Possibilities of teritorial and regional development on area of Staré Město pod Landštejnem village

In this thesis was created a medium-term draft of actions for the local development needs of village Staré Město pod Landštejnem based on economic, social and organizational possibilities that the village has. This draft was based on the analysis of themes from a questionnaire survey among residents of the village, interviews with local actors, existing development documents related to the community and the author's own ideas. A part of this thesis is the geographical characteristics of the village area and the analysis of literature dealing with the countryside, especially its local and regional development, spatial planning and territorial development of rural settlements and the surrounding landscape, including the analysis of materials prepared for the municipality. Another important output of the thesis is to summarize and supply the existing principles for spatial and landscape planning in the village.

Conditions of development of small company in tourism

This bachelor work is about condnitions of development of small and middle companies in tourism. The objective of this bachelor work is to evaluate conditions of development of guest-house Yetti, analyse position of this company in competition, analyse management system, evaluate possibilities of use of operating aids and suggest solutions of further development. Guest-house Yetti was founded in 2003 and is situated in Jizerské hory in a small village called Horní Maxov. When Yetti came to Horní Maxov its strategy was very well able to compete and had a lot of satisfied customers. But after few years the interest of customers began to fall down. Why did it happen? It appeared that good idea is not enough to be successful in business. Good directing is important for business as well as competitive advantage. This bachelor work is evaluatng a marketing mix of guest-house Yetti. Produckt, price and people seems to be all right but place, promotion, packaging, partnership and programing are uncared. Business for own account in tourism is not easy, it has many obstackles and many oportunities. It takes a lot of energy and time, but business for own account gives the businessman freedom.

Analysis of Possibilities and Conditions of EU Sources Use for Enterprise Development

The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to analyse supporting programs, which are granted by European Union and to draw a sufficient progam for the chosen company according to its business plan. The thesis summarises the supporting programs for small and medium businesses. The thesis is devided to the following parts: a theoretical part, which outlines small and medium size businesses in general. The meaning, limitations and negative effects, which have impact on SME, same as a concept of small and medium enterpreneurs and legislation related to the support of business, have been formulated there. Next is an analytical part, that analyses the programs of support for small and medium businesses, which are currently being offered. This includes programs supporting a countryside developement. Lastly is the practical part and it has been devoted to a description of parameters of the chosen company and to a drafting of a project propsal. For this bachelor thesis I have chosen a company ERLEX s.r.o. With accomodation as its main line of business . The aim of this company is to build up a pension, which will be situated in the town Strážný. According to an analysis of suitable programs of support, has been the most suitable one for the ERLEX s.r.o. chosen a program for developing countryside. Specificaly an axis III. {--} A quality of life in countryside and a diversification of economy in countryside, remedy III. 1. 3 b) Support of Tourism. If this project was implemented it would speed up building up the accomodation and increase the competitiveness of the company. If the application is rejected it will lead to delays on implementation of the planned project, because of its significant cost.

Monitoring of fatigue crack growth in riveted aircraft structures by acoustic emission

In principle, the acoustic emission (AE) represents one of NDT and structure health monitoring (SHM) methods for the detection and identification of growing material defects. Different types of signals detected by the AE method are supposed to correspond to different types of defects or operational noises. Monitoring of structures by acoustic emission needs new robust and fast methods for emission source location and classification. Recently proposed AE source location method using so called signal arrival time profiles and artificial neural networks (ANN) was applied for monitoring of growing defects during long term fatigue testing of riveted aircraft wing flange. The potentialities of the method regarding the on-line monitoring of dangerous crack growth in selected critical parts of aircraft structures are discussed.

The sports group activities of young people as prevention of negative social phenomena

The work deals with the prevention of negative social phenomena in children and youth through sporting activities. Examines the impact of sport and physical activities on the individual and society, the leisure time of children and youth meaningful use. It describes the development of the child and the associated negative or pathological phenomena. It describes the delinquency and risk factors that affect children and adolescents and can lead to crime. Among the major influences on the child can be diluted with family, peers, media. The practical part describes the current means of prevention and preventive programs. It describes the three organizations: Aerobics Center Pardubice, House of Culture Dubina and upper elementary school Horní Jelení, where children and youth sports activities prepared, except that a meaningful use of leisure time promote personal development, healthy lifestyles, socialization and interaction of children and youth. Overall, sports and physical activity one of the principal use of leisure time a preventive manner and reducing the risk of negative social phenomena.
