The exploitation of thermodynamic calculations for optimalization of chemical composition of ferritic heat resistant steels
Foldyna, V. ; Kroupa, Aleš ; Kuboň, Z. ; Jakobová, A. ; Vodárek, V.
The thermodznamic calculations allow to predict the amount of Mo and/or W in the solid solution and the amount of V and/or Nb bound in the nitride or carbide. The observed structural changes found during the creep exposure confirm the usefullness of the thermodynamic calculations especially for the modification of chemical composition of known types of steels and also for the proposal of new steels.

The calculations of equilibrium states in high-alloy chromium steels
Foret, R. ; Unucka, P. ; Buchal, A. ; Kroupa, Aleš
The paper presents the results of calculation of equilibrium states in high-alloy chromium steels obtained by Thermo-Calc program and the continuously extended Steel 16. database. The calculation were made for 9 to 12% chromium steels with graded contents of molybdenum and vanadium. The calculcations have been supplemented with analyses of the minority phases encountered. The analyses were performed using the method of TEM,EDS extraction replicas and X-ray phase analysis.

Nanoindentation and theoretical strength in metals and intermetallics
Šob, Mojmír ; Legut, Dominik ; Friák, Martin ; Fiala, J. ; Vitek, V. ; Hafner, J.
The present contribution gives an account of applications of quantum-mechanical (first-principles) electronic structure calculations to the problem of theoretical strength in metals and intermetallics. First, we briefly describe the way of simulating the tensile test and the electronic structure calculational method. Then we discuss the theoretical strength values in a number of elemental metals and intermetallics and compare them with available experimental data, both from measurements on whiskers and from nanoindentation experiments.

Technology verification excavators in earthworks
FIKOTOVÁ, Petra
This thesis on the topic of Technology verification in the field of wheel excavators and its excavations in the first general part deals with the analysis of the work carried out on the construction site. Wheel excavator analysis tools have been developed and used. The study included ?wheel excavators and the technical parameters and analysis with the binding on the size category of wheel excavators?. The second part of the work deals with the evaluation of the results of the data collection for the determination of the actual times of working wheel excavators; and resultant cycles, depending on the work carried out. In addition, there are factors that affect the intended performance wheel excavators and how it works in the implementation of specific operations. Part of the work is the determination of the values of the correction coefficients for the calculation of the actual performance and the determination of the actual wheel excavators, and subsequent analysis of the excavators? performance dependent upon carried out working operations. In conclusion, on the results gained from the analytical process, proposals and guidelines for the optimal use of wheel excavators within the construction industry have been attained.

System effectiveness evaluation of employees in the company
EIGNER, Martin
The target is to evaluate the effectiveness of employee evaluation in selected company and its link to the reward system. Effectiveness was assessed through a questionnaire survey, which was conducted in the department of preparation of production and quality inspection department. The investigation is due to employees meets the evaluation itself. They are happy with it and find it fair. Certain problems arise in its clarity. On the other hand, many respondents are not completely satisfied with the connection to the evaluation system of remuneration. Based on these findings, three proposals were proposed changes. The first is an increase in relation to wages, which would place the future fee increases at the time wages increased amount of personal evaluation. The second change is the introduction of benefits, collectively awarded according to performance lines. The last change is the introduction of in-house manual payroll calculation.

Convergence of Regional Productivity
HARUDA, Martin
The main task of bachelor´s thesis is the analysis of productivity in individual regions in the Czech Republic and the appraisal theirs convergence of macroeconomic view. The theoretical part is primarily focused on differentiation of basic concepts relating to productivity. Farther it develops individual types of productivities - labour, capital and capital-labour MFP. My thesis brings theoretical basis of analysis of types and methodology of convergence´s computation. The practical part mainly focuses on demarcated types of productivities´ calculations in the regions of the Czech Republic in totally 16 years range. It endeavours to answer the questions concerning mutual region´s convergence in territorial delimitation NUTS 3. In the conclusion of my thesis there is a summary and also there are analyzed results of researched hypotheses.

Business in the organic agriculture in upland areas
VANĚČKOVÁ, Hana
The aim of this thesis was to assess business development opportunities in organic farming in selected enterprises in upland areas and a proposal how to improve its performance. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of organic farming, the current status of organic agriculture, inspection and subsidies. Special attention is paid to the issue of calculation. The practical part deals with the analysis of structure of costs and incomes of livestock production and describes anomalies in the company during the monitored period. In conclusion, the thesis presents the main results of the solved problems and proposed recommendations how to improve the management of the analyzed company with regard to the welfare and business continuity.

Renewable resources - financial, tax and legal aspects in the CR
SEKALOVÁ, Renata
The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to study, work and create transparent comprehensive view of the financial, legal, and organizational issues of the financial reporting of renewable energy in selected electricity market participants. The practical part is focused on the accounting process of production and purchase of solar energy. On two different model variants solar power plant operators are analyzed possible accounting operations. The last unit of this work is devoted to accounting reporting of energy trader positions. It focuses on the calculation of the purchase price and method of billing between energy producers and redeeming the trader accounts and price differences between the cleared entities and the market operator. In conclusion, it is recommended due to the extreme amount of tax documents received in quarterly stages of a modern form of accounting treatment - selfbilling.

Atmospheric deposition in the vicinity of the limestone-quarry Čertovy schody
Špičková, Jitka ; Dobešová, Irena ; Vach, Marek ; Burian, Miloš ; Skřivan, Petr
Atmospheric precipitation samples were collected in the Bohemian Karst, (30 km SW from Prague, Czech Republic) at six localities in the vicinity of the limestone-quarry Čertovy schody during years 1996-2003. Samples were analyzed for major components (Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, F-, Cl-, NO3-, HCO3-, SO42-) and trace metals (Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn, Pb, Be, As, Sr, Cd, Al, Cr). Deposition fluxes were calculated from more than 10 000 elemental analyses of samples collected monthly. The fluxes of monitored substances show temporal and spatial variability. The most marked attribute is the strong affection by local emission sources confirmed by the investigation of seasonal variability, temporal trend and correlation analysis.

Jurák, Pavel ; Halámek, Josef ; Vondra, Vlastimil ; Kára, T. ; Nykodým, J. ; Číp, Ondřej ; Eisenberger, M. ; Leinveber, P. ; Fráňa, P. ; Meluzín, J. ; Souček, M.
The goal of the study is to compare various methods of non-invasive stroke volume (SV) assessment from a raw impedance cardiography (IC) signal. IC detects changes in cardiac haemodynamic function using thoracic electrical bioimpedance technology. Corresponding changes of impedance are used along with ECG and blood pressure to measure and calculate haemodynamics parameters
