This diploma thesis solves a project documentation of boarding house and contains appurtenances according to valid regulations. The house is as a detached house, without basement. It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof and saddle roof with truss girders. The house has three floors with terrace. On the second and third floor is 14 guest rooms with social rooms. On the first floor is: pram room, bicycle/ski room, reception, utility rooms, wellness, restaurant, kitchen. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling constructions are from prestressed panels. The house is designed on sloping terrain from south to north.

Pension with wellness

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of the pension with the possibility of wellness activities, which is located in the village of Holásky, on the level of documentation for the construction. The new building is located in the cadastral area Holásky. It is a three-storey, basement building in the shape of two bounce rectangles with separate parking for visitors to the pension and wellness. The supporting system consists of a reinforced concrete skeletal column system with a ceiling structure made of Spiroll core panels. Porotherm ceramic blocks with contact insulated facade according to ETICS are used for filling masonry. The roof structure is a single-skin flat roof.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of **** Hotel Hrůdek with Salon of Wines in the locality Hrůdek near Velké Pavlovice. Hrůdek is located at Velké Pavlovice on the Velké Pavlovice - Bořetice bicycle route and it is very good location for tourism. The aim is to design Hotel Hrůdek with Salon of wines with adjoining public spaces near the town of Pavlovice, specifically in the locality Hrůdek. The Wine Hotel is the center of everything. It is associates the customer with vineyard and apricot products. The wine salon serves as a unique opportunity to individually taste any of the stored wines. During the tasting of the visitors, sommelier is available, which provides information on wine and individual wineries on request. The investor plan is to attract visitors to the local specialty called apricot wine. A beautiful, pure apricot aroma returns visitors back to July, until the time of collection of fresh Velvavlovice apricots. The freshness of this apricot wine is underlined by spicy acidity in harmony with a pleasant touch of residual sugar. Thatis why Hotel Hrůdek and Salon of Wines must provide support in the form of good food and quality sleep after a guided tasting for all visitors throughout all the year.

Boarding house Pamferova Huť

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. The master’s thesis project is developed for the implementation of a new building for the elderly and persons with reduced mobility - Senior Park. The building is divided into several parts: the main building with facilities and separate wooden houses for the accommodation. The main building is a single-storey structure with a vegetative roof. The houses are designed with gable roof, without a basement. There is an emphasis on utmost privacy of individuals along with the care and closeness to nature. I embedded the main building partially into the ground so as to offset the difference in land and thus facilitate the movement after the plot and also served as a park for the inhabitants.

The subject of the final thesis is the elaboration of design documentation for the new construction of an accommodation facility, specifically a boarding house intended for recreation. The new building is located in the cadastral area of ??the village Vernířovice. It is a building with three floors above ground and one underground floor. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and a foundation slab made of reinforced concrete. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of cley blocks and blocks of permanent formwork. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof structure is saddle with elongated dormers.

Thermal baths Yverdon, five senses in architecture

Spa is located on the outskirts of the Swiss city of Yverdon. Area is surrounded by disparate buildings especially residential character. There are historical buildings on the land and buildings of the spa and hotel. The current spa and the outbuilding of hotel don´t meet requirements, that´s why the buildings will be replaced by a new complex. Neighbourhood doesn´t have any relationship with the spa, that´s why the whole land is surrounded by a wall. Water surface with three “floating” pavilions is inserted into this closed spa park. There are the public spa, the therapeutic spa and the part of the hotel on the water surface. Each of them works largely independently; they are connected by the water surface. The complex is separated by a part of shallow water from the park. It´s solitaire in the park, but it has close connection with it. The spa complex is located near the forest on the south part of the land, because the whole system is quite open.

SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL RESORT KRÁLÍKY

The topic of the diploma thesis was to design an architectural study of a ski hotel in Králíky. The proposed building is located close to the existing urban development south of the city and in the southwestern part of the defined location for the implementation of the sports and recreation centre Králíky. The design of the hotel follows the project of the urban-architectural study of the sports and recreational resort, which offers leisure activities for all ages. The proposed building will serve as a four-star hotel with apartment rooms for 60 people, a restaurant for 100 people, wellness, gym, service, rental, shop, massage, hairdresser, manicure, pedicure and children's corner. The hotel has one underground floor and five above-ground floors. It is shown in slightly sloping terrain, below the proposed ski slope.

This thesis deals with the project documentation of the accommodation facility.Guest house kapacity is 26 beds and 32 seated restaurant. The object is designed as a threefloor. In the first floor is located main entrance, reception desk and restaurant with facilities and wellness.In the sekond and thirt floor are rooms for guests and five other beds for a staffs. On second floor has been situated room for invalids also. The building is walled with saddle roof. The project was processed by a computer program ArchiCAD.
