Corruption in the Customs Administration of the CR

Thesis "Corruption in the Czech Customs Administration" is focused on the issue of corruption and the causes of corrupt behaviour of Czech customs officials. The primary task of this work was to determine whether it is the disorganization of the armed force or the individual deviance which influences the level of corruption in the Czech Customs Administration more. The secondary task was to elicit the level of corruption as it is perceived by the customs officials themselves and on the basis of the acquired information to suggest some anti-corruption measures. The theory of social disorganization and the theory of social deviancy were used as the basis for this work. The data required for the decision whether it is the disorganization of the armed force or the individual deviance which influences the level of corruption in the Czech Customs Administration more and the data for the findings of the corruption level as it is perceived by the customs officials was collected from a quantitative research. The role of mountain ethnic groups in the social development of Laos

The study deals with the problem of relations between ethnic minorities and central governments in Laos. It analyses mechanisms of the mountaineers' social and military mobilisation in historical perspective from the beginnings of the French colonial administration until the present. The main discussed topics are: the ethnic situation in Laos, ethnic relations, and the Lao government's ethnic policy. The Lao People's Democratic Republic (LPDR) is an ethnically complicated and weakly researched territory. Ethnic minorities comprise approximately 70 % of the total population of the country. This makes Laos one of the most ethnically diverse countries in Asia. Although the Lao government claims 49 ethnic groups, recent anthropological surveys revealed 236 ethnic groups belonging to four ethno-linguistic families: Tai-Kadai, Austro-Asiatic (Mon-Khmer), Hmong-Mien (Miao-Yao) and Sino-Tibetan (Tibeto- Burman). Many of the minorities inhabit rural areas, which are amongst the most poverty stricken areas in the country. At the end of 1990s, the Russian state eroded, losing its power and the ability to perform elementary functions of government. The process of the "wild privatisation" of state-owned property during 1990s favored certain oligarchic groups, the state itself lost its possibility to create any meaningful long-term strategy. With hindsight it's hardly possible to consider President Jeltsin's era a big success. After Vladimir Putin became the President of the Russian Federation, the situation in the country has changed fundamentally. Russian economy is getting stronger, peoples" pride of being Russians is growing and Russia is ready again to be one of the decisive participants in the world politics at the beginning of the 21st century. Author is deeply convinced that it wouldn't be objective to consider the present situation in international relations to be "unipolar" despite of some states1efforts to do so. Calculation of costs in selected sector of the farm - plant production

The thesis deals with the construction of input cost calculations (corn silage and grass silage) for biogas stations in the agriculture firm Alfa. A partial goal is to construct an alternate pricing of those materials. On basis to the alternate pricing of the materials the thesis aims to evaluate this change in economic efficiency of biogas station.
The thesis consists of the theoretical and the practical part. Literature overview in the theoretical part explains in detail company costs, cost calculation, investment decisions, financial resources, cash flows and investments´ evaluation methods.
The practical part of the thesis is based on gathered data from the firm Alfa. The thesis shows in detail individual input costs that enter costs calculations of corn and grass silage. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes plant manufacturing overheads and administrative overheads. Allocation of overhead costs to individual performance is also part of the thesis. Personal suggestions of cost calculations are constructed on the basis of the partial changes in individual costs. The practical part ends with a calculation of economic efficiency of the biogas station on basis of personal suggestions.
The conclusion of the thesis comments the results of the cost calculation of corn and grass silage in Alfa in the year 2014. In addition, this part evaluates and comments applied personal suggestions (1 and 2) and their influence on efficiency of biogas station.

Measure and level of support provided by the town and its methods were described as well. I found out which problems currently exist in the area of sports clubs due to the questionnaire I had sent to the representatives of the sports organizations in Jablonec nad Nisou. The subject of my dissertation is a process analysis of administration of Mortgage credit in G.E. Money bank Plc. The purpose of analysis is an improvement of selected process inside company. The theoretical part is dedicate to process analysis and corporate decision making process modeling.The practical part has two sections introduction of G.E Money bank Plc.basic description of Mortgage credit phases. The main part of my dissertation is a process analysis in G.E Money bank Plc. The analysis of present state, evaluation and improvement suggestion of selected processes is a main target of my work.

The aim of this thesis is a theoretical description of methods and tools that are used when deciding on the choice of administrative options, and also attempt to create a system of evaluation of several suppliers of computer technology for the enterprise. Bachelor's thesis is in two parts: theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are described mainly known evaluation options making, their importance and applicability to various situations in the theoretical part .In the teoretical part are not only the identification and analysis of decision problems, but also the production and selection criteria and evaluation of options. The practical part is devoted to creating their own system of evaluation. On the basis of general assumptions is to create an evaluation system that also generates the appropriate sequence variants.

The paper "The Architecture of the First Half of the Twentieth Century in the Western Part of the Ústi Region" ( in the preparation of art pedagogy and its didactical use in the realm of electronic media) covers - as it is obvious from the title - not only the architecture and its pedagogical reflection. In the first part of the paper the author tries to touch a phenomenon of the relationship of the society to the area itself. This phenomenon is significant as it unveils the social relationships and forces which were decisive in not only forming the region, but also influencing the way of interpretating the history, especially the history of the first half of the twentieth century. The main part of the paper consists of a description of the architecture in the interim period between the two world wars, in the identification of its creators, in the discerning of its Czech and German origins. The focus on the Ústi region is not by chance, as it is the home region of the author. The region is defined, starting at Ústi nad Labem going as far as Chomutov. This part traces the architectural development of German creativity in the Czech area and compares it with the Czech product. The Reform of Proprietary Relations in the Health Service System Focus on financing

My diploma thesis deals with the public administration reform consisting in the change of the former district hospitals into regional hospitals, with the organisational and legal status of the hospitals, and with their transformation from contributory organisations into joint-stock companies. The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze the administration, efficiency and capacities of the hospitals in the Central Bohemia region with the special focus on the Oblastní nemocnice Kladno, a.s. hospital, to carry out the financial analysis, and compare it with other hospitals in the Central Bohemia region. The analysis of the hospitals in the Central Bohemia region is based on the data provided by the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of CR, and the analysis of the Oblastní nemocnice Kladno, a.s. hospital is based on the 2003 -- 2007 balance sheets and gain-and-loss accounts, restricted documents of the hospital and on the interviews with the general and commercial managers of the hospital. From the financial analysis of the Oblastní nemocnice Kladno, a.s. hospital and the comparison with the situation of other hospitals in the Central Bohemia region it is obvious that the hospital experiences a similar development as the trend in the Central Bohemia region and the whole EU suggests.The hospital is not trying to reduce costs at the expense of the health care offered to its patients. On the contrary, it is trying to improve the quality and scope of the health care provided, which should bring additional revenues. The hospital management is becoming more responsible, which results in a more transparent accounting and an obligatory audit.
