The aim of this thesis is to examine relations from the field of financial mathematics concerning consumer and cash loans. Further objects of interest are various types of loan repaying, interest calculation and generating the installment schedule. The result of this mathemetical principles analysis is a complex simulator of installment schedule which was created for testing and configuration purposes in HCI company (Home Credit International).

Methods of the long-term assets valuation in a company

This dissertation work deals with theme of appraisement long term tangible assets in company in terms of intradepartmental bookkeeping, which company give upon voluntary base. Work is situated into five independent parts, when is the first devoted delimitation financial and intradepartmental bookkeeping and differences between them. Furthermore is mention about legislative delimitation single access to appraisement in terms of both bookkeeping. Second part is focused on substantial of meaning subject of dissertation work. Third part discusses about theoretic bases this work; define difference in appraisement that is based on prices found out on basis of court expert record against appraisement real value. Next part is devoted research, from whose coming - out designed model of appraisement real value. Follows by work evaluation, her scientific contribution to theory, practice and pedagogy.

The fixed assets and their inventorying in medium-sized municipality

The thesis is concerned with management and accounting of municipalities with specialization of the fixed assets. It is based on the Accounting Acts, relevant regulations and Czech Accounting Standards for the selected accounting units. It deals with the ways of obtaining the fixed assets, amortization, technical evaluation, ways of discarding and inventorying. The ascertained knowledge is applied in practical part with the example of the municipality Janovice nad Úhlavou.

First part of this bachelor thesis focuses on specificities of basic methods of financing passenger cars. This part also focuses on the progression of operating lease and financial lease on the czech market. Second part of this Bachelor Thesis focuses on the offer of operating lease to individuals on the czech market and also on analysing the advantageousness of two selected offers for individuals beside choosing basic method of financing passenger cars -- purchasing passenger cars from their own recources.

As a result of analyses, infinite life of company can not be reasonably expected. Therefore, for valuation, liquidation value and amortization value methods were selected.

Insurance law and the impacts of the new Civil Code on insurance products

The thesis is mainly focused on the effects of the new Civil Code on insurance products and insurance industry as a whole. The emphasis is on change and impacts for insurance companies and their clients in liquidation of damages to property and damages to health from liability insurance of the vehicle and changes during interruption of insurance. One chapter is devoted to gender equality when calculating insurance premiums, which will take effect from 21.12.2012. This equality is based on the European Court of Justice and for the insurance market have a significant impact. At the end of the thesis,I summarize the basic legal standards in the insurance industry and their brief development.

The work is devoted to bonds from the perspective of the investor. There are legal standards for issue of bonds and obligation to draw up conditions of issue and prospectus. There are described the basic principles and calculations of price, yield, maturity and risk. Main emphasis is placed on reporting bonds from the perspective of Czech accounting standards and international accounting standards. The work is completed with an application example of real negotiable bond analysis, where the important information is explained.

Mortgage lending in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is primarily focused on mortgage lending in the Czech Republic. The mortgage is defined in the first part of the thesis, his division into purpose and nonpurpose types. Furthermore, I am dealing with a process of selection and providing of the loan along with his amortization. An analysis of the state support follows in both forms, in a direct form of contribution to interests and in an indirect form of tax deduction. The second part of the thesis describes the mortgage market. It contains a description of a mortage-life insurance combination, which is disappearing from the market. The conclusion analyzes and compares mortgages of single banks according to fees, market shares, and net payments paid by clients.

Each organization manages some property. Care of this property and its use for attainment of the given organization is an important part of owners´ and managers´ work of every level of managing of the given organization. The main point of this bachelor´s work is processing of documents for realisation of a bigger investment ? a new storehouse making and at the same time to point out more sensitive moments, such as investment plan creating, a storehouse purchasing, the moment of the storehouse being put into operation and depreciation. The point of main target is the evaluation if purchasing of this storehouse was a bargain.
