Analysis of supplier-customer relationships in the selected company

The aim is to analyze the customer-supplier relationships in the selected company in terms of trends in long-term partnerships, outsourcing, linking information flow and level of logistics services. Based on the internal materials and data on the structured interviews were evaluated various processes related to buying - supplier selection, supplier evaluation, handling complaints at the supplier and were evaluated data on customers. Based on the identified bottlenecks were suggested measures to improve the current situation.

External environment of the company

This thesis was focused on the theme: External environment of the company. The business was chosen during the preparation and give me necessary information. Researched business called Aerosol ? Service Ltd., place of business is in central Bohemian (Pletený Újezd). The main products of the company are polyurethane foams. This dissertation was divided into three pillars. The first pillar was oriented of the external surroundings of company. These surroundings were adequately described. The next step was survey, because was needed to profile customer satisfaction. Another important step was to analyze the strongest and closest competitors on the market. The second pillar was focused on farther surroundings professionally called macro surroundings. This part has been described by STEP analysis. From this analysis was evaluated several most fundamental and long-term factors. The last pillar was focused on foreign trade, which is for company the most important. 85 % of the all production goes abroad. Here was analyzed market of European Union and final effect was chosen two best companies according to set criteria to begin new business possibilities. The main object of the thesis was to analyze the external environment of the company. In my opinion, the main object fulfilled. New findings were found in the external environment, and they are designed to changes and recommendations.

Managing the material and information flow in the selected supply chain

The filling of the thesis is the analysis of managing the material and information flow focused on the analysis of the relationship with suppliers and customers in the company Moravia Lacto, a.s., which deals with milk processing and diary production. The thesis is concerned with competitive companies in the current market and the rivalry among them. The evaluation also includes revealed problems solutions and the realisation of suggested solutions should lead to the improvement of the contemporary financial situation and to the cost reduction in the company.

Receivables and payables arising from supplier-customer relationships on the example of concrete accounting entity

This bachelor thesis deals with the receivables and payables arising from the supplier-customer relationships on the example of specific entity. In the general part of this there are overall defined accounting relations, specific accounting issues arising in connection with the receivables and trade payables and a creation of correction items to receivables. The chosen entity for the practical part was the company dealing with providing accommodation and catering services. This company, its suppliers and customers are more described. Information, which were obtained from the accounting documents provided by external accountant, they were analyzed and in the practical is indicated on the specific accounting cases, how they are entered in the accounts. Doubtful debts are also created in this company. But they don?t create correction items, when this problem comes. That?s why, in this thesis is proposed a possible way for create them. The end of practical part consists of analysis receivables and trade payables, which is important for evaluate their development and complete economic situation.

Entrance of the Czech Republic to the European union has expressive influence on increased demand for the building works, this is closely connected with designing activity that the company XY Ltd is dealing with. This is a huge advantage for the componies in the Czech Republic that are acting in this inudstry, because many new opportunities were created within the frame of the European union, and the Czech businessmen can obviously take advantage of that. The target of the bachelor´s work is to refer to the specific issue of the relationship between suppliers and consumers in context with the bookkeeping operations that company XY Ltd do for the purpose of the lead accounting. Another target of this work is to analyse active debts and liabilities on the basis of the given information, to resolve bookkeeping operations and to suggest methods of the debt collection that form the biggest problem that the company XY Ltd is currently facing to.

Selection suppliers and operating resources in concern

This thesis focuses on two goals. One of them are business contacts with suppliers, the second is inventory management in the enterprise. Suppliers are very important for any business partner, without which it couldn`t produce, but its conditions differs in business and technical matter. It doesn{\crq}t have to be based only on the deppartment diferences or company size. Companies surveyed in this study were both productive and similary sized. What made the difference was, the used material and production complexity. The company Sapeli has possibility of higher standard offer and therefore even compoundable evaluation especially thanks to easier accessability . The most important for the company is quality, price, delivery terms and payment options. Both companies have in common the first place given to quality above all. It has increasing importance today as world markets are saturated with poor quality products and large companies can gain greater market share mainly due to the quality.

Analysis of accounting relations in company

The target of this bachelor´s work was analysis of accounting relations in specific company which works in the area of timber harvesting with harvestor technique. Another target of this work is to analyse active debts and liabilities. I focused on specific accounting of active debts for subscribers, engagements against suppliers, provided and received advance payments, accounting of exchange-rate difference and time resolution. Also I set up the vertical analysis of asset and debts.

The main goal of this thesis was to sum up the dilema of active debts and engagements from the view of suppliers and customers relationships and to bring closer accounting in a specific company which works on the field of producing and selling plastics products. In my thesis I focused on specific accountig of active debts for subscribers, engagements against suppliers, provided and recived advance payments, accounting of exchange rate difference and time resolution. I have also investigated individual accounts of account classification which is connected with specific dilema and differences from the standard accountig.
