their family care but they are often moved to a special institution against their will. People who work there in these institutions have positive relation to seniors with mental disorder. They must be empathetic and very patient. This work is very exacting and just these people working in helping professions often suffer from burnout syndrome. It is important to behave to seniors with respect and to people who work with them too.

Domestic Violence in Partnership
HRÁDKOVÁ, Marcela
Dissertation provides a study of domestic violence in partnership. The theoretical part offers a definition of term `domestic violence{\crq} and a historical perspective on this subject. This part also includes the psychological profile of a habitually violent partner, the description of cycle and acts of domestic violence, as well as its stages normally experienced by the abused women. The practical part is based on my own research, using a questionnaire as its method. The aim of my research is, at least partially, to establish attitudes of the public towards this issue, their views on domestic abusers and on the actual forms of domestic violence.
